@Cams50 I know I’ve been reading through the threads and it’s reassuring definitely, I think I’ll give it until January and then give my doctor a call as it will have been 3 months just enjoy Christmas and then see where I’m at

@Robyn101 hi lovely and welcome! Completely understand your worries and I hope it's reassured you to know that lots of us had absolutely nothing after coming off the pill for ages! 108 days for me!! I'm sure it won't be that long for you I think it's just a case of waiting unfortunately. I found that doing OPKs and taking my BBT helped me feel I was at least doing something, not sure if you've thought about either of those?

I found it useful to get to know my body in that first weirdly long cycle so I could be better prepared for subsequent cycles.

@Robyn101 I know its impossible not to worry but both @TheHotelCalifornia and I had giant long first cycles then still got pregnant just fine! Give your body some time and in the meantime start to get to know yourself and get into the routine of taking temps etc.

@Robyn101 Welcome! It seems to be pretty normal for women to have to wait a long time between their withdrawal bleed and their first proper period, so don't be too concerned just yet. We have had a couple of our gang wait upwards of 150 days!! are you planning on doing anything to track your cycles (OPKs, Temping etc)?

@Robyn101 welcome! I'm a newbie too. Also patiently waiting. It's frustrating isn't it? I think worrying doesn't help us, but hard to just shrug off. How long were you on the pill for?

So it's our first cycle TTC. I feel almost guilty saying that!! As I know for lots of you it's been a much longer journey and it might feel frustrating to you. Please please please feel free to not reply to any of this as I don't want to be a source of upset to anyone!

So I thought my period was coming on the 20th of November. When it hadn't come by 23rd and I'd been having spotting etc, I did an OPK and it turned out I was ovulating! I got a peak reading that day, and that evening we DTD.

DTD again next morning but OPK was down to 'high' reading. So by some stroke of luck, I'd managed to catch the ovulation at CD35 (23rd Nov).

Not much happened in the next week apart from some cramping for a few days post-O.

Around 6-7dpo I had really bad gas haha!! I'm a gassy person anyway so for me to notice it.... 😂

Pretty much from 8dpo onwards I've been feeling mildly crampy. Thought AF might be coming early.

Tested with an IC in FMU on 8 and 9dpo, both stark white BFN.

Temp hit a new high at 36.73 on 10dpo but I didn't want to test as I wasn't liking seeing the BFN. RHR also jumped from a steady 77 up to 79.

However, all through 10dpo I just kept getting little niggling feelings. Cramps here and there, slight nausea after lunch and feeling roasting hot!

Took FRER this morning at 11dpo and that line pinged straight up within about 30 seconds. Followed up with the others just to check I wasn't getting a false positive. Told DH about ten seconds after I saw the second line 😂 he was a bit in shock and didn't like the faint lines so I did a CB digital to prove it to him haha!

Feeling shaky and nauseous but I think I'm just in shock to be honest! Attached CB digital plus my charts xx

@TheHotelCalifornia I’ve just ordered a Femometer thermomemeter and OPK from Amazon should be coming tomorrow so I’ll be doing BBT and I wear a fitbit so can easily check my RHR

As I’ve no idea when / If I’m ovulating when would you recommend taking OPK? or should I just do one everyday until I have a better idea

@Nellieee soooo frustrating and I feel like everyone around me friends / family etc is getting pregnant - I’m incredibly pleased for them but it’s hard all I want is AF to show up I never thought I’d say that 😂

@Flowerbudd I’ve had some spotting and cramps this morning, AF is 3 days late and 16DPO but I’m guessing she is on her way, I normally spot a day or so before she turns up. Maybe the will power was my brains way of telling me don’t bother because she’s coming! 😂

RHR is down by 2 aswell today...EURGH wish she would just turn up now and stop torturing me 😂

@ChinChilly oh no!! Really hoping she isn't here, I honestly was so sure you were on for a BFP. Got everything crossed for you lovely!

@AMS19 Thank you...I haven’t had any more spotting since first thing, it was more of a pinky CM to be honest! Who knows what is going on 😂

@chinchilly I have a very good feeling still! I also had spotting! Light pink in the AM then nothing! Have you had much cramping? Please just test and put us all out of our misery!!!!

@TheHotelCalifornia I’ve had cramping on and off for the last week or so...I have tests arriving today so if I can manage a good hold I will do one today!

Im checking my nickers every 15 mins, so just squeezing a wee out when while I’m there 😂😂 there’s nothing on the liner thats been there since first thing so hopefully that’s a good sign!

I feel so sick today but I’m guessing that’s because I am now in flap about it 😂

@LauraT94 omg congratulations!!! I'm so glad we told you to DTD when that random peak opk showed up! Beautiful chart and from your RHR I'd almost guess a 9DPO implantation maybe?

@ChinChilly I still think everything you're describing overlaps with pregnancy so fingers crossed you get that BFP 🤞

CD11 here so still waiting for ovulation and nothing new to report :)

BTW ladies I read that the covid vaccine shouldn't be taken by pregnant ladies or ladies TTC - just a heads up!

I saw that about the vaccine! Interessting that women intending to be pregnant within the next 3 months shouldn’t have the vaccine, wouldn’t it be lovely if it was that easy to predict 😂
