Congratulations @wrensandrobins! How are you feeling about it? Have your temps started climbing again?

I tested this morning at 8DPO , unsurprisingly it was a BFN.

@Curiosity101 nope, fell slightly again this morning, but hopefully all ok, still above the coverline I will keep tracking bbt and try to not get too over excited.

@Curiosity101 I'm swinging between 'oh shit what have we done' and 'it's not real'

@wrensandrobins Haha, I remember that feeling well when I found out about DS. Give yourself time to let it sink in.

Little update from me: still no change, still small bits of brown spotting but no red blood cramps or bleeding. Midwife appt has been moved as she realised she booked it too early which is annoying. Still a bit torn about the test so planning to get another today and see what it says tomo morning. Clutching at straws hoping its the hook effect and part of me thinks if my hcg was low enough to trigger a 1-2 weeks on the test that I would have started bleeding by now but who knows. Just stuck in a bit of limbo really. Symptoms have pretty much gone (not that I had many) apart from needing to pee alot still.

@mackjm20 I caved this morning and tested (8DPO), but it was meant to be Wednesday before I tested. BFN unsurprisingly, especially given I used an IC. But I'll just keep testing each morning and see what happens. If it does stay negative and AF arrives then I'd be ok with that.

I was chatting to DH earlier today and we both agreed that we'd be disappointed if we got to the end of Cycle 3 with a BFN. But up until then, we're ok with it. Especially given how likely I am to deliver early. I'd be due mid-September and DSs birthday is the end of August...

@CookieMonster3001 it def seems reassuring that you haven't started bleeding? Can you call your GP? Are there any other threads you've read where this has happened before. It's so awful being in limbo and not knowing how to feel.

99% sure I’m going to get AF today or tomorrow - I’ve got that funny feeling down there!

Hit me hard this month as it’s the 15th cycle we’ve been trying. Just feeling down hearted.

Started properly bleeding now so I obviously spoke too soon. Horrible cramping and im not even heavy bleeding yet so imagine its probably gonna get worse. I had a feeling this would happen so kinda glad im not in limbo anymore. Heartbroken, but guess it wasnt meant to be. Just want it all to come out now so I can get back to TTC. Ive heard your more fertile after a mc so fingers crossed for next month instead.

Just found out my sisters pregnant as well. We both had due dates a week apart from each other. So happy for her but gutted at the same time.

You are right that often you're meant to be much more fertile straight after. So fingers crossed for you if you decide to start trying again straight away.

That's great news about your sister. Don't blame yourself for having very mixed emotions.

I feel like we are all going through all of this together on here like an online friendship group so I really am so sorry for you and sending you the biggest hug. Strange but almost felt like I wanted to pick up the phone and call to check you were okay! If there is anything we can do at all please let us know. I am a bit worried that my positive is a chemical now. I didn't do a test this morning as it was a fairly faint like on the frer and I only have cheapies now so they aren't likely to show anything until my period is missed (tomorrow)

Trying to conceive is such a rollercoaster!

@wrensandrobins I see what you mean 😔. I guess time will tell. If it is a chemical then it's possible that AF will be a few days late.

TTC really is such a rollercoaster.

Morning all 🙂. Hope everyone is doing well. Just wanted to let you all know I got a BFP this morning (10 DPO). I've not told DH yet (he's fast asleep atm, like I should be, but I can't sleep).

I'm.... A little overwhelmed tbh. Got about 1 billion things going through my head (none of them good). The only thing I'm sure about is that I want this baby as much as I wanted DS... Pregnancy just scares the hell out of me with everything that happened last time. Also if all goes to plan then this one is due just 2 weeks after DSs birthday.

What is your due date? Mine is the 9th September!

I know the feeling! I don't have past experiences to worry about though! From what I have read every pregnancy is different.

I feel like I might go through the emotions from the first day again, I was so convinced that it was all over yesterday, just sitting in bed in the dark grinning though! Can't wait for my partner to wake up!

13th September. I don't put much stock in it though given DS was almost 7 weeks early. I'm just glad DS is young. He'll be just turned 2 when this baby is due so if we have to have his birthday party early / late at least he won't be upset by it 😄

Right now I'm considering a swift jab in DHs side 😅😂

He needs to be awake already!
