I'm either 3 or 4 dpo and looking to chat to others for the hpt countdown nightmare.

I feel like I've bought a lottery ticket. Excited, hopeful, but ready for a great big nope too 😀

@WicketBasket I can relate. I was TTC #1 for about 18 months and we ended up going down the IVF route. Hugs to you xxx

OP here - after several very faint bfp on cheapies, and one exciting bfp on a FRER, I'm sorry to say I'm pretty sure I'm out. All BFN now. Either a chemical or dodgy tests. AF due in a couple of days.

Onwards to the next cycle! Good luck everyone xx

Sorry OP that sucks. I've had a CP before, very faint positives then nothing on the day AF was due (and AF showed up later in the day!), it hurts.

Next month is a new month 🤞🏼

Thank you @mineandyours! I may well have to go down that route but am being fobbed off by my gynaecologist at the moment- refusing to see me until covid is over. Who knows when that will be? Lots of love to you xxx

Yeah I've had 3days of spotting and during the night started with cramps and shooting pains in my boobs, feels like someone's been poking my nipples with needles 😬😬

Hi @ginini sorry to hear that, how long until AF due? I've been cramping today and very emotionally unstable so looks like AF coming (due on today) 🙈 I had mild cramping 7 and 8 dpo which I've not had before and think I'd internalised that to be a really good sign so feeling a bit sad about it. But will see what the day brings

@Seasalt1984 sending you lots of good wishes! I’ve also heard that cramps can be a good sign so you just have to play the waiting game a bit longer! The fact that AF is due today but is staying away is a good sign though xxx

@Ginini I'm so feeling that I'm out this month! Bad cramps last night and a BFN this morning too 😞 I think I'm about 12dpo today so surely would have a positive by now if I was pregnant. I usually have cycles between 29-32 days and am on cycle day 30 now so I'm expecting to start by Thursday. When are you due?

@Er1608 I must be at least 12DPO today if not more, so I think if have a BFP by now I was 😞 strange cause I've had a few symptoms this month that I haven't had before and they made me feel very hopeful, you body really plays games with you doesn't it!

@Seasalt1984 I have irregular period but was due on over the weekend nothing, it's probably my body playing new tricks on me! Maybe the cramping was a good sign, when is your AF due?

@WicketBasket thank you, I've not got any of my normal AF symptoms at the moment so 🤞🏼

@Hollybeex sorry to hear about the cramps and BFN (it's horrible swing than blank space isn't it!) how are you feeling? Wait and see, AF may not show her ugly face ❤️

Hi ladies, I did a ic test today, thought I saw a squinter but af has come in full force so clearly just had line eyes! On to the next month

@Ginini I sound very similar to you, my periods are slightly irregular but was expecting to come on yesterday/today. Totally agree with feeling hopeful from certain symptoms! No AF yet but got the familiar "feeling" it's imminent...will see what happens over next 24 hours. It sounds like you could be in with a good shot, maybe just too early to pick up on test, keeping everything crossed for you!

@Hollybeex Sorry to hear about your BFN my love but hang in there! It’s not over just yet, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you It’s a good sign that you’ve got cramps but no bleeding though- I’ve been told that’s very normal so all my love to you 💕💕💕

Thanks for asking after me, I’m feeling ok but still slightly betrayed by it all. Spoke to SIL who said she wanted to tell me about her pregnancy as she wanted me to research some pregnancy related questions she has, but they all decided not to . I found this remark a bit upsetting but have given my congratulations and decided to just avoid things for a bit until AF is over and I’m feeling emotionally stronger.

Oh gosh I must sound like a right miserable cow. I promise I’m not xxx

@vicki1990 sorry to hear about AF coming! Make sure you look after yourself over the next few days, pamper, choc and rest ❤️ 🤞🏼 next cycle is your cycle!

@Seasalt1984 it makes it so confusing when you're irregular doesn't it!
What symptoms have you had?

I did see some where (on a Mumsnet thread, it could even be this one j can't remember) that someone got negative tests till 14DPO, I'd like to say I'm gonna be strong and wait a couple of days to test again but I'll probably test again tomorrow, if not earlier 😂 damn internet cheapies coming in a 20 pack 😂

Catching up and to all those that have bfn or AF showing up hopefully next month will be it.

I still haven’t tested as couldn’t get any frer tests so hopefully the other half comes back with a pack tonight then will test tomorrow morning.

They probably didn't know how to tell you but it doesn't make you feel great when you know they've kept it from you ❤️

@Ginini haha oh wow, I'd go testing crazy with 20 in a pack! 😅
I had some mild cramping 7 & 8 DPO which was unusual and I obviously convinced myself tentatively thought could be implantation! But that's it. Anything else I can pass off as normal pmt (sore boobs, irrational, emotional). Today I've had very definite cramping again but didn't think implantation pains come and go over that long so assuming it's AF prep...will test in a couple of days if she doesn't turn up! You're right, sounds like tests can be really variable for people at different points. I'm 12 dpo today, which is the day I tend to come on... the waiting continues!
