@susiebluebell I think I've learnt my lesson on just just waiting for AF after this past month of complete obsession tbh. Im pretty sure she will be here by the weekend. Ive never tested early before but i did the mistake of joining a Facebook page for the ovulation tests im using and so so many people test super early it just got in my head this time round.... Angry

I know i will be more relaxed next month because I know if I don't get pregnant I can at least enjoy all the festive cheese and wine haha Halloween Grin
Yes girl think positive - cheese, wine and all the rest over Christmas! 😉

@HappyVibes how are you today?

familybythesea · 12/11/2020 13:07

I think this question has probably been asked before but I can’t remember the answer sorry - what day do people count as CD1 when they’ve had a miscarriage/ chemical pregnancy? I’m getting some ewcm so did a opk and it’s not positive yet but not far off. FF has me at CD8 (usually ovulate CD16ish) but I was spotting before full flow so not sure if maybe I should count that too? I suppose maybe it doesn’t matter but a bit confused!

SS123456 · 12/11/2020 13:43

@familybythesea I counted the first day of mc bleeding as CD1 and it worked out about right as I ovulated about a day or 2 later than a 'normal' cycle. I did have ewcm early on in my cycle, prob about the same time as you actually, which turned out to be a red herring. I also had a peak clearblue static opk test really early on but again that was false and perhaps caused but excess oestrogen?

MSG92 · 12/11/2020 14:30

Anyone know if its normal to be REALLY bloated at less than 5 weeks, I swear I can't stop burping and my stomach is so full of air! No other symptoms other than fatigue but that's normal for me. I wanted to workout tonight and tomorrow night after a rest day yesterday but my stomach is so blurgh!

Pugprincess · 12/11/2020 14:42

@MSG92 yes don’t worry it’s the progesterone, I looked about 3 months gone at your stage xx

MoMof4xx · 12/11/2020 14:55

@MSG92 im currently at the same stage as yourself... got my bfp a week or so ago, bloating hasn't stopped yet lol xx

MSG92 · 12/11/2020 14:57

@Pugprincess thanks! Swear DH thinks I'm overreacting already... But I look like one of those buddah statues when my stomach is normally fairly flat. And I can't make myself burp either so it's not going quickly!
@MoMof4xx pleased I'm not alone! Haha. I'll just look fat until we can tell people I guess

Wishingfornumber2 · 12/11/2020 15:15

Hi all,

Does anyone struggle with DTD because they are so tired?! I am just entering my fertile days and have wanted to do it the last few nights but my DH and I have been so tired we just want to sleep lol! We have a 4 year old who is being quite demanding at the mo and so that doesn’t help. I then kick myself the next morning that we haven’t done anything 🤦🏼‍♀️. I am saying to myself now we WILL do it tonight 🤣!

familybythesea · 12/11/2020 16:30

Thank you @SS123456, that’s really helpful. If go from the very first day of light bleeding I’m a few days on so I guess it’s not impossible I’m gearing up for ovulation again but I’ll bear in mind what you said about red herrings. Thanks!

@Wishingfornumber2 yes totally! Sometimes I really can’t be bothered and just want to watch that extra episode on Netflix rather than dtd. And sometimes I can’t be bothered to shave my legs etc and it feels like such a chore! I feel bad that’s how I view it but I’m just so tired it feels like a big effort that I just don’t fancy. Don’t tell my OH though ;)

Runnergirl1 · 12/11/2020 16:52

@MSG92 I’m 6weeks the bloat is unreal so you are def not alone x

Wishingfornumber2 · 12/11/2020 17:26

@familybythesea yes it does feel like a chore sometimes doesn’t it which is a shame 😫. And I can relate to the one more episode on Netflix lol!

chloedancer897 · 12/11/2020 17:35

Thanks @VP91x marking my place x

Hayley19835 · 12/11/2020 19:14

Good luck @VP91x hope everything works out ok for you.

I still pop on every now and again to see everyone's updates but am also taking a step back from MN and all things TTC.
Good luck everyone xxx

RichmondLady1981 · 12/11/2020 20:37

@Runnergirl1 your bloat looks very neat!!! 😉

@familybythesea totally yes!!! Having sex five days in a row would get tiring with Brad Pitt!!?? No??? Prefer my PJs and Netflix for sure! 😛

Am 8DPO and getting fed up with the wait already. Due AF Monday so let’s see. Planning on NOT testing until in late.

I’m so pleased about the festive cheese and wine comment. That will be a small consolation if AF comes- at least we can indulge 🍷 🧀 🎄

griff2019 · 12/11/2020 21:10

Hi everyone ❤️

susiebluebell · 13/11/2020 09:35

@RichmondLady1981 that made me chuckle. Yes it would, even with Brad Pitt!

@griff2019 hi! How are you getting on?

anon0704 · 13/11/2020 09:48

Was wondering if I could join? We're TTC after a miscarriage in April that ended up lasting into May cause of retained products :-( We've been actively trying since about August. Feeling a bit discouraged because it only took two months of trying to get pregnant before the MC. I just need some encouragement to keep going.

Trying OPKs this month so fingers crossed.

Tink20058 · 13/11/2020 10:40

@anon0704 welcome to the group sorry for your loss, hope you find lots of support opks are a good plan xx

anon0704 · 13/11/2020 10:41

Thank you so much @Tink20058

Furbsies · 13/11/2020 11:17

@anon0704 so sorry for your loss. In a similar time frame as you. And it's not been long since my TTC journey but its already disheartening. And I feel so much for the other mamas out there.

🤗 Welcome to the thread and hope that you find your rainbow soon

Furbsies · 13/11/2020 11:19

Update for the rest of the group. I had some browny discharge this morning so that's 3 days late but not as bad as last cycle.

But I think AF is here for me this month

anon0704 · 13/11/2020 11:21

My AF just came one day early :-(

KM89 · 13/11/2020 12:30

AF due today for me. negative test this morning at 14DPO . This will only be my second period since my ERPC so I suppose she could turn up at any point... I was hoping i would go back to my regular cycle but its looking unlikely.

Gonna have a few drinks tonight and try to relax...

What prenatal vitamins do you all take ? I have been using his and hers pregncare but will run out today and was wandering if to stick with these or if any one has any other recommendations?

anon0704 · 13/11/2020 13:12

I've been using Pregnacare and I'll be trying the SMEP as this will be the fifth cycle of us trying after MC.

HappyVibes · 13/11/2020 18:24

@KM89 welcome lovely.

I take:
Methylfolate (I take this in place of folic acid),
Vitamin D3
Vitamin C - I drop this out after potential implantation.
I also use Macca powder as standard for vitamin B.

I drink one small glass of grapefruit juice per day to help with EWCM.

💫 xxx
