@Skip86 oh I'm so so sorry :( that just sounds awful! I wouldn't know what to do either if I was you, even when my OH has asked for a break from it before I've hit the roof 😬😳 maybe just maybe you can coax him round?? He might change his mind? But of course if his mind is made up then you will need to really have a talk with yourself and see if you can be happy like that. So sorry lovely xxxx

@Juno231 i feel you on being the one to always initiate dtd i have to do it all the time. i can't even think of a time when OH suggested it and that's when we weren't even ttc. i feel like i have a higher sex drive than him suddenly even though when we first got together the first 2/3 years we had a lot of sex and i never noticed wanting it and not having it. for example say we dtd on friday night and he got hard saturday afternoon id try and initiate and he'd be like "not again we had it last night ?!" and i'm like yes again that was yesterday ...

@lucyrp yeah I can't get my head around what/when it changed. I've noticed it for the past two years which I associated with him starting a "real" civilian job where all of a sudden he was more mentally exhausted. But thinking about it he could have been like this the whole time in the army without me noticing as he was only ever home on the weekends IF he even was around at all. Our first year was multiple times a day, second year was once a day and then fairly frequently until he left for the army.

What scares me is that women's libido increase with age and men's decline! I might just have to get myself a poolboy or tennis coach or something lol.

@Juno231 yeah i have days where i actually end up crying because i'm like why don't you want me what's wrong and he's like i do i'm just tired or i do we had it yesterday and i'm like and ?! i'd love a day where we just had sex all day with breaks in between! and i know he finds me attractive because all it takes sometimes is a look at me and i can see he's hard ! but then il try initiate and he's like no and i'm like but why ? you're already turned on?! some days he's really complimentary and he's like "mmm why you so sexy" or why are you so pretty etc and i'm like yay and then others literallt nothing 🤣 men aggghh!

just looked at my rhr and this is interesting .. i'm assuming 20th is ov day until proven otherwise 🤣again..

@lucyrp have you tested by any chance? As in pregnancy test I mean?

@Chlo2701 i did one on the 20th as that's when i thought i was 14dpo from before and it was negative

If you are pregnant @lucyrp then the 20th would of been too early, but I think if you are pregnant & did a FRER now it would definitely show up. I don't want to get your hopes up but your chart is looking similar to mine when I got my BFP. I'd class you as 15DPO today with an implantation dip at 11DPO🤷‍♀️ I could be completely wrong, but I know if that was my chart that's what I'd be thinking 🤔

I still can't quite believe it! A BFP! I've not told DH or even another soul but I'm telling you guys!!

@Chlo2701 oh really ?? maybe il test at some point this week and see. i've had sore nipples for the last 3 days and lots of twinges down in my ovary area. i think i'm no so excited because my bbt is just totally out of whack like you can't really see anything from that and i have no idea why 🙈

@hrps yaaay congrats! give us a recap! what cycle was this, what DPO etc? How are you planning on telling OH? :)

@Juno231 I had the coil removed back in March time, so this is my 7th cycle from then TTC #1, but this was the first one using clear blue digital tests which I think made all the difference. It seemed from the tests that my ovulation date was being predicted 3 days too late by Clue and I was simply confused using the other OPK's. I'm 13 DPO today, and although I do confess I was testing before today I was getting more and more confused by evap lines/lines not getting darker etc.

I'm a whole ball of emotions right now and don't know how I'm going to tell DH. In some ways I want to wait a little while so it's just me and the little bean for a week or so but I don't think I'll be able to hold it in!

Does anyone have any suggestions of a good way to tell?

Hi guys - hoping there is room for one more! we are trying for #1. No idea when I’ll be testing as this cycle has been a strange one so far!

@Florence13 yeah I can understand how gutting it must've felt!! Did he say why he did it?? I can't really relate much because OH watches porn but very rarely, he openly admits he watches it if I'm on holiday or a weekend away, we have watched it together and it was so much better, maybe try and get your OH into that? I'm sorry if you feel shit!!x

@Vil10 we have now managed to have a good talk about it and he said he doesn’t do it that often maybe once every few weeks as a quick fix. I told him how shit it has made me feel and to be fair he is really sorry. But still can’t answer why he didn’t try with me instead of a quick fix when I was in the house. Offered to watch it together but he said he doesn’t want to do that.

@Katao I have no idea what is going on with it this month - normally fairly regular with maybe a day or two in it. I started using the Clearblue ovulation sticks this month. I had ewcm on cd 14 and the cb sticks said high cds 15 - 23 so figured I wouldn’t have ovulated this month. Then CD 24 i had ewcm again and the ovulation stick said peak. Since then I’ve had positive opks on CDs 24-27. Currently on CD 28 and opks have stoped being positive but my rhr has increased to 76 today! Have no idea how to attach a photo of my rhr chart sorry!!

@Al2401 what length are your cycles usually. That does sound like you maybe ovulated late alright. Maybe leave it a week or so test. I know nothing about heart rate charts but some here do. If you are new I think you can't upload a pic for 24hrs or something

@Florence13 I remember trying to watch porn with my ex and I ended up in tears because I hated it! Made me feel so crap about myself. So if you don't want to watch it with him, don't/ I wouldn't do it to please someone else. Sounds like it isn't that bad if its only a couple of times a month!

@Florence13 I agree with @Blodyn91 that every few weeks doesnt sound too bad. It sounds like you have a very healthy sex life so I would try not to let it eat you up. It could be that TTC is overwhelming him a bit and hes using it as a form of stress release on his own....kind of a a distinction to DTD for TTC purposes. At least you're both able to talk about it which is healthy.
