Genuinely thought Friday 13th was next week.... OH has a pick up for work so I flit between my car and his (he bought himself an A5 that he doesn't actually like, says it's a young mans car 😂 he's only 38) well today it broke down... on a roundabout... actually died! Had to be rescued by two absolute gents who were passing! Pished car off roundabout and now I'm awaiting my BiL to come and rescue me while the car is towed!

Someone please cheer me up and tell me that a general achey/cramp feeling low down at 5dpo is implantation and not af about to show up mega early or I'll cry 😭

@Gem176 what a shitty day! My DH got home 45 mins late tonight, was starting to panic and he got a flat tyre! Perhaps today's a day for car trouble...

@Kirky658 utterly shit, timing belt went and apparently that's really bad but thankfully it's nothing I did!! He asked me three times if there was fuel in it.... I get twitchy at anything below half tank..... then on the phone asked his brother if there was fuel in it when he showed up! Nothing like trust 🙄 also just how stupid does he think I am??!! It's been a shit day and I can't even crack the wine because tww 😭

DH went to pick me up, and got pizza on the way, so no complaints in this house

@gem176 that totally sucks ass... DH managed to get himself home but god knows what state the wheel will be in.... Got to ring Green flag tomorrow. Also feel you on the wine, also on TWW. Chocolate instead?!!

Me and my OH have decided during lockdown we're going to take it in turns to cook a 3 course meal each, it's my turn tomorrow so making my own fish cakes for starter, steak pie and chunky chips for main and white chocolate orange cheesecake and ice cream for dessert, so getting started on the cheesecake tonight so it can set in the fridge over night, whilst OH watches ufc!!

I also was having a pretty good day today until tonight, the friend who I said was pregnant and was a cow when she mentioned about her falling pregnant first, has officially announced her pregnancy on social media tonight, then sent a voice note in group chat to us, going on about how she's the most fertile woman ever and how when they started trying she bought ovulation tests and the first test she did was positive and she got she got pregnant that time (this will be her 3rd) so I started crying as soon as I heard the voice note because it reminded me how clearly un fertile I am!!

Butttt hopefully there's some cheesecake mixture left that I can drown my sorrows in tonight😂 hope everyone's had a better Friday❤️

@Vil10 it's DH's birthday not mine, he's in denial about it though because he can't have a big party with lockdown, so officially this is his second 39th birthday and he doesn't turn 40 till next year now 🤣 poor thing.

Ooh taking it in turns to do a 3 course meal sounds lovely! Can't remember when I last cooked three courses. Last time we had friends round maybe? February? December?

I do all the cooking here, if DH heats something up for us I call it a night off 😅
