Omg yay AF has arrived in full force over night, probbalt should have popped a pad on but wasn't expecting her to actually come thought it was too good to be true but she's here now! So I'm hoping that means I actually ovulated when I think I did🤞🏼🤞🏼

@KateColx yes it definitely does help, its a bit weird at first as it's a weird white colour light, I think you're supposed to turn it on as soon as you wake and sit and eat your breakfast nexg ro it so you set yourself up for the day as it tricks your brain so to speak. I only got a small one as I didn't want to spend loads incase or didn't work bur it does. Mine was £25 I think ? Might be worth looking into! X

@Katao ohh sorry i misunderstood! Yes you have to sit by it for an amount of time I think I normally turn mine on and eat breakfast next to it and scroll through my phone for a bit or I plug it in next to the bed when I wake until I get up. X

I'm so sorry I haven't been on much to reply, I've kept up with reading though but just took a little step back as I admit I found myself obsessing about ttc, OH and me had a good chat and we just decided to dtd everytime I have fertile cm so I wouldn't get so caught up in opks and take my bbt every morning.
I haven't used opks for a while now, but I did have those 4 days of watery cm and flood like parties lol so just dtd following that, not knowing if it really was O, but luckily a temp shift confirmed it. Cm is really dry for the last couple of days (usually quite creamy so defo different) and I've had upset tummy....to the point I literally have to do a Mo Farrah to the loo haha! Other than that I wouldn't say I have any symptoms really... trying so hard to just go with the flow :)

@lucyrp yay for AF! Atleast you know you did ovulate :) for others im really sorry she showed up :(

I'm 10 dpo today, Femometer has detected an 'implantation dip' and FF says im due to test this Saturday at 13dpo. Heres the charts just to see. My temps are defo alot higher than other cycles at this point too!

@lucyrp aw delighted af just showed up with no messing or stressing 😃 hope thats a good sign of things settling cyclewise. Definitely going to look into one of those lamps, might help me wake up better in the morning. Today was supposed to be my first morning temping, didn't even enter my mind until I was up like a half hour and saw it on the beddide table 😂

@Hopeful110 good luck for this cycle first but if there is a next cycle hope the more relaxed approach helps. I took a step back from it this month and have definitely found it less stressful and all consuming for the most part. Although I am finding it a bit annoying now that I don't know when af is due or when to test

@katao yeah I definitely have found im not as stressed...and now with lockdown #2 I'm now off for the month, and both times I've fallen pregnant I've been off work haha! So 🤞. But yeah I get what you mean about whats due when, but I think ill just keep temping and following my own bodies signs, especially as I have pcos my LH is abit high anyways. Good luck for you though too xx

@Hopeful110 heya, I've been less involved too. Ttc is really getting to me now 😔 Dh has started his own tests now tho. Waiting on blood test results for him to check his hormone levels. He has a scan on his testes next week! Still no sign of our fertility referral yet tho. Good luck for this cycle, all sounds promising!

@KateColx I'm feeling so much better about it, feel like there's not as much pressure and I'm thinking about opks and that I can't drink as much on the days I take them, it's a much better approach for me I think!!x

@Franklydear that's the same with me, I'm trying not to look at my rhr too because last cycle it didn't drop until the day of spotting so I was convinced I could've been pregnant but really it just teased me!x

@vil yeah im tryna be realistic and not get my hopes up like usual haha! But its never detected an implantation dip before so 🤞 funny thing is if I'm pregnant this cycle the due date would be the 18th July which was the due date of dd 🤣

It actually went quite well. I struggled a bit because it's a different kinda role to what I'm used to but gave it my best shot. Find out if I have a second interview by the end of tomorrow. Boss lady seemed nice x

So before I took the northisterone I was in 30 days cycles and usually ovulated around CD16, but since taking them I'm on 33 day cycles ovulating around CD20, I'm now CD14 not tracking or using opks, got some left side twinges and very wet, do we think I could possibly be ovulating in the next few days??

@Vil10 I know my only problem is my rhr is so high today higher than what it was after ovulation so I'm a bit confused 😬

@lucyrp you're the only person I'm happy AF arrives for! Yay for ovulation and AF and fingers crossed this coming cycle is much shorter!
