Been quiet today crew, but I've still been reading! Love all this chat about the gym and eating well and calories, I'm a calorie counter too, my OH always laughs at me because I weigh EVERYTHING even down the the spices I put on my chicken, I know not to get too obsessed with it though because I once had a bit of a meltdown over it, so now I treat myself on a Saturday or Sunday night, but eat really well during the week, gym Monday-Friday then walks at the weekend!
I use my fitness pal too but often find they don't give you enough calories, I just use it to log mine so I can work out my calorie deficit for that day! They say being in a calorie deficit of 3500 js about 1lb of fat so I always try and hit that or more in a week! Just out of curiosity what does everyone eat in a day like meal wise? I love asking this question😂
CD7 here for me so not much to report, but this will be my first cycle using seven seas trying for a baby tablets, they only arrived today so starting them a bit late I know, and it'll by my first cycle since trying that I'm taking the full relaxed approach, no ass juice, no seeds, no opk's, nothing, hoping it will work in my favour!! Bring on cycle no.6!!
