@BettyM90 @Supermathsdoc Thank you guys. Test is still positive, but it would be for up to a couple of weeks post mc. Scan is at 1945. Just one bad nights sleep and one long shift at work to go. Had a phone call from my new CPN today which is very on the ball for them.

@Supermathsdoc How are you hanging in there? Quiet night in tonight? 🤞

@BettyM90 confusingly I didn’t get my period today but I have had more cramps today so it may come overnight... I think I’ll take my temperature again tomorrow and use it to decide whether to test. I don’t have any of those classic nausea/headache/nipple pain pregnancy symptoms, just my normal cramps and boob pain.

On the one hand if I test with a FRER tomorrow (14DPO) I can be pretty certain of the result. On the other hand if I wait for my period I could find out for free and I won’t have the disappointment of a stark white test...🤔

You and @Marri1995 are around the same! When will you guys be testing?

Sort of pretty much gave up this month. Just couldnt keep trying. Thinking about it and wondering what's wrong and blaming myself for being unhealthy.

On the plus side my medications reduced, I've been eating really well, quit smoking since wedensday and went for a run last night.

Probably won't be on here much till January. Realised I have to take better care of me before throwing baby into the mix. I will try to follow you guys occasionally so if you change threads don't forget about me! Hope you all have an amazing and pregnancy filled Christmas 😊 ♥️

@BellaBella84 yeah my scan is tomorrow too - I really need some good news. My grandad died yesterday so it's just been awful - feel like I just need some good news tomorrow 😔 sorry, once again, for being quiet. Sorry to hear you're feeling low too - it's a horrible feeling and I know exactly what you mean. Symptoms disappearing and coming back is hard - I've felt barely anything today! I'll be thinking of you tomorrow!

@Supermathsdoc keeping everything crossed - it is a temp drop but you just don't know until AF appears! How're you feeling?

@BellaBella84 sorry I just missed your message as I was typing! Every night is a quiet night in these days.

The lateness of my period is messing with my head, I have to keep reminding myself that 1 day late doesn’t mean anything, especially as I have a negative HPT.

I’ll be thinking of you with your scan tomorrow. Hope you and @RBCoxie are both well.

@Imworthit that makes total sense, it’s understandable to want to focus on yourself - this journey is a tough one, it needs us to be kind to ourselves. Hope to see you in the new year with a fresh start and lots of good news all round x

Yeah with christmas, covid, wedding planning, total health & fitness overhall, baby planning, work, house redecorating, and being carer for my mum. I decided I was just melting my head and need to chill out for a bit. One thing at a time is really not my strong suit 😂😂😂

@Supermathsdoc I see the midwife yesterday was such a long appointment, now waiting for my scan date .. I'm ok apart from sickness ... How are you? Will you be testing anymore or waiting? I have everything crossed for you

Good luck with your scans today!

My temp is about the same this morning and no period overnight. I took a FRER, mainly so I could have some closure and move on: BFN, not a hint of anything and I’m definitely 1 day late, if not 2.

So that’s me out for this cycle but on the plus side it’s the first time I’ve actually felt like I had a decent shot. I was happy with the timing and also finally had more than 1 go.

I feel thankful that we will be out of lockdown for the next cycle so there won’t be the same stress. Hopefully it will be the one ...trying to remember that it just takes one month and that I need to remember to live my life while I’m TTC.

@Supermathsdoc I'm sorry to hear you got a BFN however I just want to say that I'm so happy and a little proud that you are not down about it this month and you are feeling OK.. How incredible would it be if you got a Christmas positive 😍🎄🎅

Scan at 1945 trying to keep busy at work, but I'm out of my usual area today on level 2. Seriously it's so boring I swear they don't even need a nurse. I'll have one biopsy to recover all day 🙄 On the plus side at least I'll actually take breaks 😁

@MummyToPrince thanks so much for this super kind message! Yes trying to keep a good outlook because I really do have so much to be thankful for (including this group) and there is also a part of me that believes it will happen at the best possible time for me, and that is not something I can know.

@BellaBella84 yes I also thought the odds were in my favour with doing it twice! And I felt I had nailed the timing. But the truth is I’m 38 and so not every egg is going to viable, the flip side is it only takes one and that could happen anytime.

Most helpfully my partner is being amazing, but that just makes me want to have a family with her even more!

So glad your scan date has arrived, hope the day goes by fast, stress free and with adequate breaks! X

Still no period for me. Not sure what my body is playing at...

@MummyToPrince there was a heartbeat for mine too!! Absolutely incredible to see it. I'm exactly 7 weeks today according to the measurements. Now just got to wait until my midwife calls me to actually book in the NHS appointments!!

@Supermathsdoc so sorry to hear about your BFN - as others have said, it's great that you have amazing support and that your donor has upped his donation to two - be kind to yourself - it will happen x

Thanks for your message, I’m surprised by how ok I feel!

I think previous cycles I’ve been upset at myself for messing up the timing or the ‘procedure’ in some way, so this cycle really felt like the first time (even though it’s number 6)

I got my period this morning, which is 2-3 days late. On reflection I think it might be related to the vitamin D I’ve started taking as we head into winter .... on to the next one as they say!

How are you guys in the 2WW doing?

I’ve woken up with a horrible cold this morning and feeling awful :( my temperature dropped by 0.3 this morning, so not sure what that means? Fell into a google black hole...surely too early for an implantation dip! X
