In terms of the vitamin D, the preganccare supplement I believe has it in already, but I'll have a look to see how much and maybe up that, especially with it becoming dark nights!!
How many dpo are you now?

@Blossom428 I was taking seven seas prenatal, and the D was so low compared to a Vit D on its own, so I've started taking that,

I'm 6 dpo today xxx

Yeah I'm gonna try not too! I've been so much better this time! No temping no obsessing or even thinking about it as a possibility and it feels nice 😂😂 I have reflexology today too to try and relax me even more,

I really don't know what to do about the soy iso next month, I don't think it's having much effect on bringing ovulation forward, so thinking of giving it a miss, but I am worried if I don't take it and my ovulation is even later!!!! X

Awww that's good that you've been feeling a lot more relaxed! How are you finding the reflexology?

Maybe you could try not take the soy and see what happens this time @AnxiousAnnie86

And just take the others supplements.

@Blossom428 the reflexology is really good, she seems convinced the the thing stopping me getting pregnant is my stress levels over it, which I tend to agree with! It has become all consuming! So really trying to take a step back from the obsessing now, I think I will give it a miss next month and literally test once a day with clear blue and nothing else....

How you feeling? Uou will be nearly ovulating again by time my period comes 😂😂 you'll of had nearly three cycles to my one!!!

Ar here today. Though at least that makes me 32 day cycle so maybe things are normalising again. Hoping my erratic cycles were stress related. Still gutted obviously

This was 4th cycle trying but due to long cycles taken about 5 months. Early days yet I know

@WaitingForEgg ah long cycles are such a pain in the arse!!!! I feel you there! This year I've only had 8 cycles, in ten months it's so crap x

@WaitingForEgg I'm gutted for you too! But like you said if your cycles are regulating that will be so good snd make it all feel a little easier!! X

@TheOrangeMonster it's so annoying my skin goes crazy! Only on my jaw and neck! I'm 33 I shouldn't still have to get them!!

Oooh that's good about the reflexology, maybe I need to look into it, I feel I'm SUCH an over thinker/ worrier. My mind goes crazy and I just can't stop. Which like you say, the stress can't help TTC!!

Yes I always get break out spots, really annoying! Feel like a teenager again!
My next ovulation will be due around 1st Nov I think.
I'm feeling okay, got a house booked this weekend so I'm glad I can relax and have a few drinks 😊

@Blossom428 aw lovely it's good to have things to look forward too, rather then wishing time away! We have a few walks planned and a meal for my birthday next week, so at least if I do one on Monday it won't be so bad x

I'm 9dpo absolutely nothing to report here, no symptoms at all, my boobs don't even hurt yet! The first half of the cycle is soooo boring x

@Blossom428 spotting would normally come 14dpo in the evening, which is Monday x

I’m cd 4 and so bored of it. If my cycle has regulated (doubtful) I will ovulate in the middle of my night shifts. (Currently on annual leave) it’s like the universe doesn’t want me to get pregnant 🙈

Hey ladies, thanks for letting me know about this thread! So I went for a blood test last week and got a text from the doctor's asking me to contact them to do a routine telephone follow-up with the doctor. Rang them and they've arranged my appointment for this Monday coming. I'm feeling really nervous but if there's something wrong, I'd rather know what it is! Thankfully we have been dtd a bit more and I do feel calmer in general (I've suffered and been treated for anxiety in the past). So will see what happens. I hope you're all ok xxx
