Yes I am fine and yes me too. Spoke to G.P today about heavy AF's post mc but says nothing to worry about. Had ovulation cramps today ( CD20) I think....
iv run out of opks and not buying anymore will dtd one last time 🤞🏻and thats it now this cycle! Need at least a week or so off 🤣 xx

Reached the end of the fw here. Neg opk today and have managed one final dtd! I can honestly say we have tried our best this cycle- just hope it pays off! 🙏 ready for a rest now 😴

I might be ovulating , got cramps ! Run out of opks 🙄 are you in 2ww? Been dtd since cd 8 and its now cd 20! Im having a glass of wine , not been going at it like this since about 10 years ago!

Never again!!!! Not done it every day had a 2 days off 🤣 I dont think I have ovulated since i had mc in Aug, cramps and ewcm(for first time) are the best sign I have had today , so if nothing comes of it at least I know im getting there 🙏 your nearly there now on cd12!!! X

Ah thanks for thinking about me @Loladoodle ... DP hasn't been here to carry on DTD but got one in after my ovulation pains the other day! Then Cm dried up the next day so I'm hoping we timed it well!

I'm starting to think though that we've been doing it too early 🤔 I think ovulation pains sync with LH rise, and that could be up to 48 hours before actual egg release! If that is the case we have definitely always finished DTD too soon!

How do you know when your FW ends? Is it your Cm? Do you have pains etc? Or bleeding around that time? I tend to get a blood spot shortly after ovulation! Xx

I've woken up feeling so nauseous. If I hadn't have had a period I would have swore I was pregnant. The same feeling as with my son.

I'm supposedly in my fertile window according to Ovia.

@CurlyNo2 I get nausea and off feeling for two days around ovulation. Always have no appetite- which def does not happen the rest of the month 🐽

@MgW1 we have managed to dtd x8 cd 5-cd12 I am definitely done now! Expecting a shorter cycle possible as ovulated a few days earlier than usual.

@selina37 I did opks this month. Was pos Cd10 and cd11, neg yesterday on cd12. Also felt ov symptoms Cd10 and 11- crampy, tired, moody and no appetite. Had a spec of blood on Cd10 which made me do an ov test as I suspected ov and it was positive. Resting up now for at least a week 😴 I hate this part though the 🤪 2ww!

Thanks @Loladoodle, I've never had that feeling before around ovulation. I've just taken a test just to be sure as I feel so ill. The thought of food is making my stomach churn. Anyway it was negative. Hopefully its just ovulation and not coming down with something. Need to get my act together and get some sexy time in 😆

Took a test at 5am and negative, witchy witch arrived at 9am so I'm out til January now, but onward and upward. Will keep POAS to track the peaks and see what happens.

Bloody hell @MgW1! That's a lot! 😂. I'm going to try to do Sperm meets egg plan this month as CD7 today. Have 'warned' husband that it starts tomorrow and what it entails. He didn't say anything back!

This is my third month of taking soy and it's brought my ovulation forward to CD 13 so hopefully do the same this time though forgot to take yesterday and woke at 4am to take it so hopefully not messed up cycle

@Loladoodle I get a speck on blood after ovulation (I think). I usually I get the side/back cramps then the blood speck 48 hours later or so. I got the speck this morning, so 72 hours after the pain! It's been a really stressful week though, so wonder if it messed with ovulation! But now I have cramps already! Possibly progesterone rising?

I don't think we're DTD too early, stopping too soon 🤔

@selina37 it’s a mystery isn’t it! Sometimes I’ve had cramps from ovulation to af! Other times nothing until af arrives. Last month I had cramps, windy tummy, heart burn and nausea- I mean what a total head f*#k! If that’s not preggo symptoms what is?! But no the witch showed up right on time 🤷‍♀️I’m done second guessing... will just dtd as much as I can manage and hope for the best 😅

I do think trying to keep going a couple days past ovulation may help. I dtd an extra day after.. but I’m done ✅ couldn’t possibly do any more 😴 I’m sooooo tired 💤

@whatever1980 how are you getting on with 400mg of ubiquinol? Any side effects? I've been taking 200mg for about 5 months but wondering whether it's time to up the dose. It's so expensive though 😣 Do you take all your supplements at the same time, or spread them out over the day? I take mine all at the same time otherwise I think I would forget, but it's a bit of a strange thought that they are all rattling around in my stomach at the same time!

Hi @Kitekat81 I was at 200 until this month when upped to 400. I'm getting on okay - I think I read you're meant to split them but I take all at once like you'd as I'd forget too.

3 years ago when I last got pregnant after a mmc I took 400 and I'm old now and can't remember why I only took 200 this time probably cost! They are expensive plus opks etc but I'm I've been trying July and no joy at all so may as well up it as my eggs are older now too

How long have you been taking them for?

@whatever1980 I've been taking 200mg for 5 months as that's what it says in the "It starts with the egg" Basic plan. I'm thinking after 8 months TTC it might be time to move up to the Intermediate plan which is 400mg ubiquinol plus extra vitamins C and E. It all adds up to a lot of money but I just tell myself that it's a lot cheaper than IVF!

I'm the same @Kitekat81 - that booked is well thumbed in my house. I've stayed taking vitamin d too on its own as well as conception multivitamin but I've heard E is good and also B2.

I was taking Q10, DHA, super lipoid as well as other stuff for months but it all costs a lot and I use the CBFM and CB digital sticks which are expensive but yep you're right it's cheaper than ivf and time isn't on my side

@MgW1 I love that you are celebrating finishing DTD 🤣 I know the feeling! I end up just rolling over and letting it happen by the end 🤭🤣

@Loladoodle we are exactly the same it seems, my luteal phase is a total mishmash of symptoms!
