Yeah it was a bfn so I'm counting myself out now this month 😔. Fingers crossed you may start feeling something in the next few days if you were having implantation signs 😊🤞🏻. I should have been having my 12 week scan next week 😥

kirinm · 17/11/2020 09:19

I'm sorry @SS123456 that time has gone so quickly.

The month I had a chemical is the month 4 people I know got pregnant. It's hard to not think 'what if'.

I think I'm getting a slight cold. Headache and sore throat. My DD has just started at nursery (she's been with a childminder up till now) and she is catching anything and everything. A cold and stress at work is making me feel a bit wiped out. Really cannot wait to take some time off at Christmas.

SS123456 · 17/11/2020 09:57

@kirinm oh no you poor thing! My ds caught everything under the sun from nursery but it does get better and at 8 he now very very rarely gets ill at all so I think it did his immune system the world of good in the long run

kirinm · 17/11/2020 10:00

@SS123456 I think she caught everything she could at the childminders and now is moving on to catching everything she can at the nursery. She's doing a mix of the two at the moment.

How old is your DS?

kirinm · 17/11/2020 10:01

Gah sorry, I've just seen he is 8! Yep I'm hoping by the time she starts school she will have an intensely strong immune system and won't ever be off!

SS123456 · 17/11/2020 10:44

@kirinm fingers crossed she will! I think my son has had about 2 days off school ill in 5 years so he is doing ok, touch wood, so far 😊. The longer I am ttc the crazier an age gap I will have between my children as my son will be a least 9 by the time a baby would be due, potentially even 10!

kirinm · 17/11/2020 10:46

I've got a 22 year old age gap between my DS and DD.

SS123456 · 17/11/2020 11:14

@kirinm oh wow that is big! Did you find it hard going back to having a small one again?

kirinm · 17/11/2020 11:32

@SS123456 No not really. Well, no harder than anyone finds a small baby. I am much more financially secure than I was when I had my DS and generally just in a better place to raise a child. He also adores her and helps a lot.

SS123456 · 17/11/2020 12:06

@kirinm ah that's great 😁❤️

SS123456 · 17/11/2020 14:39

I've persuaded OH to do the home sperm test I bought him finally tonight. It's only sat in the box for a few months 🙄🤞🏻

MrsB2019x · 17/11/2020 17:34

@SS123456 Glad he’s willing to get the ball rolling! Must feel like a step forward.

@kirinm Sorry you’re feeling so crappy 😔

How is everybody doing? x

OH was feeling unwell in the end so the sample didn't get done but hopefully today/tonight he'll be feeling well enough for it

I'm feeling a bit confused today. I'm 12dpo and AF is due tomorrow. My bbt rose a bit this morning (from 36.8 to 36.94) and my resting heart rate, which had been dropping, jumped up a bit too. I did an IC and a frer but not so much of a squinter on either 🤷🏻‍♀️

How is everyone else doing?

kirinm · 18/11/2020 07:32

Morning. I feel a bit better than I did yesterday. I felt absolutely shattered so had a takeaway and early night. I think we are so crazily busy with work and organising building work that maybe I'm just a bit work out!

Feel pretty normal otherwise.

kirinm · 18/11/2020 07:34

That should've said worn out.

whambam89 · 18/11/2020 07:53

@SS123456 still time for that BFP, fingers crossed for you!

@kirinm have you tested at all?

kirinm · 18/11/2020 09:08

I did test yesterday with an IC. But it was pretty much after holding for an hour and it was mid-morning. It was a BFN but I don't suppose that's surprising. I'm not going to test today. I ended up spending too much time looking for lines and need to work.

I definitely don't feel quite right but my DD has a cold and so did my DS when we saw him last week so I think it's more likely that then pregnancy. Haven't had any cramps or anything like that.

SS123456 · 18/11/2020 09:37

Thanks @whambam89 ! It could be that I'm just having a strange month following the mc but who knows! How are you doing?

@kirinm let us know you test again at some point 🤞🏻

MrsB2019x · 18/11/2020 09:55

Morning ladies,

That’s strange @SS123456, maybe late implantation perhaps? I think it can happen any time up until 12dpo? Keep us posted on how you get on 😁

Sorry for the BFN @kirinm 😔

Sorry for the BFN @kirinm 😔

I was only 8dpo so I'm not too disappointed.
kirinm · 18/11/2020 10:04

My fitbit has finally synced with the app and I slept for 8hrs and 45 minutes last night! Sorry that is quite miraculous with my non-sleep friendly toddler.

whambam89 · 18/11/2020 11:09

@SS123456 will you test again tomorrow?

I'm ok! Conceive plus has arrived and I'm CD11 today so due to ovulate in 5/6 days so will give that a try! Just slightly concerned with some reviews I've read about pregnacare causing long cycles, worried I'm not going to ovulate when I usually do. Might order some OPKs just to be on the safe side.

@Kirinm that's a great nights sleep! Very jealous 😂

whambam89 · 18/11/2020 11:10

@MrsB2019x you're due to ovulate a similar time to me aren't you? Are you planning on doing anything differently this month?

SS123456 · 18/11/2020 14:47

@MrsB2019x yeah I guess late implantation could be possible as the only month I have ever reached 12dpo without spotting was last months bfp 🤞🏻. We'll see in the next few days I guess!

@kirinm there is still plenty of time for testing so as you say a bfn at 8dpo is still fine. Will you test again tomorrow? That sleep last night was amazing! 🙌🏻😁

@whambam89 I will likely test again in the morning I think. After the mc last month I want to keep an eye out for any chemicals so if needs be I can report them back to the gp as something to maybe be looked at. My progesterone blood test came back with a reading of 50.7 and looking online anything below 30 is classed as not normal so I'm hoping the mc was just one of those things rather than anything to do with low progesterone. It's so frustrating after waiting 13 months to get that bfp though!
