Does anyone else have achy boobs as a AF symptom? Mine have been achy this cycle and last but they aren't actually sore to the touch. It seems really weird that they don't actually hurt just ache.

@kirinm Mine always hurt from the day after ov all the way up to a day or 2 before AF, especially down the side of my right one 🤨

@MrsB2019x mine used to before my daughter but not anymore. It's more the fact they feel like they hurt but actually don't hurt when touched. It's hard to explain. I guess it's just a sensation.

@kirinm mine are the same before AF! Don't hurt to touch but just ache. Usually stops the day before AF arrives.

Having a massive down day and wobble today, I think the mc this week has caught up with me after trying to plough on through 😔. My OH has his kids today and I just couldn't face being around them so I have been out of the house since 9am and currently sitting in a random car park in my car waiting to go back at 6 when they leave to go home. I've spent some of the day crying in my car and the rest aimlessly wandering around random shops feeling on the verge of a panic attack. I just wanted to be at home mourning in the warm in peace 😢. Really hoping I'll wake up feeling a bit better tomorrow 🤞🏻

Oh @SS123456 you poor thing. It is completely normal to feel how you do, once the physical ailments subside it’s easy for the emotional stuff to catch right up. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. We are all here for you xx

Thank you ladies, hopefully today will be a better day ❤️. I don't think it is helping that my son is with his dad for the whole half term either (which is longer as there are 3 inset days added onto it) so I haven't seen or spoke to him since Wednesday morning. It was bad timing I guess for him to be going away the week the mc happened.

We are going to feed Red Pandas today as a gift I got for my OH for his birthday last month (he loves red pandas) so hopefully some time together doing something nice will help today

My bbt still hasn't dropped back down, it's just below what it usually would be post ovulation so I think it may be a while before I ovulate

Tested this morning with an FRER and very negative so just need to wait for AF - app says Monday but I think it'll be Tuesday.

I'm going to try and distract myself with exercise this month. I went a little test crazy again this month 🙈.

It's a shame my cycle is so out of sync with everyone else's here.

@kirinm sorry to hear you got a BFN, especially after them ICs, it's so wrong that they're allowed to sell them with indents like that. Hope you're ok! CD15 today, EWCM has made an appearence so guessing I'll be ovulating around CD16/17 as usual - first time since trying after the ectopic where I've not used OPKs at all.. I guess the temping has half replaced it this month but at least I can't obsess over temping like I can with OPKs as it's pointless temping numberous times a day 😂
I'm going to try and get through to the doctor's in the morning to see if they will agree to do my bloods to check my thyroid function.

Also oh has a stomach bug, and that’s the last thing I want 🤢

Thank you @kirinm , the red panda feeding was great. You had to get them to little tricks and then rewarded them with grapes 😁. I am really sorry about the bfn, hopefully you can now relax a little for the rest of your cycle now and mentally prepare for next month ❤️

@Sansa87 embrace a lovely day celebrating with your colleagues 😁. Sadly there is never a 'safe' time throughout a whole pregnancy but getting to your first scan is a very good sign that all will progress just fine so try to relax into it now if you can and enjoy it ❤️

I have my thyroid blood test results back already and everything was normal. I'm pleased that it was fine but a small part of me hoped it wasn't so I'd perhaps have some answers to why I am not falling pregnant and why I miscarried

Has anyone else charted their bbt before and after miscarriage? I stopped bleeding on Wednesday but my bbt is still just as high as it was when I was pregnant. I would have expected a drop by now which is strange

CD14 today for me, had EWCM a few days ago but no more since and had a couple of twinges on my right side yesterday, but that’s too early for me 🤷🏻‍♀️ No idea what’s going on! Def haven’t ovulated yet as my nips aren’t on fire 😂 usually ov about CD15-17 so we’ll see in the next few days

@SS123456 glad they've come back negative but also sorry they came back negative as I know it would have given you some answers! I gave up ringing my gp this morning, think I'll give it until wednesday and if I've had no luck getting through then I'll order medichecks because I don't want to be wasting another month if that is the issue! I get 15% off with them as well as I work for the NHS so it's not too bad x

@whambam89 they are really easy to use and super quick. I did my bloods Thursday morning and posted them to them that day. By 7am this morning I had all the results!

I am CD15, think I might be ovulating today. Had a boatload of EWCM yesterday and some twinges. I don’t want to suffer through another 2WW if I’m honest 😂 after a year I am so over them!!!

So I'm CD8 post mc (I counted the first day of bleeding as CD1) and I have a static smiley on CB digital following 2 days of flashing smilies 🤔. Somehow I don't think that can be right?!

@MrsB2019x CD17 here and think I'll be ovulating today, I've definitely not ovulated yet if my temps are anything to go by - fingers crossed for a nice rise tomorrow.. otherwise I'll probably be looking at another day 20/21 ovulation which isn't ideal with us having DTD plenty this week 😂 And fingers crossed that this is our month 🤞

@SS123456 have you got any cheap OPKs that you can double check it with? The clear blue were always quite accurate for me though so it could be right! X

Another hour trying to get through to the doctor's this morning to no avail... Can't ring tomorrow as I'm in work at 8 but I feel like it's pointless to carry on trying now as all appointments will have been taken!

Could it be that your body actually started its cycle 'on time' but that you didn't bleed straight away? I don't know if that's possible but CD8 does seem early.

Managed to get through to the doctor's and got the last appt for today, already had a telephone consultation and they've agreed to do full bloods which is good!

Does seem a bit early @SS123456, have you tested negative on a pregnancy test yet? (Sorry if you’ve already mentioned this)
