@Juno231 but no one else seems to have temps starting at 36.5 and above ? Mine have never been lower than 36 but they're supposedly supposed to be really low ?

@lucyrp follicular phase BBT should be between 36.1-36.4 really. Consistently higher than that could be an indicator of endometriosis apparently, although this cycle you've had a fair amount of temps in the normal range so I'm sure it's not that! I've got my fingers crossed that you ovulated during that dip and you've just had a slow rise in temps. I had a cycle like that a couple of months ago where my first 3 temps post O were a bit pathetic but then it ramped up.

@Juno231 I was feeling quite positive about this cycle but having a bit of a down day today and now I just think wtf 🤣😫 oh yes they're all around 36.4 !

@lucyrp ha I'm sorry, it was just my first instinct when seeing your chart but then I thought about it and it might be the femometer chart messing with my interpretation!

So I've just had my telephone apt with the gp to talk about fertility etc, and tbh I'm not surprised that I feel a bit disappointed but also a bit like meh. She basically said that we just need to keep trying and even if it's for another year (?!?!) that's normal. She said dh can book a semen analysis though and then we can go from there. I explained that the NICE guidelines state that with a diagnosis of pcos you should be offered earlier he'll with fertility and she suddenly decided she needed to check the guidelines and would get back to me. I really hate that ttc gets fobbed off so much, even more so that pcos isn't treated as a proper concern. Trying to keep positive as things WILL happen, I'm just annoyed that I need to be so brutal with them about it. I get that others ttc for a lot longer, but it doesn't make it any easier, and I would rather know if there's any other issues such as blocked tubes etc sooner rather than later, so am contemplating going private for all the investigations bit as that will be a lot quicker and leaving the expensive stuff to the nhs.

Sorry for the rant! Just needed to let off some steam 😔

Nice weekend plans 👍🏾 we're seeing my sister in law and still trying to sort what to do when we're trying to avoid all day boozing sessions, tough when that's what you're known for 😂 oh and I feel your pain re the nhs and ttc! I've already rang a private clinic to check the wait times, and it's only two weeks for an initial consultation and scan. From there, you can get going within a month!

@Newbie0818 no she just sounds like she doesn't know her shit quite frankly. If you have PCOS I'm pretty sure you should get referred anyhow because it can be a blatant cause for infertility? She needs to check the guidelines because she isn't a fertility specialist she's a general practitioner. She might even be new, don't get fobbed off just be adamant

Sorry I've not been on today so I'm not caught up at all but just wanted to update. I had stitch like ovulation pain, haven't had that in months so took an opk and look!!!! Peak. So excited after the the progesterone test coming back low. If i count from when i had the spotting then I would be cd13 so makes sense with that. 🥳 I'll be back to catch up 8n a while. Hope everyone is ok.

I'm back from my wallowsome 'I need a break from driving myself mad' currently cd25, think I ovulated day 14/15 and despite not coming on here I don't think it made me any less obsessed with TTC 😂😂
Obviously I have every symptom that could be it or could just be the same as every month since last May but hey ho-missed the laughs on here.

I attempted to catch up from where I left off; congratulations to the 3 bfps and sorry to everyone still in limbo/back on the bus or still on the bus-I pretty much realised after reading a million posts that I still had 3 weeks to catch up on so I very much skim read the last thread and searched for the new one. Sorry for being lazy 😂

Think last month was a bit like the breaking month for me as my loss (mmc at 12 wks) would have been due end of Aug and AF got me so I needed to take a chill pill.

Instead I started seven sees trying for a baby prenatals because they had great reviews on Amazon 🤦🏻‍♀️ why is it so bloody hard to fully switch off??

Anyway-my apps put me at 9dpo but I think I'm 11-did a FRER this morning and got the starkest bfn ever but at least I got to POAS this month 😂

Sorry if I've missed any big news, here's to lots of fertilized eggs in the coming week or so 😘

I did another test an hour ago and its now completely negative. I was expecting it but still cried like a baby, think its just been the past year of disappointments and 4 CPs catching up with me as usually I can just shake it off. OH was really supportive tho although his pearls of wisdom were 'Dont worry, it'll happen ive been speaking to one of my friends about it and all we have to do is have sex every day for 2 weeks!' ...... he said this like it was some kind of new insight, it shows he's clearly paid zero attention to all my ttc chat nor realised that the sex ramps up at certain times 😂 It was sweet that he thought he had a solution but I had to point out to him the 4 CPs mean we can get pregnant its the staying pregnant thats the problem its either egg/sperm quality or something to do with my womb so time to book the docs. Ah well I guess the silver linging is the timing for a BFN is right, Friday night so I can go and pour myself a big drink instead.

@DKDK123 sorry to hear it's looking like another chemical; look after yourself. Sending hugs.
