Morning ladies! I’m a bit confused. I had my smiley on CBD yesterday but OPKs didn’t detect a peak so I thought for sure I would get it today. So this morning I tested with FMU for CBD and now I have a negative again? Could this mean I have already peaked and missed it? I was going to test again with cheapie around 11am but is there any point? I’ve noticed that I haven’t had any EWCM which isn’t normal for me either.

@HappyVibes do you think I have probably already peaked and missed it? Xx

@MinnieMouse4 yesterday on CBD was it a flashie or a static smiley?

If it was static then you shouldn’t be able to test again with CBD stock as it stays on for 36 hours...so I’m guessing it was flashy?

If it was static, and you used a new stick to rest today, then the O is because your new stick always classes the first sample as O as it takes that as your baseline (so ignore today’s and continue with yesterday’s static). If it was static yesterday - did this seem usual CD for you? How many flashies did you get?

I would 100% recommend you continue with OPKs hun x2 day xxx

I've been a bit quiet on here while going through my TWW and was away on a little break with my OH (much needed and made the wait go quicker).

I'm 14DPO today and while I've had no symptoms of anything really, I did have an achey heavy feeling in my lower abdomen the last couple of days so I did a test last night and I can't quite believe im saying this buy I got my BFP 😌
Absolutely thrilled but also completely bricking it and feeling very anxious. I'm not testing anymore and going to just take each day as it comes.

I'll share a bit about what I did this cycle in case it helps anyone and just to remind - im TTC #1 and had a mc back in May at 7.5 weeks and it took almost 11 weeks for my cycle to return and a course of Provera to flush out a cyst.

This cycle I used/did:
Fertilily cup & pre seed.
Pregnacare, coq10 and vit d.
Cheapie OPKs to identify my peak (Clear blue digis just kept flashing at me and didn't identify a peak).
We also DTD every day in FW.

I'm absolutely not ready to join a pregnancy thread just yet so whilst I'm not going to post much here as it's a TTC thread, I will carry on following everyone's stories as I'm so invested and hope we all get our rainbow babies soon ☺️

Wishing you a healthy and happy pregnancy. You so deserve it! I’m currently in my FWW and willing my baby into my life haha! Keep rubbing my lower abdomen ahaha !

@MinnieMouse4 agree with @HappyVibes I would still do cheap OPKS. My temp shot up today so I think I’m 1dpo but I will keep doing cheap OPKS at 1pm for a day or so just to see the levels drop again. I’m sure you’re covered though hun as you’ve been dtd so do the cheapies but I wouldn’t worry you’ve missed it xxx

@HappyVibes @Firevie the CBD was a static yesterday. I’ve noticed though I don’t think the test I bought is the flashies one it’s just the 2 fertile days one. It’s light pink and not purple (I didn’t realise there was a difference until now). Also, I was super thirsty last night and kept drinking throughout the night so could that have affected the result?

I didn’t manage to dtd last night as I just fell asleep so will be super gutted if I have missed my peak. Hopefully not and I can get some in today. Will continue with cheapies today and see what that says xx

Oh I see @MinnieMouse4 sorry I’m not familiar with those CBD ones. Deffo continue with OPK. I got my static on CBD 20th, but didn’t get my peak on cheapies until 24th. My CBD for some reason was off this cycle - so glad I did OPK alongside as otherwise I would have completely stopped and fully missed my FW. Keep going hun xxx

@MinnieMouse4 sorry I also only have the purple ones but as I said keep doing your cheapies and don’t worry about having missed one day of dtd. You’ve been doing lots of dtd already and semen can survive for five days and it’s important you dtd on your ovulation date and the day after I think. So just keep going and you’ll be covered I’m sure xxx

@MinnieMouse4 sorry your CB sticks are confusing. I've got the purple and am a total newbie anyway. I think the pink works more like a cheapie OPK but with a clearer way to read them, so I would assume your LH surge was yesterday. That usually means you will ovulate in 12-36 hours so there will still be time to get in some extra DTD xx

Had a mmc recently. My dates were 9+2 and baby was measuring 9+2 😥 so it only only happened. Had D&C on fri gone. All went well, light bleeding and no cramps.

I'm 40 and that was my 3rd pregnancy. I've 2 kids, age 11 and 10. So the mmc was a total shock as it is for everyone. We only started ttc mid june and we got pregnant on 2nd cycle. So I'm hoping it happens again quickly. I've started taking proceive. I was only taking folic acid like my other pregnancies and I'm mad at myself now as I really should have been taking other vitamins. So I'll certainly taking good ones if it happens again.

Those that have had a d&c how long did you wait to have sex? Not even ttc. I was told 2 wks 🙈 its already getting hard (pardon the pun)

Anyway that's me. Hoping to see plenty of bfp on here.

@2alreadywantanother I believe you are good to have sex as soon as the bleeding stops, before then you risk infection. And also should wait for negative test so you know any future pregnancy is a new one

So sorry for your loss @2alreadywantanother, I had a D&C in March and understand the shock of missed miscarriage. I was also told two weeks because of infection risk.

@2alreadywantanother so sorry to hear!!! I had a DC in July and was told two week before sex
@nottoosurewhattoput so sorry for your loss, it’s awful and heartbreaking. I ovulated two weeks after the DC so decided to TTC but I got my af 4weeks after my DC. I think you can start trying they just say it may be an issue with dating your future pregnancy!

I miscarried at 8+ 4 a few weeks ago.

I had surgical management 5 weeks ago and just got a static smiley on the CB digital yesterday. I also spotting tho! Is that normal?

We are TTC but really we need IVF to conceive so it's just a "can't hurt to try" thing while we decide what to do next
