Hi @Lollol86. I'm good thanks, just trying my best to stay calm and distracted. Really hoping for some good news soon, and feeling like I'm doing the most that I can. DTD as much as we can over the next few days as I'm hoping my peak will come soon. How are you getting on? Gorgeous scan pic the other day 🥰

Yeah Loki is getting big. He's so lovely to have around. And I love the headspace taking him for his walks. Until it rains....then I'll get him a treadmill I think 😂

@MichT4 you will have done as much as can. Sending. You lots of baby dust. It's also really good you have an appointment coming up, is that through the nhs?
My favourite thing about having my dog years ago was going out for walks. Getting out and clearing your head is so good for your mental health.
Definitely get him on the treadmill though 😂😂 I also want to see video evidence of this.
This trying to conceive gets too much sometimes and think you have definitely done the right thing by stepping away.
I'm not too bad thanks, I was so happy with my scan. Passed a milestone with that one so definitely have me some reassurance.

@RichmondLady1981 thank you ☺️ just praying this one stays put where it's supposed to be.
This was the first cycle using the preseed so I can't say for sure it was the thing that did it, but this was my second cycle after MC (the first cycle was using Provera).

The ferti-Lilly cup was recommended by a few ladies on the earlier threads. It's a smaller softer version of a menstrual cup which sits higher close to the cervix and I'd pop it in after DTD to keep the swimmers in. I got mine from boots x

Hi ladies, just a quick update from me: I'm now 15 days post trigger, possibly 14dpo. Still getting positives, and today the clear blue test is much darker today! On Saturday and Sunday I was getting light cramps and had a tiny bit of brown spotting but it didn't progress to a full blown AF. I went in for a blood test yesterday and I'm waiting for my results now. The nurse seemed quite convinced that it's a true bfp, but I just feel numb🙈 I think my head is just trying to protect my heart. I'm seeing blazing positives but I'm still not convinced 🙈 such a strange feeling

@MichT4 I’m cycle day 21 - so had bloods today, and booked the next lot for next Thurs (the cd2-5 ones - I’m hoping I have a 26-28 day cycle if I haven’t conceived or else I’m stuck lol!) They took 4 little tubes today - I thought it was just progesterone, but my Dr is doing a full blood count, rubella and some others I didn’t catch! I don’t know if that’s normal or not!

@MrsK21 aw I’m ok thanks still having some light brown in my discharge sometimes from the bleed. I have a scan this Friday eve so il ask her to check all that if baby is ok 🤞🏻 Been having growing pains and sickness, think the fatigue is easing a bit this week though 🥳 xx

@Rainbowhope11 fingers crossed this is a new pregnancy, it’s sounding positive. I had brown spotting in weeks 4 and 5 too which I think was implantation related. Cramps are good too could be growing 😊

@HappyVibes @HappyVibes thank you so much ladies! I'm waiting very nervously for my blood results now. Today I have severe heartburn, but other than that no other symptoms. I'm really going to be surprised if this is the real deal, because I'm pretty sure that last time I fell pregnant, I had sore boobs quite early on and now I hardly have any symptoms at all!

@Pugprincess oooh thanks for telling me that! I was convinced that I was out when I saw the brown spotting the other day.

@HappyVibes even lower again with my 1pm cheapie today! I really do think I must have missed it ☹️ Although I don’t see how. I am going to do another now but in not holding out much hope. Pic attached xx

@Bellabubble I had lots of those with my CD4 tests. It was a full blood count too, all just added info. Hopefully can have my post ovulation bloods in a week or so, but that depends on one thing....although I'll prob book it for a week-10 day anyway as then they can decide if I'm ovulating regularly or not.
I guess you'll get the results in a few days?

@Rainbowhope11 this is so exciting! I'm keeping everything crossed. The fact that they are getting darker is great, as if it was the hcg shot they'd be getting lighter. Eeeeekkk!!

@Rainbowhope11 heartburn was one of my first symptoms and I get it most days since lol. My boobs didn’t hurt at the beginning this time but first preg they did so symptoms can be different. It’s more my nipples that get a bit tender, nothing as bad as I expected though. The worst has been fatigue and nausea for me but they didn’t kick in till like 7/8 weeks xx

The nurse just called, she said my Hcg levels were positive at 21 which is the average amount this early (at the time of missed period). Will repeat blood work tomorrow to see whether the levels are doubling. If they are, then it's real! If not then it's leftover trigger 🙈 keep your fingers crossed for me!!

@Rainbowhope11 the darkness of the lines and the progression definitely would indicate that HCG is getting stronger as the days go by - therefore, for me, surely it’s clear that this is BFP, and not trigger shot? Surely the trigger shot wouldn’t be getting dark? Xxx

@HappyVibes just noticed the photo of the frer from today (15dpt) isn't showing how dark the line is! It's darker than that in real life.

Okay I thought I was just imagining the progression 🙈if you're seeing it too then I think there's hope that I'm not just gone crazy!

So ladies....thoughts please? I have a transvaginal scan appointment that has come through as part of my testing.

The date of the test I will be 10DPO...so too early to test, but still could potentially be pregnant. How would you ladies feel having the scan so early with potential of being pregnant?

I’ve researched and it doesn’t seem to have any underlying risks to pregnancy etc. I dunno how I feel about it, and wonder if I’m just being over cautious?

I think I might go for it as even I was pregnant, I would still love the benefit of having my internal checked - in preparation for the coming pregnancy.

@Rainbowhope11 100% I can see the progression becoming darker, there’s no doubt for me on either FRER or CB. Week so happy for you, truly truly am. You’ll have to share your journey with us for the hope and then optimism to be sparked again for us all 💓

@MinnieMouse4 I’m not sure this Is helpful but I noticed you are using those green cheap OPKs. Let me tell you something I noticed when I was using those. I ordered any cheap OPKs from amazon and never really looked at brands. I just ordered the ones that were available on prime. So I had a mixture of different brands, so I had pink and green in my bathroom cupboard.

On one occasion, I was using the CBD alongside the cheap green ones. I got my flashing face, and then eventually, the static smile. It was weird as the green OPK was faint which didn’t make sense since I’d got a positive on CB. I still had my pee sitting in the container on the side so I took a different brand out (this was a PreMom pink one) dipped it into the SAME urine sample and it came out positive. The lines were the same strength. Needless to say I threw all of the green ones out and never used them since. I’m glad I happened to have the different brand in the cupboard to try. Very strange but that’s what happened to me.

I think on this occasion you should rely on the CB only.

@HappyVibes I think you should go. People go for early internal preg scans a lot and all is ok. I can completely see why you’d be cautious about it but a healthy pregnancy would be able to handle it. If you didn’t go and missed your appointment, and you found out you weren’t pregnant this month you’d also be disappointed that you missed your scan. Go for it. X
