Ooh @familybythesea that seems hopeful with spotting for sure! It’s so hard in the TWW isn’t it with symptom spotting in hope / being realistic and wanting to protect ourselves.

Just had my 10 week scan and baby was moving around waving. Very emotional. It's little heart was beating away. I'm measuring 9 weeks and 6 days xx

@HappyVibes I'm 12 days post trigger today.

@VP91x I ordered them off Amazon lovely. They really did give me peace of mind this time.

@Lollol86 I'm not sure if this is a real bfp yet or if the tests are picking up on leftover hcg from my trigger shot. I'm going to have to test in a few days to confirm.

Sorry for my late response - I've been on holiday and also just distancing myself from all things TTC on social media (Mumsnet included) for my mental health - just don't want things to become all consuming and trying to enjoy life a little again :)

@VP91x what cd are you on? Does clomid help you to ovulate?

I know it's gone so quick just over 2 weeks until my dating scan. We haven't told anyone yet so looking forward to be able to talk about it, hopefully then it will feel more real xx

@Lollol86 I'm on CD10 today, last cycle I ovulated on CD13 taking soy isoflavones so maybe it'll be the same this cycle on the clomid. Yeah it helps you ovulate.

No we haven't told them just incase, we are waiting for the 12 week scan. I'm just about to order some big sister tops for them for when we tell them xx

@HappyVibes my Dr said to hold fire in the ttc for my bloods - BUT - whilst he is being super helpful and getting the ball rolling for me (I’m only 9 cycles post mc and they usually wait for a year even though I am 36) it is not his area of expertise! He was following a flowchart of things to get me booked in for bless him. After speaking to others in here who weren’t told to stop, and because he never gave me a reason why, I did it anyways lol! Currently 4dpo - but feeling very fatalistic about this monthbas we only dtd once the eve before my ovulation day, and my temp dropped below my coverline today! Our room was freezing when we got up, and OH slept in his pj’s which he never does as he runs hot - but I’m not holding out much hope!

@VP91x @HappyVibes I’m ok thanks went to see my niece today she’s 7months old and so adorable! I love her to bits but I’ve come back thinking I want one so bad ! Anyway, another flashy smiley this morning. Then when we came back we DTD and then I though gosh I need to POAS on my cheap OPKS. But the cheap OPKS are giving me a hard time! I don’t understand why they’re not increasing. 0.19 yesterday and 0.15 today. Like what is going on? I’m cd16. Last two cycles my ratio was much higher on cd16. Ugh it’s frustrating because I’m really banking on this month with my birthday and all !!!

@Firevie I am the same as you. I have been using cheap OPKs this month and I also use CBD with FMU and my levels keep dropping on the cheapies and just a stark blank circle on the CBD. Been DTD every other night since CD8 (although we have just missed the most recent one due to tiredness!) but I’m actually quite worried that I am not going to ovulate now. Xx

@MinnieMouse4 @Firevie hey ladies - with you both using OPKs in the evening, are you maybe drinking too much liquid in the day and that’s diluting the evening OPK result?

I got my peak very clear on the morning OPK (about 10.30-11am). But my evening ones were always lower even when it was my peak day....I’ve never had a dark evening one, they’ve always been low. So I’ve put that down to diluted levels cos of liquids throughout the day (even though I stopped liquids for 3hours before the evening OPK too).

I wouldn’t worry too much about no ovulation hun - how many cycles are you post MC? Mine are much later now post MC than they were previously. I ovulate now CD21, pre MC it was CD15-17.

@HappyVibes it’s definitely not the drinking fluids for me as I literally won’t drink anything after around midday and I’ve been holding my wees in (which can’t be good for me). But I may start doing the cheap ones a bit earlier in the day. Do you use CBD with FMU and then also use OPK around 10.30-11am?

This is first ‘proper’ cycle since MC. My last cycle following MC was 34 days changed from 28 pre MC. So going on a 34 day cycle I am currently in my FW apparently. I just thought my levels would be a bit more consistent and higher if I was in FW xx

@HappyVibes @MinnieMouse4 I usually do cheap OPKS in the afternoon and I stop drinking water and peeing for three hours before I do the cheap OPKS so agreed today may have been diluted because late in the evening, after sex and tea two hours before. But my cbd was a blank circle on day 1, and has been flashy smiley for the last two days - so surely it’s a good sign I’m getting a flashy smiley??

@MinnieMouse4 I’m on cd16 and have previously ovulated on cd19 on my last cycle. Today was the second day of flashy smileys on my cbd so hopefully another two days and I’ll get a peak! What cd are you on and what cd did you ovulate on last month? Xx

@MinnieMouse4 yeah hun I use CBD with FMU & then I didn’t drink all morning until I did OPK about 10:30-11:00.

Maybe it’s your cycle length just being a bit out hun as this is completely normal post MC. This is exactly what happened with me.

Looking back in my cycles, hopefully this will give you reassurance. So last month I had a 34 day cycle & started my FW CD17, peak being CD25. The month before, I had a 36 day cycle & started FW CD16, peak being CD25.

@Firevie it’s definitely a good thing that you have flashies. Stick it out and hopefully you’ll see static soon enough. Until your static or close to static, your OPKs won’t really indicate too much As they go off just LH so don’t worry about reading too much into them at this stage babe Xxxxx

@Firevie I don’t know what day I ovulated last cycle as I went away just as FW hit and didn’t continue with testing. But going from my last cycle pre MC (the one I conceived) I must have ovulated around CD19 but it thought that was pretty late considering I only have a 28 day cycle usually. Yes your peak is on its way 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Xx

@HappyVibes I think I will start using the cheapies in the morning around the same time as you and hopefully that will give me some better results. Thank you for sharing your cycle days with me, it has made me feel much better about ovulating. Although these long cycles really are a killer! Xx

I’ve just had an email from my consultant- she’s amazing emailing back at 10pm in a Saturday- maybe she’s had a few glasses of wine? 😂. She’s given us the go ahead to ttc. I was worried we shouldn’t because of the tests etc we had booked in. I’m due to ovulate on Wednesday 🙌🏽 Xx

Aww amazing @Sallyjo27 I did wonder how you would be able to hold back TTC for a month. Are you currently testing for ovulation - are you using OPK? Girl! Get DTD if you’re due to ovulate Weds woohoo xx

@HappyVibes we haven’t been trying since the 3rd MC in July. I just needed a break from it but to be honest it’s been all I think about anyway 😩😂
Yeah I’ve got my ava bracelet and I use my OPK as well I’m covering all bases 😂 xx
