@chloedancer897 I’ve got an ava bracelet too and I love it! I find it works so well and the ovulation matches up with the opk too. So much easier than taking BBT every morning too x

@Furbsies let me know how you get on with your appointment. I’m still non the wiser with me. Do you do OPKs? Do you think you ovulated? And how’s your Cm? Sorry all the questions, hope you don’t mind me asking just want to know if we are in the exact same boat x

@HappyVibes @RichmondLady1981 ahhhhh thanks for this! I had no idea lol! Saw the flashing smiley and got so happy that I literally jumped on OH lol! But then the OPKS made me sad :( previous cycles I had a higher ratio on my cheap OPKS than this cycle boo! Just hope it does go up quickly and I get my static smile soon. The instructions say it may be 4days of flashing smileys before you get a static which does sound about right. Let’s see xxx

I made it to the weekend lol! Sorry for being so absent this week - I work in a primary school and both my ta and a child’s 1-1 were off this week, and I wasn’t allowed another body in with my because of my “bubble” so I have been absolutely shattered every day. This meant we only dtd the day before I ovulated - last time we only did it once, the day after as well, and we still caught - but at 9cycles post mc I like to throw a bit more at it usually!! So not holding out hope, especially as I had a temp dip today that was just below my coverline! I’m due for cd21 bloods on tues - hoping the results come back quickly 🤞🏻

I’m tempted by an ava - those of you that have them, is it just a different way to temp? What else does it do?

Yeah @Firevie don’t worry about it at all, it’s completely normal to have flashies at the beginning, and then low OPKs. You’ll hopefully see that as you get your static, you’ll get your darker OPKs. Everyone varies in terms of how many flashies before a static, so don’t worry at all if it’s more or less than 4flashies - just go with it & feel reassured with the faces and the OPKs.

Sounds like you have it covered @Bellabubble The day before ovulation is a very good day to DTD.

I think I am ovulating right now lol got my lil twinge. So we are gunna DTD tonight and think that’s us done for this cycle. Phewwww feels like such a relief after the FW. Xxxxx

@chloedancer897 ooh so you’re in your TWW now! Great going on the journal and acupuncture. I went to acupuncture yday. She was trying to convince me to come every week but at £85 a session I think once every fortnight is enough! I’m okay thanks. Cd15 currently and slowly creeping up to ovulation I think. I’m removing, doing cbd in the morning and OPKS in the afternoon and dtd lol so keeping busy. Oh and I’ve recently started painting. My SIL does zoom sessions on the weekends so that takes up quite a bit of time haha xxx

Hi, I found out I'd had a missed miscarriage on Mon. We had had a scan the week before at 8+3 and everything measured perfectly with a strong heartbeat. We then found out at 9+3 baby had stopped growing at 8+5. Can't get my head around what went wrong in those 2 days. Started some cramping and brown spotting today so fully expecting the physical side of things to start kicking in now. This waiting is a killer. Hoping to TTC again as soon as we can x

@Bellabubble I have an Ava. It does temp HR breathing rate and sleeping. It was good for me to see how much I was sleeping (or lack thereof!) and so far it's been spot on picking up ovulation for me. I have a code for £20 off if you want it. I really do like it and the resale value is good so once you use it and it works you can sell it on!

@VP91x @2020wish @MrsK21 @SmileyT Ladies!! I need your expertise please! Someone on our original group of girls (March board onwards!) used an Hcg trigger shot before. Was it any of you?

I'm on a clomid cycle this month and used an Hcg trigger shot 11 days ago. My doctor told me to test at 12 days past trigger and call if it's positive. So I obviously couldn't help myself and tested yesterday and saw a faint positive. I then tested this morning with FMU and still saw a faint line. I then tested a few minutes ago (now 11:26 pm in the USA) with very diluted urine, been drinking tea and water the whole evening and I have clearly visible pink lines on both a wondfo and pregmate cheapies.
My question is, do you guys think that it could be left over trigger or could this be the start of a bfp?

@Rainbowhope11 eek! I'm so hopeful for you that it is a BFP! If there is a progression in the kine it sounds like it could be.

I don't think anyone had an HCG shot I think @2020wish and @Hayleylou89 both had their partners taking hcg injections. I think with the HCG trigger shot it leaves the system hy day 7 but please don't quote me on this.

How have you felt on clomid!? So excited for you zx

Like @VP91x said it was our partners we had take the hcg injection as it improves sperm mobility and morphology along with sex drive. I’m unsure of how the hcg shot in females works. Did u ring them to let them know x

@VP91x thanks lovely! I just tested with a FRER and it's positive but I'm planning to keep testing until Monday to see if the line is still there. I have a feeling it's the trigger though so I'm being careful not to get excited 🙈

The clomid worked for me, had two big follicles! And I had no side effects. My doctor had me on a low dose (50 mg).

How are you feeling?

@Rainbowhope11 @Firevie I'm doing okay, but I have been quite emotional about everything recently so I've stayed off the thread! I've taken Clomid this cycle just waiting to see if I ovulate (it wasn't through my doctor, but so tired of waiting) I still have another two weeks until I see the specialist been waiting forever!

@VP91x @2020wish @Firevie thanks for the good vibes ladies! My temp is also really high this morning, but I don't really feel pregnant. My cheapies look around the same, so could be just the trigger still in my system. I will call them on Monday if I'm still getting positives. Otherwise I'll be waiting for AF and then be on my next round of Clomid.

@VP91x yes, I had a couple days of Clomid and had my follicles monitored through ultrasound. When the follicles were large enough, I had the trigger shot and then timed sex. I also used my Proov strips to confirm ovulation. How did you do on the Clomid? Any side effects?

@Rainbowhope11 this sounds extremely hopefully. How many days are you post the trigger shot?

My husband is on HCG but not me so I can’t help sorry. But, this does sound very hopeful my lovely.

Ooh yay @Firevie of course, you’re only a few days off ovulation hopefully. How are your CBD and OPK today?

@VP91x it does get frustrating waiting out doesn’t it & you just want to try absolutely anything to help. Good luck with this cycle. It was definitely good that you ovulated last cycle, so things are definitely going the right way for you girl.

I’ve just had my final test appt through now, so all appts will be complete by 14th October...hoping that it then won’t be long to by next consultant appt where we discuss results from all tests eek. We’ve still be TTC in between the tests though as we genuinely hadn’t been told not to at all (only seen that from a few women on here)...so hopefully we get our BFP before the next consultant appt eek 💓

@Rainbowhope11 remind me where you got the Proov strips from?

@HappyVibes it really does. It's been such a long year! Thank you hun. Yeah I saw that, but I'm not sure/can't remember why they were told not to TTC. I'm sure you're ok to keep trying if they haven't said anything xx

@notalwaysalondoner @Sallyjo27 @HappyVibes sorry, a bit slow catching up on the thread. It sounds like we’re all having similar tests at similar times - lets hope they are useful!

I’m currently 7/8 dpo and had some very light spotting for the last couple of days so trying not to get my hopes up that it’s implantation and trying not to obsess...unsuccessfully. This month I’ve taken shed loads of vitamins so I’m stupidly optimistic, at the risk of being very disappointed. These few days are the worst!
