Discussions typically include:

• Baffling temp charts
• Absent or oddly timed EWCM
• Whacky cycle lengths
• AF gone AWOL (current high score is 141 days post pill)

@TheDaydreamBelievers thank you for your response ☺️ I am on medication because of a hormone imbalance and after being on the pill for around 13/14 years, there is a part of me that worries that I won't be able to conceive. Only time will tell

@Trying4one well you're in the right place! I came off the pill a year ago after 14 years on it :)

Woop we've got the start of a temp rise! Looks like I had another cycle of ovulation same day as my peak OPK. I'm feeling hopeful this cycle 🤞

Looking very promising @Juno231 !! Im 12DPO and no AF yet... these BVits have worked exactly as I had hoped by bringing on an early Ov and lengthening my LP!!

I had some spotting yesterday, nothing yet today, but I have every faith AF will rear her ugly head just as I'm about to chow down on a burger at the bbq by the lake this afternoon 😂 I have had what feels like premenstrual pain for about a week now some im expecting it to be horrendous 😫 I have to admit im a little scared 😨 😅 😂

@Kay00 - I hope at least AF skips your lovely camping weekend (although that might just make you feel anxious!)

I'm 12DPO and to be honest feeling a bit like 'I dont know wtf is going on with my body'. Temp was inexplicably 36.7 this morning which is the highest it's ever been. I'm now worried the confirmed ovulation was wrong and this is actual ovulation and we missed it, no BD cause we are knackered at the end of this week. Thinking I should have maybe kept taking OPKs but at the same time with a cycle currently over 45 days I just couldn't be bothered doing that many OPKs.

Assuming AF actually arrives sunday/early next week, my goals for cycle 3 are:

• temp every day at same time
• OPKs from CD9 onwards

@TheDaydreamBelievers if your temperature is heading upwards and your 12DPO... it could be a good sign 😁🤞🤞 do you have a chart to share?

This is my chart @Kay00 - I was on holiday CD10-16 and didnt take my thermometer so that's why that is a straight line

Yes, i would say you ovulated when your chart says you did 😊 or maybe CD35 x

CD25 for me, 9DPO. Felt really moody and emotional today and sort of crampy so i expect Im out but not due on until Thursday, really don't think it will be that long with how Im feeling now. Id be happy with another 27 day cycle, although that would shorten my LP to 11 days when my app is predicting 13 days..surely if I ovulate later I should come on later but my body is telling me different things today...just want to make it through the weekend i think without AF...

@TheDaydreamBelievers isn't there a dip on cd34 on your chart? That'll be ovulation day. Have you tested? Increasing temp is a very good sign I'd say!

@MintGreenLife was just thinking how a month ago I told I've weirdly never ovulated on CD14 or 15 before and then I ovulated CD14 last cycle and looks like I have on CD15 this cycle... Just to spite me I bet!

@Juno231 I used strip cheapies on CD9 but that might just have been to early. If no AF by monday I will test again

Getting some faint brown staining (sorry TMI) so pretty sure my app is spot on about AF starting today and that I am out for this cycle.

Positives:

• I detected ovulation with OPKs and temp rise and this looks like a correct length of time after ovulation (13DPO)?
• way shorter cycle than last time
• took my temp most days

This new cycle:

• temp every dang day
• eat better

Sorry to hear AF is on her way @TheDaydreamBelievers good news about pinning down ovulation though!

I am CD13 and OPK’s are still stark white 🤨

@TheDaydreamBelievers those are some epic positives though! Sounds like you've had a perfectly normal cycle 🎉. Onwards and upwards!

@Sarahp2308 if it helps my OPKs were blank at CD13 but I still ovulated on CD15.

Second day of temp rise for me and there's no mistaking it this time 😂

@Juno231 a bit long prior to ovulation but a normal literal phase at least! And 47 CD rather than 141! So will count that as a win!

So LUTEAL phase is now a normal length, follicular a bit long

@Sarahp2308 Mine were also blank on CD13 this cycle, i got all worried as Id seen lines in the cycle previous and then CD15 they got darker, do not worry :)

Hey girls! Just catching up with everyone's news; apologies for being AWOL, another very busy week at work and I also travelled to get my eyebrows microbladed on Weds which was SO EXCITING so now I'm just trying to deal with the horrible scabbing/healing haha! All good though!

In other news...I GOT MY PERIOD!!! CD109 so didn't quite beat @TheDaydreamBelievers record haha, you're still the queen! OMG though guys seriously I couldn't believe it as had no cramps or anything, I actually started crying a bit hahaha jeez, emotional wreck. It started last Sunday and by Tuesday night...it was gone! So I started worrying again as it was very light and I had no pains the whole time. @crabette so to answer your question, yes very light AF post-pill! I'm pretty sure it was AF though and nothing else as it was red, just not super heavy. So I'm now CD8 which is very exciting and I'm not really sure what's going to happen now; yet to ever have a peak OPK (I also drink a lot of water throughout the day so possible I missed it as had a 56% one day, but nothing else. I also temp every day and have done since beg-August, but no high temps, highest was 36.62 during my period. Sooooo I'm basically going to keep doing both those things and see what happens. Fingers crossed things are starting to get a tiny bit back to normality!? I'm tempted to still have my Drs appt though as I'm still concerned about the length of the cycle and how short/light my first AF was.

@lawandgin well done on getting your appointment! Really glad they're taking you seriously and you're getting things underway.

Sounds like things are all working out well for you this cycle @Juno231 and @TheDaydreamBelievers and @Flowerkm it sounds as though your cycles are starting to behave themselves . @Sarahp2308 im sure your + OPK will happen soon just keep testing!

Im back from my camping trip now and no AF yet (im 13DPO now). And my cramping (which lasted nearly a week) has stopped. I spotted on 11-12DPO but nothing today. im hoping I haven't completely messed up my cycle with these BVits, but i suppose im still within normal luteal phase range. I tested with a cheapy when I got home but BFN... so I suppose I'll just wait for AF to arrive. At least these BVits extended my LP as intended, but im surprised by how many extra days!!

@kay00 oh that's confusing! I hope it arrives tomorrow in that case!
