Hi All, I had a mmc at the end of June, and am now 8dpo after our first ovulation since the mmc. Surprisingly, I got this result this morning. Seems too early but it's there... Anyone else got a recent bfp after a miscarriage and is going through the anxiety of it all happening again? Hoping to see lots of rainbow babies xx

@natnev my money is still on a faulty test tbh. Doesn't matter now I guess. So sorry to hear, but hey we can keep each other company through the next cycle ❤️ my app predicts the next ovulation around the 28th.

@ArjaD just checked and mine says ovulation between 24th-30th with the 28th being the optimal day Smile I still have some tests ready for this weekend if AF doesn't show but trying not to get hopes up x

ArjaD · 11/09/2020 14:04

How are you all feeling, ladies? Xx ❤️

Petrified that AF is going to show today, every time I wee I check to see if there’s blood there ☹️ I’m going to do another digital on Tuesday (a week after my first one) and hope it says 2-3 weeks so that’ll show it’s advanced and I’ll then start booking things in. It was heartbreaking cancelling everything last time so I just can’t get overly excited right now. How are you? X

Jaysdream7 · 11/09/2020 15:00

Hi, I tested negative 😪. On to next cycle just waiting for AF to start. I knew I wasn’t anyway I just know when I am.
Good luck to you all now and next month. Waves to @ArjaD 🥰

Sansa87 · 11/09/2020 15:16

Had a little nausea, & boob pain. Stomach pain comes and goes, though it is a little more intense at the moment, & I’m scared to go for a wee.

I’ll be 6 weeks this weekend I think, which is as far as we got last time.

I’ve also absolutely ballooned which is making me really insecure to be honest. I know it’s stupid, I’m fine putting on pregnancy weight, but I think it’s unhealthy how much my weight has gone up since May (at least 2 stone) I’m quite petite anyway, & I’m usually a size 6, but now I can’t do them up without a lot of difficulty 😔

Littlebee1990 · 11/09/2020 15:28

@Sansa87 Funny you say that as I had the exact same convo with my partner this morning. Since last year I’ve gone from 8-10 to a 12 (which I know isn’t large but it’s large for my frame) so with pregnancy weight I’ll have a lot to loose after, going to really focus on eating healthy now and making sure I’m getting all the good stuff.

I would absolutely take gaining a lot of weight though if it enables me to grow a healthy bubba, I just wanna make sure I’m healthy as my BMI is now in the “overweight” range!

Feel queasy today and cramps in lower belly and back, hoping it’s the little bean getting comfy and not AF showing up.

ArjaD · 11/09/2020 18:02

@Littlebee1990 sounds like it's all going OK though, I feel super positive about your digital giving you the 2-3 weeks next time you test!
@Jaysdream7 hiiiii, aw so sorry you got a negative. But like I said to @natnev, we can all keep each other sane while we try again xx
@Sansa87 I felt super bloated first trimester with both pregnancies, loved getting in the maternity trousers from like week 6 🙄🙄

Thank you so much @ArjaD.. you was right!

Got my dye stealer and also 2-3 weeks on a digital hooray! Still petrified but hopeful this is a positive sign. I want to book an early scan but can’t decide when to book it for, according to my LMP I’m 5+3 but if I go by ovulation I’m 4+2 (I have long cycles so I don’t think the dating from my LMP will be right as I know I didn’t ovulate until 27th August and my first day of LMP was 7th August) I don’t wanna go too early and not see anything. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? This is my first bub so I have never done this before!

Hope everyone is doing ok? X

Morning ladies, been a mad few days here, super busy. Congrats for those of you who have got your BFP's this week. It's not looking like I will be getting one, am currently bed bound with hormonal migraines which I get every month when AF turns up Sad hope you're all doing ok and have a lovely weekend x

Sansa87 · 12/09/2020 10:53

I got my three weeks + today.

Can’t believe it. I never got it with my last pregnancy.

I know they’re a load of shit, & should be avoided at all cost, but I just feel I’ve hit a milestone I didn’t hit last time.

I used to get faint lines on cb's too to the point I only trusted red dyes till I got bfp then I'd use clear blue I think some women's body's just respond different to different test but I hope it is a positive for you though try re testing in a few days x

ArjaD · 12/09/2020 12:48

@Jaysdream7 I agree, I don't trust the blue dye ones at all. But having said that, I fhor a false positive on a pink one this month so who still knows 😔
Congrats @Littlebee1990 and @Sansa87 on the great progress progress! 🎉🎉💪
@natnev aw hope youu feel better soon. Af is such a witch.

natnev · 13/09/2020 09:10

@Jaysdream7 I can definitely see a faint line on your cb test. Could you get a digital one to be sure?
AF is definitely evil, although still not turned up yet. Have decided to test tomorrow if she is still a no show 😬

Jaysdream7 · 13/09/2020 09:16

Morning. I could see it slightly too although think AF is starting this am as slight spotting. Feel like she’s about to show herself. Good luck to you xxx

natnev · 13/09/2020 10:22

@Jaysdream7 ah noooo, that's such a pain. I wish falling pregnant was as easy as they made it out to be in school 😆 we are supposed to be having an appointment with fertility doctors at some point, but with the pandemic lord knows what'll happen. I fell pregnant so easily in my 20's, now it's just not happening. Fingers crossed your spotting may be implantation bleeding 🤞🏻

Jaysdream7 · 13/09/2020 10:26

Is it too rude to ask your age please. I’m 40 so really worried. I really think mine is AF as I have had BFN. Can only pray. Once she’s here In full force I head forward with positivity for second cycle xxx

Sansa87 · 13/09/2020 11:04

@Jaysdream7 my mum has me at 21, and my youngest brother at 42. She did have a mc either side of him, but her pregnancy with him was plain sailing.

I’m back at work after a week off, and mannnn I’m exhausted.

My boobs hurt a. Lot. I feel like I’ve been punched, & have a chest infection, though the chest infection pain is in the boobs instead of the chest, & I have no cough... I don’t know if that makes sense

natnev · 13/09/2020 11:18

I'm 32 @Jaysdream7 but had my first two children at 23&24. Have been trying casually for about 18 months now after a very bad miscarriage (haemorrhaged and had to have surgery). Since then I haven't been able to even fall pregnant.
@Sansa87 that doesn't sound good Sad are you on antibiotics?

Sansa87 · 13/09/2020 11:38

@natnev sorry, I described it badly. I don’t have any infection, my the heaviness, and ouchyness of my boobs almost feels like the same heavy weight you get with a chest infection.

I was a size 6 in June... these are my size 8 work trousers. I did not sign on for weight gain this early 😅

natnev · 13/09/2020 12:46

@Sansa87 best get used to it Grin a lovely bump will be coming soon! I found some of those cooling packs you can use for headaches on the boobs helped a bit with the ache! Do you have any nausea yet?

Sansa87 · 13/09/2020 12:53

Oooh really @natnev I’m going to the supermarket after work, so I’ll look out for them.

Getting waves of nausea, definitely more than during the mmc. Trying to remember this is a good sign, & better than all my symptoms going.

natnev · 13/09/2020 12:57

@Sansa87 absolutely it's better, but be kind to yourself and remember it's ok to say it's also shit 🤣 are you booking an early scan?

Sansa87 · 13/09/2020 13:03

@natnev yesss just don’t know whether to go for 8 weeks instead of 7. I’m roughly around 6 weeks atm.

How is your head now? Hope you’re feeling bettter
