Thank you @notyetamumbuttrying and no @Vil10 still crappy 😷 but my tips are shit loads of sleep, hot ginger, lemon and honey tea (fresh), and olbas oil. I swear by the tea though, always helps. Hope you feel better soon x

@Newbie0818 I always make homemade honey lemon & ginger tea when feeling shit it helps me too sending healing hugs!

@Vil10 glad he got down safe! Can't say it appeals to me but I guess it could be good! Weekend away is good now after a small health crisis for me today I had an adrenal crisis after not taking my steroids properly over the past few days as I've been focusing on taking 5 lots of the IVF drugs per day I've not been taking my life saving steroids at the right time (& possibly drinking too much last night & spending too much time in the hot tub 😂) sent me shaking, flaking out, being sick & needing my emergency injection of steroids. I should in theory then blue light myself to the nearest hospital for 24 hours of intravenous saline /steroid drip but instead I've been sleeping & drinking salted water v slowly & I've upped my steroids. I'm ok now don't worry, we've even just had sex! So all ok now I'm going to eat a bit of Chinese & chill out 🙄🙈

Also sorry I haven't been on here much todag but been spending time with OH as I'm working tomorrow. We went for a walk up quite a high peak near us with OHs mum which was nice as I needed some strenuous exercise. Came back and we soaked in the bath together and OH washed my hair for me which was actually really intimate and lovely. Was really feeling the love. Especially when I had my eyes closed and he was washing my hair and said "why do I find you so attractive" and upon opening my eyes realising he was very turned on. Was one of those moments of real intimacy🥰 sounds so cringe but love it!

@lucyrp ah yes I saw your chart... Not sure why you felt it didn't look good? The only thing I'd note is that your temps on average seem a bit high to me - your FP temps are as high as a lot of women's LP temps 🤔

@Juno231 it just seems to go up and down a lot already and I thought it should stay sort of plateaud until ovulation ?? Oh dear high temps in FP aren't a good sign are they... sure that's a symptom of PCOS ?... my temps the last few days have been 36.47, 36.57, 36.71 and 36.51 this is what my chart looked like last time I temoed just for reference

Maybe you just have a higher body temp in general? Or take your temps quite late? Actually are your fluctuations due to you taking your temp and different times some days?

I see lots of the up and down type charts on FF, some ladies do just seem to have more variation than others. Then again thinking about it if you're having peaks and troughs on femometer it would look like mountains and valleys on FF?

I think the lemsip ones make me feel better quicker. Also I'm with you on the lemon and honey in hot water too. Also if I'm under the weather AT ALL I'm like a child and straight on the lucozade haha

I've had both @Vil10 I think the lemsip max day & night ones are probably best, were you testing today? Poor sensible dog that got stung!

@Vil10 hugs, being asthmatic means I am only allowed paracetamol outside of hospital, so cannot help, I still remember when they send me home after Labour with a gigantic tear, what do you mean I cannot have codamol at home? only under observation, not even cocodamol....
@Minster2012, how can I explain this, other than pure paranoia, I’ve decided to see if af comes in a few days and test next weekend, I only remember after going to the loo anyway.... I don’t feel it, but I don’t feel af coming either, here comes week horribilis...

@Minster2012 yep gotta be done! If we can avoid costly invasive treatment by him living a healthy lifestyle then I'm all for it! I'm at my parents this weekend and I've sent him articles on how to improve his sperm and sent him screenshots of the foods to eat, I think he's getting the hint now 😂

Had a temp dip this morning on CD15 which I would hope suggests ovulation but my cb opks aren't picking up any peaks yet only highs ...
