We thought we'd have a nice family weekend away.......I forgot away anywhere with a toddler is more stressful than staying at home! We're staying in an air b n b thats definitely not toddler proof so have spent half the night removing things he can break and telling him not to touch things. He was so excited he didn't go to sleep till about 10.30pm and has been up since 4am all excited and ready to explore. Today will be fuelled by a shitload of caffeine!
Whats everyone else's plans for today? Very jealous of the hot tub @Minster2012!

I also woke up stupidly early on my weekend off, dh is working in the morning, I am going to take the chance to move some furniture around, and then lunch, birthday cake, movie and wine... tomorrow visit to a castle’s ruin (I know I am a geek).

Well I'm CD2 and feel like a bag of dicks, period pains and quite a heavy period, started with a cold so feel like asshole, and trying to get rid of it before we go away on Tuesday, watching OH throw himself out of a plane today after he told me that a man he works with is a fireman part time and apparently he's been called out to this same parachute centre a few times for deaths🙃 oh and my poor fur baby got stung by wasps on both his eyes!!! We rang our friend who's a vet and they said bathe his eyes with a mix of water and baking soda so it's like a paste and it reduces the pain and apply ice to keep the swelling down and give him an antihistamine, so I've been awake all night feeling shit and worrying about the poor dog!! On the plus side, I got my nails done yesterday!! Got my wax today and brows and lashes on Monday!
