@notyetamumbuttrying I took an ic this morning but bfn as expected. I don't even know how many dpo I am (if I even ovulated) as my opks were so all over the place. I'm not hopeful tbh, I've had 3 periods in the last 60 days so I doubt I'm ovulating reliably and can hardly have much of a womb lining built up eith such short cycles 😥 I'll be interested to see what the bloods show up. I was told up today 5 was ok for the first lot but ya probably best to move them forward if possible.

Thanks girls! OH brought flowers, we BD'd and I managed to score a tenant today! So we're moving out in just two weeks time 😅. We'll be staying at FILs for a month until we complete on the house end of Oct. Basically we got too worried that if a second lockdown hit we'd be screwed tenant wise so best to get one in ASAP lest we're stuck with two mortgages 🤪.

Am excited to see what my temp does tomorrow btw, it sorta spike today but it must be a fluke - no way did I ovulate on CD9 right 😅

@Katao ah sorry it was bfn. When you getting bloods done? Yeah they said 2-5 was fine but as I have short cycles I was hoping to get them day 2 or 3. Defo calling tomorrow morning first thing.
@Juno231 aww sounds lovely! Glad you enjoyed and well done with the house selling and buying! Ours is going on the market this week with a bit of luck! Already had a viewing as the agency is on the case, very excited as they want a second viewing on Saturday 😁

I was thinking this week about the stamp duty holiday & how we would kinda need to list about now to take advantage of it seeing as how some searches are taken 12 weeks so that's basically after Xmas right to go to completion to get within deadline so getting on the market & having viewings now is perfect timing 🤞🏻

@katao, no wasn't on doggo watch, as no way am I sleeping downstairs & ain't NO chance I'm letting a dog with the potential for runs upstairs, our dogs stay downstairs! Husband just left & pleased to report DDOG2 very much alive & no mess anywhere!

I've just read a very interesting post on the surrogacy Facebook group I'm in about how soon they got the "2/3 weeks" on the clear blue pregnancy tests & the tests are pretty surprising, very early I think, for a lot of ppl saying around 9 days after putting a day 5 embryo back! I mean it makes sense as they say when you get a BFP after IVF from a 5 day you are 2 weeks pregnant but I guess I had never thought about it & we tested the full 14 days after transfer so the full TWW.

Morning girls!!

Hope everyone is doing well! So 9dpo and had slight period sort of pains yesterday and this morning as I've woken up? I'm 99% sure I won't be getting my BFP this month so someone please tell me I'm imagining these twinges😂

@Minster2012 that's so interesting!! I find it so exciting that in a few weeks time you could get your BFP!! I really hope you do🤞🏼

@Vil The only thing I've managed to discern from all my googling is that any symptom can mean anything at any time. Fingers crossed for you.

AF was due on Sunday and nothing yet although I've had cramps and sore boobs for a week. Who knows what's going on. I've also had 2 nosebleeds since ov which is unusual. Although given we only DTD once 4 days before ov I'm not getting my hopes up just yet or wasting a FRER!

@Minster2012 ooo how much is it ? Sounds good. I really need to start making time for exercise again but I feel so busy all the time! Yes u did get through to the doctors but they didn't have space on the day I need it which will actually be CD23 so the healthcare assistant is ringing me back this afternoon to try and find space for me which is what they did last time. Going to find it difficult going in again as it will be the same person as last time who forgot to tick the right bloody box 😂😭

@notyetamumbuttrying we didn't really chat much last night but I'm normally quite touchy feely and didn't bother last night to see if he noticed and he wasn't happy😂 kept asking me what was wrong 😂

@blodyn91 oh thank you! I noticed in the month I bbt'd before I have a drop on CD8 too so must just be a normal thing but seems to be steady following on from yesterday. I have no idea what to expect so just going along with it 😂 did you have technically a long cycle on your BFP cycle then as I seem remmeber you saying yours are normally 28-30 days aren't they ? And you ov'd CD22?? How are you keeping ? 🥰

And I'm CD10 today and already been up and gone to the loo and completely forgot about POAS for my CB opks 😭

@Vil I am usually like clockwork but it's my first month using pregnacare which I read can lengthen your cycle. I like the hope and anticipation so dont to be disappointed. Ignorance is bliss!

@LBee2020 unfortunately yes anything can def mean anything at any time! I got horrendously sick & nauseas & sore boobs near when my AF was gonna start I was convinced I was PG but no it's a total head fuck

@lucyrp yeah my cycles before had been 29 or 28 days 10/11 day LP, all very light period. It was a strange cycle, but dtd every other day to cover all possible Ovulation days 🤣 Interesting that @LBee2020 said that pregcare lengthens your cycle because I was taking them by this cycle along with DHA tablets 🤔 Doing ok thanks 😄 first booking appointments tomorrow after it got cancelled last week, decided not to go for a private scan and waiting till my NHS one as OH is allowed it 🥰

Girls keep hope. I only bd twice around ovulation as I wasn't feeling the best (I have fibromyalgia as well as other conditions) I actually didn't even have much in the way of ov signs. Thought I hadn't ovulate. But here I am 5 weeks pregnant so u just never know xx

@Katao a week seems long! I got mine the next day, thought that was standard? I called up this morning but no cancellations, will try again tomorrow. If still no joy my original apt is Thursday which is day 5! Ah well, I just want the referral anyway, I'm sure the fertility clinic will repeat them once we get there.

@Blodyn Yeah I dont know what the likelihood of Pregnacare actually affecting cycle length is but it says it on the side of the box so I figure enough people have reported it for them to add it on the external packaging. Who knows!?

@LBee2020 have you usually got short cycles or did you just start using pregnacare to help with TTC?

@Catherinettc this has given me hope! We were rubbish with DTD around ovulation this time, but I had no usual after ovulation signs, and only now on 9dpo have I got cramps and slightly tender boobs, I'm hoping this is not just af making an early appearance!!

@notyetamumbuttrying really? I was told Friday or Monday so just have Monday in my head so I'm not disappointed if I ring Friday. I think @lucyrp had a bit of a wsot for her results as well?

We dtd on Sunday and then yesterday before I went to bed I had an almost positive opk so said to DH we need to do it again today.
He skinned his knees at football on Sunday though and they're really scabby and weepy so he was moaning but I said we can just do a different position - I just need more sperm in there in case I'm peaking today 🤣

Not sure if it’s connected or not. I took pregnacare for a few months there and it didn’t affect my cycle length but I had zero ewcm and when I looked it up that was also a possible thing. I stopped it last month and took omega 3 just up until ovulation And plain folic acid and was completely back to normal. I think just try but see what works best for your body. I think everyone gets different responses to different things

@Katao yeah that's a good way to think about it. In my area you get the results the next day as they analyse same day or at least within 24 hours. Hope all comes back ok! X
