I just had a load of ewcm even though I'm only cd13 and because of long cycles don't usually ovulate until into the 20s... Should I DTD now just in case??

I'm still taking my estrogen to try and get my womb lining fluffy, I've my womb scan on weds early to see how it is & that will determine if we transfer next week so it's getting real...I just wish I knew what was going on inside but we find out weds 🤞🏻🙈I'm scared as last time my lining wasn't thick enough so it put the transfer back so I'm worried that will happen again. Once we get through that then planning really starts. How's your sister? Xx

@Missgoldilocks pretty abysmal...25million total, 5million per ml, 14% motility and 2.3 morphology. The only good one was vitality at 56% and actually the volume was good too. Can't remember the stat tho. Yep so he's stopped smoking already, no Saturday sessions are allowed, he's gonna walk everyday and eat more fruit n veg. Plus take his tabs everyday. Each day I feel better about it cos at least sperm was there so we have a chance still! How are you doing?

Hey ladies! Sadly I am returning to the bus after my BFP at the end of July. I went for a private scan a couple of weeks ago at what I thought was 8 weeks but there was no baby ☹️ just an empty gestational sac and placenta - those bits were developing normally and that was why I was getting all the preg symptoms. They called it an anembryonic pregnancy, or a blighted ovum which sounds awful. It was a massive shock as I was feeling so sick, boobs so sore, had no cramps or bleeding. Got the 3+ on digi clear blue. All good signs I thought!

So I called the EPU and they said to wait a week then come in for a scan in case anything changed. That was a mega shit week. I think they thought I was confused with my dates and that instead of 8 weeks I was 5 weeks - I tried explaining I was tracking in detail but they weren't having any of it.

Ended up being at the EPU for 3 hours on Monday morning getting the scan, results confirmed, they offered me either medical management or to wait another 2 weeks for it to happen naturally (surgery not being offered due to COVID). I opted to take the pills and get it over with.

Bleeding has pretty much finished this morning, I'm CD7 but I guess I might not ovulate this month 🤷🏻‍♀️
I've just ordered more vitamins and ovulation tests - getting back on it!

@Amy00 so sorry to hear, what an awful time for you. Could they provide any explanations? No bfp for me. Hubs has low sperm count, so we're getting referred as well as doing lifestyle changes.

And now I'm feeling stupid for feeling hopeful again 😖 after what I thought was af arriving yesterday (the post DTD random wipe of blood), I've had no signs of anything, no more blood. Usually my temps dip consistently until af or when it starts, but it's back up. Cervix high soft and closed. Such a tease! 12dpo, should I test or just wait it out?

@Newbie0818 don't you just hate our bodies 😝 test tomorrow with fmu or if you're gonna test today make sure you do a 4 hour hold. I've still got period pain so fully expect it to start tomorrow. I had to take pain killers yesterday, the pain was so intense so I'm saying I'm out. So much luck to you, keep us posted! You're on the year mark like me right?

@Franklydear thanks, I hadn't heard of it either but apparently it is fairly common. The scan lady said it probably developed up to when the yolk sac develops, about 5.5 weeks, that's when it commonly fails apparently. Then as it was so tiny it was reabsorbed so they couldn't see it on the scan. And my body didn't clock on.

@notyetamumbuttrying thanks. No explanations, they just said there's no reason I can't go on to have a healthy baby.

It's my third miscarriage though so I'm being referred to the recurrent miscarriage unit for tests.

I've got to take a pregnancy test in 2 weeks time to check my levels are down to zero and at that point they will make an appointment at the recurring MC clinic. Feels scary but also positive they might be able to help!

@notyetamumbuttrying 5million sperm per ml is low?! How much is normal! It only takes one sperm right so 🤞 the lifestyle changes just give them a bit of a boost

@Minster2012 @Newbie0818 I persuaded DH into a quickie this morning. He tried fobbing me off with a headache and that we didnt have time but I said I was extra wet today and had a good feeling so he needed to just do it 🤣 romance is dead right? I'll do OPK from now to monitor but didn't want to miss a big ewcm day, even if it is earlier than usual

@SarahTTC2020 should be over 15 million per ml so he's 10million short of the average! But yes, does only take one so they have said we can conceive naturally, will just take longer. Explains the year ttc so far! Thing is, I'm 34 now and he's 37 and we wanted two so we don't really have time on our hands! Good to hear you got a shag in, well done 😏

@Minster2012 ahh good news! My sister is having a really hard time with it, her hormones are fucked and they have to keep restarting the ivf stims 😩 so she's really down about it all! Hopefully this week she gets the all clear to start the cycle again!

So 7dpo today and still no progesterone signs that I usually get, boobs and nipples feel fine, I've had slightly more CM than usual and this morning it's a bit more of a cream colour? But other than that and those little period kind of cramps I experienced I have nothing else to report!

@Missgoldilocks ive got everything crossed for you & your double sex OH this month, so hoping you don't make it to Jan! What's up with the hormones then & your sister? That's so fucked up? It's so fucking hard, I've been a right bitch whilst on the northisterone I've had to actually make a conscious effect to try to be a sane person whilst on the estrogen I remember I was a wreck whilst doing the stims so she's not alone.

I'm a bit worried now as I've just done a random CM check as my boobs are killing, my nipples like fire & I felt wet. Ok so don't forget I'm taking extra estrogen. So this can easily be explained but il not taking hormones to stop my periods this time, so of course I'm curious, I'm CD10. And on the CM side it was mucky brown. 😬😩😱 why would it be mucky brown? I'm meant to be building a lovely fluffy nest like lining for a week and half. Arghhhhhh

Please please please someone remind me at any point tomorrow to ring the doctors because otherwise I will forget ! 😩

@Missgoldilocks January is the month I have in mind too before we go private. Yes, have thought about iui. I should get referred next week and then will discuss options with the clinic. If we don't get seen before jan, then that's when we'll go private and get the second SA. Dh is cleaning up his act so hoping we'll see an improvement come Christmas. I came on this evening whilst out with friends. We did go boat along the Thames so it at least held off for that and came when we got to pergola. You been to one of those before, they're pretty cool. Ahh your poor sister, sorry to hear hun! X
@Newbie0818 you started investigations yet? We started at 11 months and found out last week that it's hubby with a low count causing the issue. I'm having day 3's next week then we should get referred based on his result. We're 12 months now. I was getting impatient at 6 months mate so it's defo normal!! Hope you feel better soon.
