Thank you everyone. I’ve got an appointment for Tuesday as that’s the first one available. Now just need to try not to worry about it for all those days :( . I’d be surprised if I am perimenopausal because I’ve had a missed miscarriage and two chemical pregnancies this year, plus my mum is pretty much only now going through the menopause. But I guess it’s not impossible so still anxious about it as I do very much want a sibling for my son and have a hole in my heart for another little one. Thank you for your kind words and support - OH means well but he doesn’t really understand why hearing something like that is so upsetting.

@VP91x good luck for Sunday, hope you're not too disheartened as it is early days.

@MinnieMouse4 sounds like your receptionist needs training too - I can't work out why you'd do a job like that if you don't have any empathy or people skills!

@chloedancer897 yay! Fingers crossed this is our cycle and we will have BFPs in the bag! Deffo keep up that positive attitude. I hear a lot of people saying if you picture you having something and keep that picture in your mind it will happen! Xx

@VP91x I’ll keep an eye on that this cycle. I’m using OPKs this time I have stocked up on the cheapies and I have 4 CBD ones left so I will use them once I start getting darker lines on the cheapie OPKs I think. I thought to maybe start a little later as I think AF may be longer this month. Hopefully your test was just that bit too early. Fingers crossed for a BFP on Sunday 🤞🏻 Xx

@Bl0ndi3 I can see the lines too! How exciting! Are you going to try with a FRER or CB? Xx

@familybythesea good luck with your appointment and hopefully your GP will help you feel more relaxed About it all and you can get a plan going forward. I agree that you shouldn’t take up a job like that if you don’t have the right skills. Xx

@familybythesea glad you have your appointment. It’s probably so hard to wait until Tuesday but perhaps try and distract yourself with OH and your DS as much as you can.
@Peblet sorry to hear about your loss. Welcome and hopefully this group will be able to give you the same comfort it gave me.
My update - only been to pee once this morning and was a lot more blood when wiping so I have popped a pad into my knickers. Will see and either out today down as another day of spotting or if the pad fills up then as flow so cd1. Xxx

@MichT4 I'm confused, doesn't your pregnancy sac need to come away before you can start trying again? And if it isn't coming away surely epu need to do something about it? Xx

@chloedancer897 your OH probably is feeling a bit gutted about his results, but he needs to remember he's changed a lot of things since then. Hope this is your cycle!

@VP91x sorry you had a BFN, hopeful for you in a couple of days!

@Firevie I would count today as CD1 if you're having to use a pad / tampon. I think that's what most apps recommend. Are you taking anything / trying anything different this cycle?

Little update from me - on CD8 today, on my second day of flashies on CB digis and we're trying to just regularly DTD and not stress too much about it. How are you getting on @Northernsoul90 and @HappyVibes? xxx

@chloedancer897 I agree with the ladies, he might be struggling to communicate as he doesn't really know what to say. I know how hard I find it sometimes talking to OH when I assume I am causing possible issues. I think it's important to talk and make sure he knows it's ok and you can find a solution together etc. Also, it is likely not so much an issue now and if it's in his head that it is, it could affect his libido etc, so definitely give it a day or two and have a chat. He will be on side soon I'm sure.

@VP91x sorry it was negative this morning lovely, really hope your test on Sunday brings a nice line for you.

@Lollol86 she didn't say much. She told me not to worry as it would come away with my next bleed. But she also said we could get pregnant with no bleed. It doesn't matter anyway as I think AF is coming so it will come away with that I'm sure. If it doesn't come to anything then I'll have to go back to EPU next week, hopefully that's not the case xx

I've been out and bought some FRER so I'll take one in a couple of hours if urine concentrated enough 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@MrsK21 thanks I haven’t marked it as cd1 as it’s still v light and just red when I wipe and brown gush (sorry TMI) on my pad. I usually have more flow after two days of this.
I think this time round I will def use my digital cb. So, I think I will start using pink dye OPKS on cd12 and then on cd15 perhaps start with cb digital and once I have ovulated start taking the progestonere pessaries i have from my OBGYN. Hopefully this will do the trick. Hope you’re having fun dtd 😉 xxx

@VP91x I've never seen him so down. He's usually the optimistic one. He didn't even sleep well last night and when I spoke to him today he just said he wants a baby and he's just so broken by it all. I've clearly projected my negativity on him which is awful. I feel so annoyed at myself for making this so all consuming. We are just really hurting.

Sorry for the BFN but it's still soooooo early. Try not to lose hope. Your chart looks fantastic.

@MichT4 @MrsK21 thank you both. I'm hoping over the next few days he picks up a bit. I'm shocked with the news about IVF. I stupidly told him about two girls I know who had bad experiences. One ended up needing a hysterectomy because of scarring caused by the meds from IVF and the other had ovarian torsion and needed surgery. So he's afraid of the meds and what they can do. He doesn't want anything to happen to me.

@MinnieMouse4 let's have a positive month going forward. I really do feel quite hopeful for the first time in a long time which is weird considering all the bad news we keep getting. I do have a feeling it will happen. In the meantime, I'm trying to be more active, stay healthy, and keep a healthy mind. I'm moving jobs in a few weeks so I think that will help too. No more shift work for me!👏

@BEESY90 I'm so glad everything is ok. How stressful that must've been! The first trimester is so hard especially with a history of MC but I'm glad little jelly baby is bouncing around and strong in there!xo

@familybythesea how awful for the receptionist to speak to you like that. Hope your appointment on Tuesday goes ok. I too am longing for a sibling for my DS. It’s heartbreaking isn’t it but they will get a sibling sometime in the future, I’m sure of it.

Update from me, so dr called this morning and she said for some reason the bloods had been checked for day 21 and day 2 at the same time. Well obviously that’s not going to work 🤷‍♀️. I would’ve been cd 26 when I had the bloods taken on Monday (my cycles have been irregular recently so don’t know when I am due to come on really, could be any day in the next 10 days) and she said I haven’t ovulated yet so I assume I either won’t this cycle or have done in the last few days. She said everything else seemed ok and so just to do CD2 bloods when the time comes. Just feel a bit disheartened if I haven’t ovulated.

How’s everyone else’s journey going?

I’m going good. Baby doing well. I’ve now had a 6 week, 9week and 11week scan. Have my 12 week booking next week. Ended up in hospital with a pulmonary embolism but back home now and being monitored x
