@mumof23188 no worries, I’m glad I’m able to help in any way. I know what the limbo feeling is like and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
The fact you still have symptoms seems positive. I lost any symptoms almost immediately so without giving you false hope, maybe you aren’t out after all.
Is your hr still high or did you take your Fitbit off in the end?
As for using a tampon I wouldn’t tbh. I know when miscarrying you’re advised against it to prevent infection and allow everything that needs to come out, come out. Plus if you were still pregnant then a tampon wouldn’t be safe so I’d probably just stick with pads for now.
Well I can ovulate anytime from cd13 which is the earliest it’s ever happened, right through until cd22 which was how it used to be until I started taking soy isoflavones to bring on earlier ovulation. When I take those then ovulation is usually between cd13 and 16 so we’ll see! I’ll just keep testing and hope for a peak. Last time I tested in the morning and it was a real faint line and by the evening it was a clear peak reading.
Thank you, I must admit knowing I’m not perimenopausal was reassuring and knowing my body is producing all the right amounts of hormones is good to know. But unfortunately if the eggs that I have left are just not much good then nothing I can do will make any difference. I also need to lose weight as I weighed myself and even though I’m only a size 12-14 (but I’m short at 5,1), my weight outs my bmi high and classes me as obese 😩 so that’s my main mission, to lose weight to get back to my old weight. I was much lighter when I had my children years ago!
Sending you lots of luck too! X
