Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@2alreadywantanother I just went to the loo and have pink CM so i take it that I am now out 😩. Will await the big drop in HR overnight. I’m so upset!! Going to take a break from TTC because it’s really hitting me hard. I truly believed I was lucky this cycle.

How would you describe spotting? I'm not sure this is AF to be honest. Very light blood and not a lot of it. Cramps have eased a lot as the day has gone by

@mumof23188 just seen your last msg. It is hard, and I love this forum but it’s rSsy to get consumed by it all. I have a break every month for a few days or a week and it helps. So sorry lovely ccc

@ambs1994 spotting should only be noticeable when you wipe, you shouldn't need a tampon or pad for it.

@2alreadywantanother thank you. I’m pretty upset but I’ve had a good cry. Just want AF to show then I can get over it. Going to wait to see the drop tomorrow morning then I’m going to take the Fitbit off.

@Mrsi2020 thank you lovely. Appreciate your lovely message. I completely agree, I let myself totally believe that this was it and my chart was looking so good. Never had a chart like it!! I’m going to stop TTC for now and have a break from it all. Hope you are doing ok?

@Juno231 thank you lovely. Thanks for all your support ❤️. Yeah it’s hit me hard and I’m a blubbering mess. Not strong enough for the rollercoaster that is TTC atm so I’m going to stop and try again when my heads in the right place.

So my spotting has got heavier and heavier throughout the day, definitely going to wake up to heavy bleeding tomorrow. 😔 I've had a cry and a rant to my partner about everything. It just doesn't seem fair. I felt so good this month- felt more relaxed in myself, doing my yoga, acupuncture, eating better and so on. 😭

@mumof23188 I am so sorry, I felt really positive for you too. That's really rubbish and I completely get why you want to take time off from TTC. It's such a heartbreaking process. Please look after yourself and we are all here if you need to talk to someone. ❤️

Yep, woken up to AF... there's no doubting that 😔 my RHR has been falling last few days too with a slight rise today. Devastated. 😭

I'm CD41 now and 18dpo but thinking I maybe didn't ovulate. No sign of AF.
Haven't DTD for 2 weeks either next I thought I was in TWW and then it was bloody hot and then I thought I was due one... Wish I'd kept DTD now just in case!

@Fran2020 I am so sorry lovely 😩. Hope you are ok. Nothing worse than seeing AF when you are feeling so positive.

AF has arrived for me too! No drop at all on HR which I was expecting to see!!

@LS2020 hope you are doing ok and enjoyed spending time with your friend ☺️. I’m still stumped by my HR! Was expecting it to drop. I’m usually at 60bpm for AF but it’s stayed at 68! I’m feeling better today. Must learn to not get to hung up on it all. I’m planning on some pornstars tonight and some chocolate 😁

@mumof23188 I'm so glad you're feeling better! Have all the martinis and chocolate! Maybe a cheeky takeaway as well?

CD11 here and blank OPKs still even though I'm now on day 5 of EWCM. Kinda annoyed as a CD12 ovulation would have been ideal this cycle!

@mumof23188 no I haven't tested again, I guess if it hasn't turned up over the weekend I would again

Chart attached, I think I am about 7dpo today. Is it too early to be concerned about the fact my rhr went down today?
We have been trying to start a family for 3 years, 4 miscarriages and 0 babies! My next pregnancy will be my first medicated so I'm going into ttc again with a lot more optimism.🤞!! And the circle is when I got my my peaks on my opk!

@basilsenia it's quite normal to see a dip at implantation so FC that's what's happening on yours 😁

@mumof23188 yeah it’s very odd - would deffo expect it to drop! I’m glad you’re spoiling yourself though :)

Just had a mare at doctors - they booked me in for day 3 bloods when I did my day 21 bloods. Went in today and they said day 3 bloods weren’t a thing and looked at me skepticaly and I was like well why did other nurse book me an appointment- couldn’t answer me that!

@Juno231 I’m cd11 too and nothing on an opk yet.

But last month I had almost Snow White opk then by the next evening I had my peak.

The earliest I’ve ever ovulated is cd13 though so I’m not expecting it for another few days really at least. Will test every day though.

@LS2020 what?!? It honestly baffles me how some nurses/doctors really are so clueless about fertility testing etc. Like don’t get me wrong I know that’s not all they’re there to test for and they won’t know about everything but you’d think that the day 3 and day 21 blood tests were fairly common tests they see regularly!

Did they do them for you in the end?

@Moominmiss no I didn’t get them done as apparently not a thing 🙃
Honestly it was ridiculous they didn’t have anyone on reception as we have to stand outside before they let you in atm so was outside 15 mins before anyone came out to take names at which point was 5 mins late and told me I’d missed appointment. Back and forth with them about it and then finally got into the nurse and had that said to me. She basically said she’s been a nurse 25 years and never heard of it and basically said I need to speak to my infertility doctor (I don’t have one the GP literally sent me for bloods on first appt) so just gonna wait til OH gets his SA and see if can get a referral together. If GP tells me I can’t because I’ve got to have day 3 tests I’m going to go mad!!

I feel fuming for you!!! How can a nurse of 25 years not ever have come across those tests.

Surely she could have seen on the system that they’d have been requested my a gp in the surgery.

What a total farce. How unbelievably frustrating for you.

And now you’ve missed your window to get those tests done this month!

I hope when you do go back to get them done you get the same nurse and she has to eat her words!!!!
