Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@mumof23188 17 is the maximum although I think relatively rare. 12-14 is the most common length.

@mumof23188 it was 68 this morning and now 60! So weird! I've got cramps and think they feel AF-y. My boobs are still pretty veiny. Awww yeah I bet you do, I hope you find out what's going on soon 🤞🏼

@Juno231 thank you! So I could actually be around 14dpo today instead of 16 as I may of released the egg 36 hours after the surge? So AF could actually be due tomorrow!

@Fran2020 wow that is a huge drop!! Has it ever dropped that much before? I hope it means absolutely nothing lovely

Think I'm out now. Took a test this morning bfn and then just woke up now and had some blood

@ambs1994 sorry you got a BFN. Think those blue dye tests are really hit and miss. Has AF started now?

@mumof23188 not sure really. There was a bit of blood and then nothing since. I've put a pad on to monitor it.

@mrsi2020 yes u adjust it.
If u wake early u add .1 for every half hour, if u lie in u reduce by .1 every half hour

Morning everyone! Nothing during the night for me but more spotting when I've wiped this morning and my RHR has now gone from yesterday's 60 to 56. I didn't take a test this morning as I was still half asleep and don't think theres much point really. My cramps have got worse today too 😔

@mumof23188 I'm not sure really, it seems to be all over the place! Wow another big rise for you- will you test again soon?

I'm 17dpo, still no AF but did another frer and still bfn. Guess I just didn't ovulate or something this cycle so just want AF to hurry up so I can start again 😔😔

I am back on the HR monitoring for myself a new Fitbit- went for the charge 3.
I only got it a week ago so not much to see and it was after my peak LH.
I’m currently 8dpo and my HR has increased slightly

@2alreadywantanother thank you! After looking at it again I think so too as it started to rise after ovulation. I’m so scared to test again!! I might try a blue dye test this time?

Just had a look and it’s adjusted it back by 1bpm to 68bpm. Had a look at my chart for the last 3 cycles. It’s so different!

@mumof23188 yeah yours is a lot higher than normal!

No symptoms of anything, on CD 39 so just hopeful it turns up soon, long cycles suck

@SarahTTC2020 yes it is! It’s giving me false hope! Even compared the year and it’s the highest it’s been! Do you usually get symptoms before AF? Ah I’m sorry 😩. Hope you get an answer soon!

@2alreadywantanother I have no idea what is going on 😩. AF is 3 days late today! Yes I have another, might take it tomorrow. Can you see the faint line? I’m going out of my mind.

So my friend said she could see the slightest faint line on the boots test I took this morning. Now I'm home, I've looked at it again and there is one there but barely, pink in colour too but not sure if its an evap or not. It wont show on camera though
