Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

8DPO - After my exciting wee peak I seem to have plateaued which happened at this time last month too (marked in blue) so my optimism has taken a dip 😞

It feels so weird like I'm scared to get excited! I'm ordering more tests now as would love to see it on a digital 🙏

CD9 here and had a huge amount of EWCM! Thought I’d wet myself 🤣. We are DTD daily atm, don’t want to miss it! My HR has risen by one today. Here’s my charts!

@mumof23188 I was supposed to start OPKs today and even left it out all prepped but OH was sleeping so soundly when I woke I went straight downstairs and completely forgot 😩 (they’re CB digital to have to be done with FMU. I’ve done one with SMU so will have to see!). I’m like 85% convinced i might have ovulated yesterday as same as you, had EWCM last few days, was very up for DTD and my HR is rising. Going to do the OPKs though just incase im wrong but my plan has been DTD every 2 days so not worried overly that I’ve missed anything.

@poptypingchef mine kinda flattened around implantation and then started rising so don’t worry too much on that front!

@poptypingchef I know 😂 I kept doing it last month when trying to do the preg tests and then I would ignore the result when it wasn’t what I wanted as not FMU

@LS2020 ahh no! Annoying but these things happen. What was your result from smu? Yes don’t worry about missing it. Sounds like you are covered ☺️. Feel like I’m wishing my life away with TTC. I’ve not ovulated yet as not had a peak OPK yet but I feel like it’s coming soon. Does your RHR usually rise before ovulation?

I’ve been stuck on 62 since that jump was saying up thread that this happened last month at the same time on 62 so we’ll see

I’m really worried I’ve ovulated mega early? Or possibly today? CD10 today. I managed to conceive my last baby on CD10 but from what I’ve read now the quality of the egg this early isn’t great! So think I was just mega lucky before.

@Mrsi2020 thank you! I feel like this morning line looks the same as yesterday's vut I have a couple of digitals coming today so will try one in the morning 🤞 keeping FC

@mumof23188 perhaps you’ll be fine then? Maybe it’s a good! I think I ovulate day early too - just caught it. The weird thing is despite using the purple I want from the ⭕️

I’ve had a wee jump again today - it’s gone up from the stagnant 62-64. I reckon i’m 9 DPO. Not getting too excited but it did the same thing last month (in blue) but it’s doing it just a bit earlier and I was stagnant for 4 days last month. I’ve attached the rest of last month too cause the rest looks totally different.

@mumof23188 the result yesterday on my OPK was negative but I think it uses it as a base line so would show that no matter what it said I think. I have a flashing smiley today which is normal but worried I messed up yesterday’s base line one and tomorrow will show as peak. I could be wrong about O this week as my RHR has been revised down for yesterday and now had the same RHR for 3 days which is what I normally have in FW. I’m hoping it means that everything’s settled to normal now 🤞🏻

Yeah your graph is madness - you’ve not taken your temp at a different time massively or anything?

@mumof23188 I conceived dd2 on cd8 my mum said straight off she was gonna be a girl 🤣 I didn’t even think it was possible. Fx for you!

@SarahTTC2020 you have the patience of a saint. I’m ok thanks hun, I have waves of nausea but permanently sore boobs and the vivid dreams are here! That was one of my earliest symptoms , I wonder will you get them?! I never remember my dreams unless I’m preg lol. I’m ok tho, scan on Tuesday and v nervous. Xxx

@poptypingchef yes hopefully. We’ve dtd the last few days so feel covered in that respect. Sorry I have no clue about the CB OPK’s, although might look into those for next cycle! Ah fab you are on the rise ☺️🤞. When will you test?

@LS2020 ahh I see! What CD do you usually ovulate on? Hopefully everything has gone back to normal lovely 🤞 I took it today at 6.30 instead of 6, had a lie in 🤣. Would that make a massive difference? I clearly need to research it more as i just don’t understand it really.
