Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

I got lightning crotch yesterday at 6DPO but it's like the third cycle I've noticed it so it's clearly not a ticket to a BFP!

@mumof23188 if lots of ewcm I'd go with that and get DTD! The point in ewcm is to help get the sperm up there, by the time I get my peak mine has always gone so I have to remember to DTD sooner in the cycle

I can't believe how dark it was @Juno231 !!! I actually thought I was out too - especially because the RHR hadn't picked up at that point. I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for the positive OPK, it was darker than control. This was cycle 6 off the pill ✨

I have no clue what's happening this cycle. Am 3 days late. Tested on the day period was due and nada. RHR was rising high, but started to fall, so I thought I was definitely out. However, still no period and RHR is on the rise again. Should I test?

I'm 10dpo and my chart looks the most textbook it has ever looked so I'm really FC over here...

Ah typical, it reduces the image quality on here. I'll wait and do a frer maybe tomorrow!

I'm fairly sure I ovulated the 8th of September. Lots of CM and lots of DTD, so fingers crossed for a late implantation maybe? I was convinced I was out this month, but still no period, so will defo retest tomorrow

@StarStarTeachMe I reckon you ovulated later this month as that would put you at 16DPOish and you'd have a strong line by now if that was the case!

@Mrsi2020 @LS2020 🤣 I've already drunk loads today as wanted to be hydrated for my.blood test! So I'm just going to be patient until tomorrow. And think about nothing else 🤣 and worry that I'll be disappointed.... You know, the usual TTC feelings!

@LS2020 yeah Day 21 but I normally have long cycles so I sort of left it a couple extra days 🤷🏼‍♀️ Dr didn't really explain anything just said book in for around a week before AF
