Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Juno231 I'm so nervous after a chemical and 1 MMC it's been a tough year but trying to keep my positive head on I think af would be due Friday or Saturday (clearly haven't learnt my lesson about testing early)

You’ll be pissing on that tenner at the latest the morning after they arrive!!! 🤣 haha You have had a tough year and you’ve every right to look at this as a fresh start and be hopeful that this is it for you. Enjoy it. I’m the same and trying to do the same. I swear I have pregnancy anxiety . Lol the tests reassure me because every time before they’ve been the first indicator something wasn’t right and so far so good this time.

@Juno231 I really hope you get your bfp soon 🙌🏻 I hope everyone does. It’s just such a waiting game , if we all knew what month we were gonna catch it would be a lot easier , it’s just the limbo. Xxx

Dont want to seem pessimistic already but I feel like I'm out already. My rhr keeps dropping and now on 66. Not sure if the spike I had was because I was ill last weekend. The day I've pinpointed is what I assumed to be ov day.
I'm feeling very bloated still, cramps like af is going to come even though its not due til next week.

I’m ok thanks, cd3 for me so not much to report. We have our telephone appointment with the fertility consultant on Thursday morning so she’ll talk us through all the test results including my partners semen analysis and I think she mentioned scans so will see what she says the next steps are.

I’ve totally convinced myself that I’m either perimenopausal or that because I’m now overweight (wasn’t when I had my children) and my bmi now puts me as obese (even though I’m only a size 12), that my weight is affecting things drastically. My periods are much lighter these days. Like only 2-3 days and rarely heavy flow. Obviously that could be due to my age or weight, or combination of both.

So my main goal is to lose weight, if I need motivation to do it you’d think this would be it, but I find it so hard!

I’ve set 40 as my cut off to stop trying completely so I have a couple of years left to keep going 🤞🏻

I got another faint line on a FRER so went and got some cheapies from B&M, BFN! I hate FRER 😩😩

@mumof23188 what's the sensitivity on the B&M cheapies? I think FRER is something like 6.3 and I thought the B&M ones were 20 so it's maybe just too early for them! You're not out til AF shows x

Ok so I am pretty sure this spotting is just my standard pre-AF spotting. But has anyone who is or have been pregnant had stretchy brown EWCM with light brown blood as implantation bleeding?

@HansBanans yes I just checked and they are 20! I’m just so frustrated with FRER right now 😩. They should not give a pink line! It’s not fair. Thank you! Will see what this week brings as 15dpo today so AF should be here within the next two days!

@Fran2020 sorry can’t help you with that. I’ve only had implantation bleeding once and mine was just a few small dots in my knickers. Hopefully it is 🤞. Ahh good luck with the fertility clinic. Are they going to offer you an appointment?

Hi everyone, sorry haven’t been great in catching up on this thread on holiday - hope you’re all getting on ok.

@BabyDust13 that looks a good line - are you going to test with a FRER?

My chart isn’t great at the moment, I’m hoping it’s due to relaxing on holiday and not anything wrong with my little poppy seed! I’m still nauseous and sore boobs and no bleeding or cramping or anything so 🤞🏻 All is well

@Fran2020 mine was like a giant blob of what I can only describe as snot with the little bit of Stretchy blood so could be similar?

@LS2020 @mumof23188 Thanks guys! I am pretty I've had it other months too so think I'm clutching at straws 😔 I spoke to the clinic and I'm on the list but due to COVID I probably won't get an appointment until after Christmas. 😩 Fingers crossed for cancellations 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@LS2020 thanks I have ordered some FRER not sure if they are coming tomorrow or Thursday. Period is due Saturday so not sure when to use one but I've got loads of cheapies.

I'm feeling a bit sick today but I think it's just nerves 😬

@Mrsi2020 if it makes you feel any better I’m 18DPO and had progressive BFP and my RHR has also flatlined x

@Mrsi2020 well you are definitely pregnant 😂 look at those lines! Amazing! Ahh I know, frustrating. Hate FRER now tho! There’s two very faint pink lines there and if my period arrives then it’s just shocking!

Last cycle I got to 16dpo and I’m 15dpo today! So should only have to wait a couple of day’s for AF. I’m looking forward to getting started with temping!
