Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

Approx 13DPO here with AF due on Wednesday... just waiting for my usual pre-AF spotting to arrive! Really really hope it doesn't 🤞🏼

@mumof23188 hey, I'm ok thanks except for a niggling headache I've had for a few days. How are you?

@LS2020 it was a good dip and rose but now gone back down again and seems to be flatlining at the moment. Hmmm that's interesting haha thanks! 😂

@Fran2020 ahh hope AF stays away for you! Shame about the headache. I’m feeling a bit rough, have a cold so feeling run down. Can tell my DD is back at school 😂. 14dpo today!

Attaching a pic of my graph! 14dpo! No significant rises at all this cycle. Got revised up from 63 to 64 this morning. Just waiting on AF! Looking forward to temping this cycle! Hoping it’s easier to follow than RHR and OPK’s!

Hi girls - sorry I've been quiet but been away on holibobs until yday.
I'm not going to attempt reading all the posts I've missed as I'm drowning in work atm and have lots of life admin on right now too.

CD10 here today and due to start BD. I'll attach my chart a bit later but honestly it's worth nothing as my holiday was in Italy and so my blood is probably 50% wine by now!

Hey ladies I've been a bit MIA lately I've been super busy and trying not to over think TTC. Congratulations on the BFPs it definitely gives me hope seeing all your tests

So I think although can't be sure because it's my first proper month after d&c that I'm 8/9 dpo

Obviously I peed on a stick but only keep the cheap ones in the house now. What do you think?

I'm driving myself mad thinking I can see a very faint line I might just be loosing my mind though 😂😂

@BabyDust13 I can see a faint line and I usually can't see anything so FC!!!

I adjusted the contrast a touch, I tested on a whim really, wasn’t planning to waste another tenner on FRER 😩. Held my pee for almost 2 hours and then I was busting so had to go!

@mumof23188 it's definitely a bit clearer there. Have you got another one you can use in the morning?

@mumof23188 yeah I can imagine that a routine definitely helps! Awww lovely! Think my niece and nephew are enjoying it for that reason too! My LP always seems to be 14 days, I was feeling quietly hopeful this time as well 😔 I'm not very good at seeing lines on tests as my eyes are rubbish but keeping my fingers crossed for you xx

@BabyDust13 I can see those lines without squinting or even having to open up the picture! Keeping everything crossed that it’s your rainbow bfp 🤞🏻

I finally started af yesterday!!!! A 34 day cycle so not as long as it could have been. Cd2 today and just so so relieved to be starting a fresh!

So excited for all the bfp’s on this thread. Definitely gives me hope!

@HansBanans 😂😂 I am so pessimistic it’s unbelievable, only with myself tho! That way I just don’t get to disappointed. Thank you ☺️

@Fran2020 it is so nice to have a routine back! Ahh bless them. School is just so important for kids for so many reasons. My DD is so much happier now she’s back at school. Oh I am so sorry lovely 😩, I really hope it is your time ASAP. It’s good to know that your cycles are so regular tho, takes the guesswork out a bit. Thank you 😊 💕
