Hi everyone,

Setting up the new thread for us - we have come a long way since January and sadly a few of us are still on the "journey". Let's hope we arent here for much longer. Wishing us all baby dust (although its been so long I am not sure dust will do it for me - maybe will have to up the particle size to "baby sand" )

@Annny27 that's understandable. How is your husband taking the news? What did they say was next? Can anything help improve the quality?

@27DONFIN the annoying thing is that DH doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, is thin and fit so only really diet changes that we can try, which he is doing :)

And he is asking to speak to a specialist GP for some more info on what could help! My DH feels optimistic that his diet changes will help. We are also getting him some loose boxers haha

@Annny27 sorry you’ve had not great news on DH front. Glad DH is feeling optimistic though.

Does he take any vitamins of any sort? I’m just looking at whether to get hubby on anything.

So relaxed approach has gone so well today that I have spent the morning crying my eyes out as a close friend has just told me she is pregnant. I’m so excited for her as she has had 2 MMC in the last 12 months and has been so sweet in the way she’s told me. I’m just sad that I’m not pregnant.

That’s good he’s positive about it and willing to make changes. My OH handed in his forms to register at our local Gp on Monday they said it can take two weeks to complete. I put a letter in with the forms asking them to call him to arrange an appointment once he’s registered and gave my info to look at my note as they have the instructions on what has to happen next test wise with him.

@Annny27 exactly what @ChampooPapi said, you've given so much support to us all here💜I'm sorry the SA results weren't good, but it worked out before and it will again. It's also great that your DH is on board with trying everything he can.

I’m crossing everything you get that BFP.

You might already have tried this, but I put DP on Wellman conception vitamins I think a month or 2 before we conceived again. I don’t know if they helped, but I figured it didn’t hurt to try.

Morning ladies, I think I may have some news 😬😬

I think I have just got my BFP!

I feel sick (and not morning sickness!!) with anxiety already!

I've been having some nausea on and off for the past few days. I've been trying to ignore thinking I was imagining it... turns out maybe I wasn't imagining it. I've also had some mild like pinching feelings and could remember having that last time. My temperature was also ridiculously high this morning and I've been having strange vivid dreams (including getting a + test last night - weird) which made me think I should test (I've been avoiding doing it!)

I'm only 12dpo and the tests are faint, but there is a line there (although DH is skeptical again 😂)

I'm also already thinking back to all the cakes and rubbish I've eaten whilst on holiday and thinking I hope that I haven't caused any problems already (silly I know!). I kept thinking sod it im on holiday and was so sure at that point it wouldn't be our month! Maybe the relaxing has helped?!

I feel so mixed about this - obviously I'm so happy and relieved but also a nervous anxious mess trying not to get carried away knowing what happened last time and knowing it can end as quickly as it all started 😞

I hope everyone is doing ok, I'm very conscious this news can be bitter sweet sometimes when we're going through hard times 💐💐

I am 13dpo, deflated boobs and irritable so she is probs on the way soon and after DHs SA I am not too hopeful 👀😂

@TerribleImagination @Leok83 yep I have got him religiously taking the wellman vitamins now! It happened within 4 months before back when he was cycling to work everyday and going to the gym and eating healthy work lunches - think lockdown has taken its toll haha

@Babyghirl thank you! yes I need to take aspirin from now then I will be on blood thinning injections from 6 weeks because I have a blood clotting disorder.

@Annny27 I know! I did the ic first and as it started to dry I could see the second line appear! So I used the same pot of wee (tmi!) to do the frer expecting it to be a stronger line and was quite surprised how much fainter it is! Thank you! No he took some convincing that there was a second line because they aren't glaringly obvious! But I reminded him it was the same last year and I definitely was pregnant! So now he is more convinced. I've got 1 more frer so I'm going to save that until Sunday but no doubt I'll do a cheapie tomorrow (and probably later on today 😂)

I also thought af was going to arrive. A few days ago when I posted on here I was having niggling cramps just like pre-af and got quite upset because i thought it was a sign af was on her way. Our bodies really are strange (miraculous) things!

I'm keeping everything crossed for you @Annny27 I really hope this is your month too but I totally get it when you're not feeling it.

My dh has also been taking multivits and omega 3. His diet is not always that great either. He was really good during lockdown but then bad habits crept back in these past 2 months and he's done very little exercise (used to be daily!) and his healthy eating went out the window 🙄

Oh my goodness congratulations @fizzl!! Im so pleased for you! Hoping time moves quickly for you, 🤞 for a sticky bean! Dont worry about the cakes etc. I have been 90% cake for the past few months and all fine - they take all the good nutrients and leave you with the rubbish too!

I've had some slight spotting this morning so anticipating the arrival of AF this weekend 🙄🙄

I've booked my day 1-5 blood tests for Tuesday so even if my period doesn't arrive untill 16dpo then that will be day 1 :) and then when my period arrives I have to call the fertility clinic to arrange my transV scan for days 10-14 so they can have a look at stuff there!

@fizzl yep! Husbands always take a bit more convincing haha! Awh I am delighted for you but also sad for me that we won't be on the journey together considering we both started chatting in november last year! 💗💗💗

Yes deffo take another one later on today haha! And dont worry about your diet, baby will be just fine! And an end of June baby will be gorgeous :)

I got some good news today.... well it’s progress anyways. My OH handed his registration forms in at our local go Monday and had a telephone appointment today the Gp has ordered a sample kit and they’ll call him when he can collect it from the surgery. I’m so glad I put a cover letter in explaining why he was registering and asking them to call to arrange an appointment. My OH hates asking for help if I didn’t organise the testing he’d just keep trying and trying . He called to tell me about the appointment and said thanks for sorting that he’d of never of called for an appointment and he knows he’s not good with this kind of thing.....he’s already asked if il take the sample to the hospital as he’s too embarrassed lol

They will keep coming 1 by 1 girls be nice when it happens and we all do the journey to motherhood together, @fizzl is an example next to me the month she relaxed it happened I hated hearing it aswell but it really does help girls yous have got this 🍀💚🙏
