Setting up the new thread for us - we have come a long way since January and sadly a few of us are still on the "journey". Let's hope we arent here for much longer. Wishing us all baby dust (although its been so long I am not sure dust will do it for me - maybe will have to up the particle size to "baby sand" )

Lying in bed with feet up partner on nites so with me now. cramps r coming and going I know wats coming I have at this instinct the past 2 times to but I'm holding in there know there's nothing I can do to stop or change what's happening thank you for checking in xx

I've finally took a step ladies. I've contacted my dr about getting help. I'm so so nervous but I know it's time I started the ball rolling. They have an online system at the moment. So I've filled out the online form and should have a call back by the end of Monday. I'm so nervous and now also worried about them calling while I'm at work Monday but I've taken the step.
I need to know what's going on with my body

@Babyghirl I'm sorry you are going through this 😞 I really hope it's good news for you and the bleeding is nothing sinister but I know how you feel when you just know. I am keeping everything crossed for a different outcome for you this time. Take care of yourself 💐

@Nuggetlover27 you've done the right thing just for your own peace of mind more than anything else. My doctors have been pretty useless and have repeatedly told me to give it more time and it's 'normal' for our bodies to go a bit haywire sometimes. So be prepared to be fobbed off initially, but hopefully your gp will be better than mine. My acupuncturist has been far more understanding and told me she doesn't think that's the case and it's not helpful when gp's fob you off with 'relax, it's stress and anxiety'. So she's my kind of woman 😂 hopefully you get some answers 💐

CD15 for me, thought things were starting to happen last night but not so sure today. My opk's still negative. My temperature is also really high again. I had my flu jab on Wednesday and since then my temps have been unusually high and I feel all flush again - so really struggling to work anything out with my bbt chart this month because it's all over the place! I think last week I was probably coming down with something but it never really got bad (had like a niggling sore throat but nothing major) and now I think this is the mild fever side effect from the flu jab 🙄 really hope these high temps aren't a bad sign!

Actually I'm CD16 😂 not that it massively matters but would have hoped something would start happening soon. I ovulated CD19 last time so 🤞

Afternoon girls ☺ cd15 for me and got my peak OPK just now so will either ovulatw tomorrow or Sunday.

I am having my 7dpo bloods this month and depending on if I ovulate tomorrow or Sunday I will be 8 or 9dpo when I have my bloods done on the Monday as 7dpo falls on the weekend. It should be okay shouldn't it and I can let the consultant know that it was a few days after 7dpo!

@fizzl when you said cd15 it made me doubt whether i was cd14 as I am 1 day behind you this cycle haha!

Thats frustrating about your temps! Yes I imagine its a combination of the heating being on, flu jab side effects etc.etc

It was only a bit off brown on wiping but nt dark was light but still feel bloated boobs still sore on and off still consapated and tired I don't knw what to think gs wish I could c what's going on in there. I c blood and it has never been good for me but only time will tell what's going on. I will be over the moon if the scan nxt week showed ever OK but just preparing myself for the worst 🍀💚🙏🤞

@Annny27 I'd maybe check about your bloods. I was told if day 7 fell on a Sunday (the only day they didn't do blood tests, not sure if yours doesn't do Saturday either?) to come on day 6. Not sure the reason why tho but they might tell you to do the same?

Haha sorry for the confusion! I'm taking it as a good sign that I'm not obsessed over my cycle this month 😂😬. My opk's are getting darker so expecting peak either today or tomorrow. I've looked back on the cycle I conceived last year and I had a positive opk day 17 and predicted ovulation day 18 (not confirmed tho as didn't temp then). Wondering if it will be the same this time around. I'm trying not to get too fixated on last year but it's hard when dates are exactly the same 🙄

@Fizzl hope you're feeling better now? Have you had any signs of OV yet? I know it's hard not to compare it to last year. I'm the same. I still haven't had any 2nd line on my OPKs more than 0.1 since CD17 (currently CD28) and my temps have been high since CD20. I'm gonna keep testing , but based on that (and having some small period cramping) I would say I perhaps ovulated between CD17-20 which for me is nearly the exact same day as my ov last year when I conceived too. (My cycles were shorter then). It's hard not to think about that

@Annny27 what day did you ov in the end? Maybe try and get your blood test for before the 7 day mark if day 7 is on a weekend and mention it when you have the test?

I got a call back from my dr Friday afternoon and I have to collect some forms for blood tests for day 2-5 of cycle and 7 days before period (no idea how I'm supposed to pin point this at the moment) and also have to book in to have swabs. I'm so scared. When I had my smear last year it really hurt and now I'm just stressing about going for swabs 😭 why is this journey so hard ladies? 💔

@Babyghirl I had the exact same thing around the same time as you! It was a squinter of an ‘is it brown, is it not?!’ It was sooo subtle. Obviously it was just implantation doing a grand job, because I didn’t have that on the pregnancy when I miscarried. Have you had anything since?? I’m staying hopeful for you lovey!

@Babyghirl I would honestly try not to worry, if it was just a tiny bit of a slightly brown tinged discharge lovey. The cramping is deffo normal, I had lots of it and it scared the crap out of me too every time, as that’s how my MC started. Try and take some time to relax when the anxiety gets too much, with some mindfulness or anything that usually calms you. Im sure you’ll go to your scan on Thursday and see a little healthy bean in there! ❤️

@Nuggetlover27 opk was blazing positive this morning so hopefully I will be ovulating any time. Last month my lh surge was really short and by the following morning my temp had risen so I think I ovulated the same day as my +opk (or during the night). Will be interesting to see if same happens this month. I've just done another opk and it's not positive anymore so looks like another short surge. My boobs are also sore again so taking that as a sign that ovulation is happening. It's CD18 for me today so pretty normal/'average' for me. Think we'll keep trying for another night or two just to make sure we've covered all bases. Is it possible you just missed your surge? If I hadn't have tested this morning I would have missed mine. If your temps are high you could have ovulated and just missed your surge. With your 7 day before period bloods - I was told to base it on 7 days after ovulation which is more accurate if you have irregular cycles but it's still not straight forward as you have to pinpoint ovulation which I know is easier said than done when your cycles are a little haywire.

@Babyghirl 🤞 it is good news for you and baby was just nestling in there!

@Nuggetlover27 this is how my opk's look this month so you can see how quick it peaked and then fell again (ignore the two from this morning, it was the same opk I just wanted to see if it got any darker after a few minutes 😂)

Morning girls :) 1 or 2 dpo now! I think I ovulated overnight between sat and Sunday so going to ask the fertility people today when I should have my bloods and they should be able to advise :) I have it booked for Monday at the moment but may be able to change it depending on what they say!

@fizzl yayy tww buddies:D I sometimes get a short surge and sometimes long! This time my surge starting Friday midday and ended early Sunday morning! Yep this month was cd16/17 so on the later end of an average cycle for me, but still average :D

@Babyghirl nausea signs are promissing and yes let's hope little bean is just burrowing into the uterus ready to make its home for the next 9 months :D not long untill your scan now!

@Nuggetlover27 think I ovulated sat night/ Sunday morning :) I hope you have already ovulated and just dint know! Makes it harder to know when AF will arrive now though :( yep I test multiple times a day with opks to make sure I don't miss it as like fizzl, sometimes my peak is very short

Thursday is scan day thank god I phoned this morning and oh is allowed to go with me, he's on nite shift so as soon as he gets home we will head down as app is 8.10 in the morning. Was very minimal to my eyes it was brown we did fool around the day before no sex thou lol tmi but I did orgsam nothing since lol. My breasts r agnoy today I'm praying for the best preparing for the worst hoping little peanut is OK. Keeping my fingers crossed for your tww this month girl 🍀💚

@Annny27 Iv not been on the last few weeks trying to whole not thinking about this cycle and not counting down but I’m not doing too well at it lol period is due today not appeared yet but mega bloated and my boobs have deflated so I know it’s coming. I’m honestly sick of the whole process of trying. How are you?

Morning Ladies.

AF arrived as expected last night and to be honest I’ve given up. If it happens it happens but I’m stopping actively trying and doing OPKs and everything and hope that DH and I can just go back to a normal sex life as he hadn’t tried anything for weeks and I’m fed up with it always being me as am sure he thinks it’s only cos I want to get pregnant (despite telling him numerous times that there is such a small window in a month that it could happen) Also at the mo there is a pretty good chance that he will be back in Scotland for the next FW (and with all the rules and lockdowns I can’t go with him) so I can’t keep stressing about it. Unfortunately I’ll always know roughly when ov is now but just got to forget about it.

And this isn’t me being negative and at the mo I’m fine with it as I’ve just spent the last 2 years constantly thinking about having a baby (whether that be planning when to stop taking the pill, TTC, being pregnant or dealing with the MMC) and I can’t obsess over it any longer. Don’t get me wrong I’ll keep taking folic acid on the just in case as it doesn’t do me any harm. And knowing me I’ll change my mind and the POAS addiction will come back when I’m due to be doing OPKs. But here’s hoping to the annoying line lots of pregnant and medical people say of if you just relax it will happen!

I will be staying here to see how you ladies are doing and hoping for more BFP very soon.
