9dpo faint positive on IC

Hey, guys! It’s 9dpo for me today, and I took an IC this morning (easy@home) and it came up with a faint shadow of a line. I did one again just now and the same result. I took a FRER but that was negative, but the ICs definitely had a second line that showed up pretty quickly. I’ll attach the pictures, even though it’s very difficult to see in the pictures. In real, the shadow of a line is obvious. The bottom two tests in the picture are from today btw.
As for symptoms, I haven’t really had any. Slight twinges in my left side yesterday and I know I ovulated from that side. I’ve had diarrhoea (sorry, TMI) for the past few days and am bloated but I’m always bloated before my period. My period isn’t due for another 3-4 days yet.
I had a miscarriage at 5+4 last year, and a chemical pregnancy at the start of last month. I’ve had a period after that, and all seems to be normal.
Can you guys see anything in the pictures? The pictures are so bad, but I swear there’s a second line, although it’s very faint.

Bump

I can see it but I'm not sure whether it has any colour to it, so it could be an evap. I know it's hard but give it a few more days and try again. Good luck x

dreamerkr · 26/07/2020 16:44

Would an evap line come up right away though as it goes across the test?

OP posts:
HansBanans · 26/07/2020 17:03

I'm not sure, sorry. I've heard of it happening with the FRERs but not the ICs. If you try again in a few days it'll be clearer. Fingers crossed for you x

dreamerkr · 26/07/2020 18:36

Thank you! Are you TTC too?

I don’t think it’s a positive because it’s so faint, and the line or whatever it is is showing on an IC but not on FRER. x

Yes and no, we're kind of just going with the flow this month. But I think we missed my more fertile days so I'm expecting AF to show on the 3rd!

9DPO is still early, fingers crossed you get that BFP Smile x

dreamerkr · 26/07/2020 20:49

Fingers crossed for you too! We didn’t try properly this month either tbh. In May when I got pregnant we used SMEP and Preseed but I had a chemical pregnancy. This month we dtd every other day during our fertile period, and I didn’t use Preseed. I’m not sure if that really helps anyway tbh.

I’m gonna probably take another IC tomorrow morning because I’m so impatient. I promised myself after my chemical that I’d wait until I was at least 2 weeks late because it’s so stressful and because I don’t want to know if I have another chemical. But I obviously couldn’t wait that long. 🤣

I’m having twinges in my middle abdomen now but I swear I get those every month. Ugh.

Thank you. I have the fear over early testing but I struggle with patience too. We had an early miscarriage in January - found out on 10th and by the end of the month it was over 😢 and then in June I had a vfl appear on a Tesco blue dye test which turned out to be an evap. Trying so hard not to symptom spot each month but it's not easy 😂 x

dreamerkr · 26/07/2020 22:10

It’s so difficult. I’d rather not know if I was pregnant if you know what I mean, but I’m so impatient that I started testing on 7dpo! I’m having weird light cramping now. I’m trying not to symptom spot too but idk! Are you trying for your first? x

OP posts:
HansBanans · 26/07/2020 22:47

Yeah I know what you mean. In an ideal world I wouldn't find out until I was like 15 weeks or so along haha. Yeah this will be our first, is it your first too? x

dreamerkr · 27/07/2020 05:25

Yep, it’s our first too. How long have you been trying for? ☺️ x

Only since about March/April so it's still early days! January was a bit of a surprise but it's crazy how it makes you realise how much you want a baby! x

dreamerkr · 27/07/2020 09:28

I took another IC this morning and there’s definitely a line and it’s pink. I’m so scared right now, and I’m so so so mad at myself for testing so early! It’s only 10dpo and the line is obvious. Oh, god. The third picture has my tests from 7dpo-10dpo. In person, I could swear that there was a faintest shadow on the 7dpo test too! That explains the weird cramping. I’m so scared. 😭😭

Last year the miscarriage was a surprise, it happened last June. After that we were trying on and off but it wasn’t happening. I got pregnant again in May and had a chemical in June. I got referred to the recurrent miscarriage unit at my hospital. And now this. I’m terrified. It’s only CD25! x

Hello, I can see a line so I would say you are pregnant 😊 I do hate internet cheap tests though but that's only from my own experience. Try a FRER again in a couple of days (if you can wait, I couldn't but I'm a POAS addict lol) and fingers crossed you'll get that clear line 🤞

dreamerkr · 27/07/2020 09:44

@BPT2019 thank you! I hate being so impatient! If these tests are accurate then they’re so damn sensitive. I heard that the easy@home tests are very sensitive so I decided to buy them but I’ll probably do another FRER tomorrow (or later today) and see if I see anything! Are you TTC too? x

OP posts:
HansBanans · 27/07/2020 10:02

I can definitely see a line on the latest one! Congratulations and try not to worry! x

dreamerkr · 27/07/2020 10:09

@HansBanans Thank you so much! Have you tested yet? x

HansBanans · 27/07/2020 10:16

No I'm not due on until the 3rd so I'm going to try (and probably fail Grin) to wait til about the 1st. Although -TMI - I woke up this morning with a ridiculous amount of CM whereas normally it's dried up by now, so I'm hoping that's a good sign? x

gingerbeerandlemonade · 27/07/2020 10:25

I can see a line! Congratulations.

LollyJ12 · 27/07/2020 10:40

Yeah we are TTC 😊 Fingers crossed for you with your FRER🤞 I've heard good things about the easy at home tests and your line is definitely clear 😊
Keep us updated 😊 x

dreamerkr · 27/07/2020 10:48

@HansBanans I started to test on 7dpo after promising myself I wouldn’t until I was weeks late. 😂 and I’ve heard that might be a good sign! I’m usually really dry before my period x
