Yay you guys found me 😆😆😆

@Kaybobx I know right hahahaha I think we reached the maximum amount of messages we got to 40 pages and don't think we could go on anymore.
As I was saying lol yeah I dont think our men care but I am actually going to tally up my ebay and Amazon orders just for 2020 and see how much I have spent - I am scared LOL!!

@ReginaaPhalange haha yay!! Glad you here😁

@littletandme thank you for sharing the link as I was trying to ask the same question as @Boc86 what they progesterone boosters were. Will check out the link.

OMG guys!!! What happened I feel like I’ve missed sooo much in the space of 24 hours!

littletandme · 18/07/2020 21:37

@candycrush2298 no problem. The only reason I "knew" my progesterone was low (just a theory though) is because I had a positive test but my BBT was too low, ideally it should be around 36.7c or above in early pregnancy and in both my previous pregnancies it was above that. So I knew it wasn't "normal" for me and therefore wasn't surprised when the tests didn't get stronger and I still got my period.

Elakiya · 18/07/2020 21:40

@ReginaaPhalange that’s very interesting about the OPK. So you had 72 hours of an LH surge. I wonder if the long LH surges are to do with PCOS as my one this month was 48 hours. Was very strange. Test with an OPK again for us lol

@candycrush2298 Don’t tally it up! I genuinely can’t see this ending well.

Elakiya · 18/07/2020 21:41

Oh forgot to add AF arrived 😅😂

Kaybobx · 18/07/2020 21:45

@Elakiya nooooooo!

Oh man dont say we're all just waiting on me again hahaha!! Why am i always late?!!

@candycrush2298 im going to add it up too 😂 obvs won't be telling hubby haha

candycrush2298 · 18/07/2020 21:46

@Elakiya yay you found us!! Was worried haha as we didn't hear from you today!! Noooooooo I am so sorry AF arrived. What a bummer that sucks!!

And too late I totalled it £218 for 2020 alone 😂 @Kaybobx don't do it. (I included the Maca Root and Pregnacare as well though so its not just tests but it's pretty brutal)

OP posts:
candycrush2298 · 18/07/2020 21:51

@Kaybobx we also have @ReginaaPhalange who has only just ovulated and @snapple21 hasn't started yet so its not only you that hasn't started yet whahahahah!!!

I am ready for Monday so I can start with my OPKs and see this monitor in action 🤣🤣🤣

OP posts:
candycrush2298 · 18/07/2020 21:55

@littletandme thanks for explaining the BBT I wish I had temped last month might have suggested to me if I did just experience a chemical or not.

I have started temping this cycle and I am so glad you mentioned it should be about 36.7 and above as I had no idea (brand new to temping)

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 18/07/2020 21:56

@candycrush2298 oooooo not far behind you!! £187 hahahaha!!! Jesus my hubby would flip a lid if he knew that 🙈

Oh thanks, i feel better now haha. Sorry there's so many in the group now i forget who's where and at what point.

Kaybobx · 18/07/2020 21:58

What app are you all using to temp? Im going to try it next cycle i think.

candycrush2298 · 18/07/2020 22:02

@Kaybobx its the dam tests for the monitor they £30 a box. Oh flip forgot to add the price of the monitor. It was £55 so total is actually £273 🤧🤢 hubby would be like OMG are you a freaken supplier 😂😂😂

I am using my flo app to add it in and the easy@home as I will be adding my OPKs in there so will graph both OPKs and temp. I also have the femometer app and the fertility friend app hahaha yes I am using all 4 apps to see which app I am going to like the most. I have used flo for over 2 years so that one will definitely by go to but yeah just want to see which app will show me the graph the nicest.

OP posts:
littletandme · 18/07/2020 22:04

@candycrush2298 it really depends on where your "normal" temp sits and what your baseline is, this is my chart for the last cycle and my previous pregnancy (ended in missed miscarriage). I am usually always below 36.2c from a few days after CD1 to ovulation. Then it goes up above 36.7 if I'm pregnant usually, or between 36.5-36.6 if I'm not.

candycrush2298 · 18/07/2020 22:08

@littletandme thank you so much this helps me so much. I started temping on CD2 I was 36.02 and I have risen slightly to 36.25 so this sounds about right for me going to be interesting to learn it. Thanks again xx

OP posts:
littletandme · 18/07/2020 22:11

@Kaybobx I use Fertility Friend alongside Femometer for tracking OPKs.

littletandme · 18/07/2020 22:13

@candycrush2298 this is the Femometer chart. I like it but I do prefer Fertility Friend for temping.

Kaybobx · 18/07/2020 22:14

@candycrush2298 @littletandme wow it looks so impressive! Im gutted i didn't know about this sooner. Sorry where did you buy your thermometers? I've only ever used the glow app but I'll download flow now.

Kaybobx · 18/07/2020 22:15

@littletandme oh fab thank you! That one looks more understanding. Sorry last dumb question, how do you know what your temperatures should be? Or is that something you learn about yourself as the months go on?

candycrush2298 · 18/07/2020 22:17

@littletandme thanks so much xx

@Kaybobx you don't need flo as Glow is the same i would use Fertility Friend and your Glow app for temping. The charts just look like real charts on Fertility Friend lol.

I bought mine from Amazon just search Femometer

OP posts:
littletandme · 18/07/2020 22:18

@Kaybobx it's definitely a personal awareness thing. Everyone runs at slightly different temperatures. Also temping can be tricky for some people as you need to have had a restful sleep of at least 4 hours with no waking/getting up and to take it at the same or very similar time each morning before getting out of bed.

candycrush2298 · 18/07/2020 22:18

@Kaybobx if you like the second one more than use that one its Fememoter same brand as the thermometer so would work hand in hand. I think you can add pictures of your OPKs to the Femometer app as well.
