Update from me CD20, 3DPO (I think) 🥰.. Nothing going on at the moment, will wait impatiently for the next week xx

Also brown spaghetti and brown rice is nicer than the white. I thought I would hate them. Whole grain has zinc which helps reduce miscarriage I read. Spaghetti I can’t taste any difference. Rice is chunkier and takes longer to cook but still tasty. Texture reminds me of risotto. X

@pugprincess I've bought my pomegranate juice from Morrisons and Sainsbury's in the chilled juice section. Don't get pomegreat it's from concentrate. The POM one is pricey but best.

@Jodiem1990 welcome to the thread! And congrats!! I’m the same... I’m pregnant again only 4weeks 1 day. AF due on Friday. I’m so scared 😦

@fafi ah thank you. You know what I didn’t even check the fridges I headed straight to normal shelves 🙈 maybe co op do it still. Morrison’s is nearer for me so thanks for that tip. Morrison’s do they POM brand too?

@Pugprincess lovely meal! I might start juicing again. I was even considering starting slimming world for pregnancy. My bmi is 33. And I’m so hungry now and with my daughter I got so big! So don’t want thy happening again

@2020wish thanks! Honestly it’s the best I’ve ever eaten. I checked my bmi last night and I’m just tipping into overweight by one measly pound!!! But tbf it would be better to be way into normal range rather than right on the edge of overweight. It all will help fertility I think. I feel slimmer already so I’m assuming baby weight is shifting, I was having major chin rub between thighs if wearing shorts lol, that’s eased. Stomachs losing its bloat too. Didn’t set out to lose weight with diet but if I do then happy days as I will feel better and be healthier too. I’ve also given up alcohol too. Don’t think I’ve drank for 3-4 months now. X

Oh aldi do these frozen smoothie fruits packs. I have a banana and strawberry one. A tropical fruits one and a veggie type one. You bung 80g in blender (I do 100g) and 100ml of juice or water, blend and drink, easy peasy xx

@2020wish runs to google haha, yeah there is a risk with soy iso to release multiple eggs actually forgot about that.

@Pugprincess all your meals look great, sounds like doing great with your healthy eating. Yeah it is expensive, I stocked up a bit when it was on offer for £3. You need a small glass everyday so you should maybe get four days out of a bottle?xx

Just did an easy at home test to see cause the whole they don’t have the evap lines and being clearer. STILL a second line. Day 13 of cycle today. Can’t see me ovulating tomorrow like normal with this going on. By Thursday I will have to ring the EPAU 😔 hopefully they won’t be concerned and just say it will reduce on its own. I think for me it was only a week yesterday since I passed the baby out so maybe that’s why it’s taken longer? So frustrating!!

@Pugprincess Yes try not to worry too much it's probably just the last tiny bit of hormone picking up, I only got a negative test yesterday 6 weeks after my mc and even then I could see the tiniest hint of a line (looked like an evap line) but it was on a sensitive test so I've just taken it as a negative I had enough of testing and trying to decipher the lines. Fingers crossed for you that it reaches negative soon 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

@Northernsoul90 thank you, did you have a natural mc or operation? Mine was natural so just concerned whether everything’s out. I defo think I passed placenta and sac though x

Done a different cheap one to match my others and it’s at the top. Bottom is a week ago. Why does the top one look stronger than the last few days?!

Right I’ve found this and I’m driving myself mad now. DTD sat night, what if I somehow conceived and fertilised an egg and my brains getting signals to start hcg so that’s adding onto what I already had left and making my line darker?!

@Lollol86 yes the pink one is but the top blue one is this morn too, why is it darker than the previous two mornings below it 🤔

@Pugprincess have you done them all at the same time of day, before drinking anything?

@Pugprincess I had an mva procedure, I was still getting strong positives 3 weeks after so had to go back to EPU to have a scan, luckily she couldn't see any retained tissue. I had my bloods taken as well they were at 102 and then the following week had dropped to 34, that was 2 weeks ago now. I think it's probably just your wee might be diluted more or less on the tests and also I did two cheap opks this morning (same urine sample and brand of test) and one test came up quite a bit darker than the other so there is some variability with them. Maybe just do one test using fmu per day over the next few days and see what happens? I would stick to the same brand as well. If you can still see a positive after the 2 week mark give EPU a call? Xxx

@Northernsoul90 yes that’s the plan, il try not to drive myself insane as I know it’s unlikely x

@Pugprincess Hopefully EPU would take your bloods and then repeat so if levels were rising it would show, you never know? Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 otherwise it will probably just be the hcg is taking a little longer to leave your system xx
