Update on me CD12 - in FW waiting on ovulation. On Soy Iso this month and doing a (reduced) SMEP approach. 🥰

Anyone else would like to join please do xx

@MichT4 I personally wouldn't only because I've read that if your cycles are regular and you know you are ovulating then it can mess things up. I tried it this month because it was my 3rd month post MC that I haven't ovulated and then other 2 cycles were irregular. I would see what happens for a couple of cycles and if you're the same as me then consider them xxx

@SmileyT I'm just worried if we don't DTD tonight and I peak tomorrow then I would miss out of the pre-ovulation goodies in there 😂 am I mental!? Yeah definitely, it doesn't know what's going on! Day has been good, Bella got her mud kitchen I ordered for her finally (took 3 months) so that was fab. How about you? Xx

@SmileyT I'm 12dpo tomorrow. I've had a touch of nausea this afternoon too. AF is due Thursday/Friday so I'm still holding out hope xx

@MichT4 I'm glad that work was a good distraction 🙏 sometimes it helps just to have to focus on other things, there will definitely be good days and not so good days but whatever you feel is okay. Are you going to be tracking this month? In a more routine less obsessive fashion did I read? And yes to hounding the Drs at the end of the day it isn't their money they're spending and I think we all feel like if we are doing something we feel more in control xx

@VP91x yeah I'd definitely do it tonight, don't want you to feel like you missed a chance if you think you'll peak tomorrow. Would be so good if the iso has worked straight away and makes your ovulation earlier. I had 5 flashys this month so maybe that is the lucky number x

@VP91x thank you. I just don’t want another 39/40 day cycle. The wait for possible ovulation is just a little too long.

@SmileyT yes I will track. I want to know if I’m ovulating as last time I just assumed I was. It will be more relaxed, just so I know I am still doing what I can. Just so frustrating to think it could be 4 weeks before I ovulate if the last cycle is anything to go by. That’s why I wish they would just not be stingy with the blood tests as there could be an easy boost somehow.

I have an incredible urge to take this into my own hands a little bit, it seems unfair it can just keep happening. It won’t beat me and I’m not giving up on my body, eggs or his swimmers just yet

@MichT4 yeah I completely understand, maybe see this cycle through just as it will be your first one post-MC and see what happens? As annoying as that is, you don't want to be in limbo wondering what is happening xx

So two weeks to the day after my MC and my HCG is negative. Let the OPKing commence. I am going to dive back in without waiting for AF to make her grand reappearance. Wish me luck!

@VP91x I got in at 6, had a shower, dinner and now I'm laying in bed... Monday's always wipe me out. Ahh I'll be checking my phone in the morning to see if you got your static? Have you been doing CB in the evenings or will you wait to see a peak on cheapies then just confirm? x

@SmileyT I bet and even more so now! Sounds like a nice evening though x A couple of times I've done an extra stick in the evening with its looked a bit darker but no joy yet. Feeling so nauseous and massive headache atm and Bella is being difficult to go to sleep. Must stay in the mood 😩😂 xx

@SmileyT I’m trying to be positive. It’s really really shit, but I don’t want to waste time punishing myself or feeling like a failure. If it happens again then we get to try and find out why, but for now we have the odds still in our favour and I have to have a PMA from the start. Last months cycle was extra long because I had so many panic moments that my body wasn’t doing what it should. So I’ll trust that it will.
OH said to me how the past couple of years, things have worked out perfectly. The timing of selling our house, buying the new house etc all worked out perfectly even though beforehand we wouldn’t have chosen it that way. I’m trying to take comfort in the fact life has a way of knowing when the timing is right and I’m hoping the next time is soon and is right.

We are on series 4 now. Will watch some more when OH finishes work. So easy to watch!
You relax, put your feet up and enjoy. Look after yourself!

@VP91x maybe I should just see this cycle out. Just want it to be short and successful. But I guess I need to be patient

Yeah, I think it's a good idea to see it out. Also with the soy iso they have to be taken on specific days and only for those five days so you would be guessing where you are in your cycle which wouldn't be right xxx

@MichT4 thank you. You are hugely inspirational. I share your perspective on PMA and taking the bull by the horns. In many ways, I think it's a way of feeling a little in control of an otherwise completely powerless situation.

@VP91x oh yeah it’s really really shitty. I can’t believe we are here again. But I don’t want to spiral.
I always thought day 1 of MC bleeding is CD1 so I assumed I’d be CD2 today. But sounds like I shouldn’t use that. I’ll wait this one out. Thanks for the advice. Really hope we catch quicker than last time xx

@2020wish @MrsK21 I'm testing at 12DPO which is wed. I'm being hopeful but I've had my hopes dashed so many times that I won't be surprised to see a BFN.

So many testers over the next few days I've got everything crossed that we have loads of confirmed BFPs and progressing lines before the end of the week, very selfishly it's keeping me very distracted focussing on all of your testing and the excitement of BFPs x
