Update on me CD12 - in FW waiting on ovulation. On Soy Iso this month and doing a (reduced) SMEP approach. 🥰

@MichT4 that was me that said about the miscarriage association, they are lovely and know more about this then anyone.
It’s so frustrating as you hear it’s just one of those things but we automatically think there’s something wrong. Definitely get back on the bus if and when you feel ready.
We are all hear cheering you on xx

@MichT4 as my husband says, you've sometimes got to kiss a lot of frogs before you get a prince... I'm not sure it quite tracks about TTC, but I think the sentiment is the same!

If someone had told me that TTC and staying PG was this hard, I wouldn't have believed it. At school, in society, in films and TV if you even thought about sex you'd be pregnant and giving birth before you knew it! There's not much realism / awareness about women's bodies, sex, TTC, PG or MC in the everyday world, based on my experiences so far!

Question. Does a opk show as a positive before a hcg test and if so how soon before does it usually?

@fafi yes to 3rd time lucky. I hope we've had our share of the bad luck now. That goes for all of us.

@CasperFlamingo tell me about it. I definitely didn't think staying PG would be so hard, thought once we had caught one, that would be it. Talk about tainting what should be a wonderful thing. That's what makes me extra sad xx

@Wishingfornumber2 @2020wish @fafi @DBTJ @MichT4 thanks for checking my pics. I kept thinking my eyes were playing tricks on me. It's awfully faint so I will give it a couple of days before retesting with a FRER. I feel awfully sick with nerves now but trying to just carry on as usual

@fafi I had the weird pulling twinges as though they were in my vajayjay for a day or so at about 4/5 DPO and got a sudden sharp pulling twingey sensations a bit higher in the uterus area a couple of days later. Those feelings were mainly what drove me to test early tbh

@micht4 it's strange how we find it comforting knowing we aren't the only ones this has happened to. I really hope the bleeding lessens for you soon and you can get back to TTC when you feel ready. Did you manage to finish work early today? x

Hope to be able to join your TTC stories soon. Have my ERPC booked for tomorrow. And today I have received my cheap ovulation kit.
I also want to say that all of you ladies have truly inspired me! It is awful that so many of us have to go through this horrible experience but it the level of support on here is unreal! Wish you all the very very best and only good news for all of you! I have also received my mindfulness jar today so I am very excited to be noting down all the things that I am grateful for every single day because there is a lot we can be grateful for. Be kind to yourself xxx

@Bellabubble me either, never had spotting. Incredible how much it affects your body.

My MIL is here today and staying until tomorrow, not great timing. Would ideally be DTD tonight, will have to be super quiet or something 👀 xx

@MichT4 couldn't agree more. You think getting PG is the hard part! But as someone has said, odds are ever in our favour. And we can at least have some fun trying ;)

@MichT4 I haven't been on here for a few days so I only saw your news now. I'm deeply sorry lovely, so shattered for you! Hope you are taking good care of yourself and don't ever think that you are bringing this group down, this is why we are all on here, so that we can vent as much as we need to without any judgement ❤️

@VP91x how are you doing today? Hope the Cb OPKs are giving you too much trouble this month! So I had pinky/brown spotting from Friday-Sunday. Yesterday felt like AF was going to arrive, but woke up this morning and the spotting has disappeared. Unfortunately I couldn't get an accurate reading on my bbt because I've had a crappy sleep 😫

@Rainbowhope11 I'm okay yet, still no peak OPKs so just waiting atm! Oh no, that's annoying you couldn't get an accurate BBT. Was it alot? Do you think you're out for the month or will you test to double check? Xx

Bad news from me I’m afraid. AF has arrived today and I’m testing negative so just a chemical. Gutted. This was our last cycle of trying so that’s me totally out I’m afraid. Sad, but I think it’s the right thing.

Quite a few ladies over the past couple of days have said they have had pinching/spotting... really hoping for you all that it is implantation relates and that you get bfps soon 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@VP91x Doesn't something always crop up around the fertile window, last time I was ttc ovulation seemed to always happen when DH was working away! You'll definitely just have to be stealthy 😉

@VP91x i had a temp dip for the last two days when the spotting was happening, and then this morning temp went up slightly but I couldn't tell if that's accurate because I had two hours of sleep 🙈 I may test over the weekend if AF doesn't show. If it's negative, I have to consider taking the Provera to get things moving. Gosh I was hoping that things would move along naturally.

Hopefully not too much longer on the OPKs! Are you doing SMEP?

@Chickoletta oh, no way. I'm so sorry 😔. It's okay if you don't want to talk about it, but was there a reason for this being last cycle? Xx

Yeah doing SMEP but started on CD11 as I knew I would waiting a little while and my OH had a meltdown last month xx

Thank you. I’m 40 and my DCs are 7 and 10. We have a really lovely life and TTC was really taking away from that. We both would have loved another but the increased risks scare me and I just feel that we have to draw a line.

I’m beating myself up a bit because we DTD quite vigorously last night. I haven’t caused this have I? 😥

@Chickoletta No you absolutely have not caused this, sex can't cause miscarriage or pregnancy loss so please don't beat yourself up about this. I know it's what we all get told and it's a pretty useless thing to say but most of the time it is just 'one of those things' unfortunately 😔. I hope you are okay, sending hugs 💕

@BabyNR1 I think I can see a very faint line yes... what kind of test did you use? Fingers crossed you get a clearer line in another few days 🤞🏼
