Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

This is this months and bbt.
Af due in 4 days as per fitbit or 6 days as per ff

@mumof23188 I'm the same. If I fall pregnant I'm not wearing. It wouldn't be healthy

Anyone else's RHR go way down on day of ovulation? Same thing happened month too. Although when I look at my HRs throughout the day it has picked up on one instance when it was 49 bpm.

@2alreadywantanother I feel your pain, I hate it when the who message disappears! I really hope it's implantation related for you. 🤞🏼 everyone around me is pregnant too which makes it very hard at times.

@Fran2020 I think mine has done this cycle, went down to 53 and my AF rhr was 54.
Is currently at 56 at what I think is 4dpo so hopefully it's on the up!

@2alreadywantanother I think if you adjust your temp on CD12 FF would give you solid crosshairs - it's not certain of your OD atm.

@mumof23188 BFN here today so I'm gearing up for cycle 8 to start! Driving to Holland today, am currently in Belgium! Our friends have an incredible property by the beach so it's a mini beach break with 30 degrees and sunshine so I'm not complaining :)

@Ltay2 and @chrissagcat both of you appear to have had a little drop in your charts just before your BFP. Do you mind me asking what DPO it was?

Hi ladies! So confused .. any ideas!? BFN at 13DPO but RHR been high all week.. never happened before! Would love opinions! AF due 8th (long cycle as I had a chemical last month)

So I'm back guys, not sure if anyone remembers me, i got a bfp on 8dpo last cycle but then ended up getting my period.

However this cycle we've really not been bothering checking ovulation tests so I'm oblivious to when I've ovulated. I'm on cycle days 34 now and was due on Wednesday and still no sign. My rhr has increased by 9 in a week from Monday until today! The first dip you see will be cd16 which is a little early for ovulation, personally for me.
I'll attach the graph and see what people think.

@ambs1994 when are you going to test?

I’m 4dpo and rhr is on the rise, altho I think this is normal whether you’re preg or not so it’s pretty inconclusive 🤣 xx

@Mrsi2020 not sure, I'm pretty busy with work at the moment and doing overtime starting early so might not get chance. Also need to go to the shops for a test as I havent even got any cheap ones left!

@SarahTTC2020 That's interesting that it happened for you too! Just going to chill and see what happens. 2DPO today I think and it's dropped slightly, but I know it fluctuates so much. 😊

Heres my RHR chart. Ff predicts ov where marked. I predicted 25th/26th as per normal cycles. But my bbt didnt start to rise until ff date.
RHR up 1 today, bbt up today too. My RHR would normally have risen by now and be on it's way down so fingers crossed.
Last month I'd loads of ss and nothing really this month. Boobs a bit heavy / sensitive but nothing major. Last mth my nipples were on fire for nearly the while tww. So ya cant go by that.

@mumof23188 it's hard not to isnt it.
My own dates af is due monday. Ff af is due thurs. It is normally spot on but was late last month but I'd spotting before it so knew it was coming.
Fingers and toes crossed here lol. If I fall pregnant I'll be skipping my 40th lol if I dont I'll be getting bladdered 😂

@2alreadywantanother it is super hard not to. When will you test or will you wait to see if AF shows? Sounds like a good plan either way!
