Morning everyone. I'm back to ttc after my early miscarriage. What supplements (not sure of the right word to use) do people take? I've seen mention of seven seas, pre seed and conceive plus.

@kwastell I take pregnacare conception, ubiquinol 400mg and vitamin d3 drops. Will be upping it to include royal jelly and bee propolis next month though and might get some more 5mg folic acid as had been taking that as well until it ran out.

@kwastell I take prev a wee conception. I read some people saying it made their cycle longer but mine has been like clockwork since I started it and it gets lots of good reviews too. Just makes your pee yellow haha.

So I had ewcm on Friday and Saturday. Positive opk Friday morning...

Probably should have tested on Thursday morning too but DP was away so we couldn't DTD, so I told myself not to worry about testing!

Going on ewcm I think I ovulate Saturday so going to say I'm 2dpo 🤞🏻

Any advice here. As far as I’m aware, ovulated on 26th which was cd14. I had high opk on cd12 and peak on cd13. Started mild cramps night of cd13 and they haven’t really stopped. Very mild and not constant. Had small amount of pink spotting cd14 which I thought was ovulation.
BBT (not sure how accurate this is) went up the 2 days following ovulation but then dropped by half a degree today. Cramping a little more this morning, constipated (sorry tmi 🤦🏻‍♀️) and now spotting again. Reasonable amount pink tinged cm when I wiped this morning. No idea what is going on now. Checked opk again yesterday out of interest which was negative. Any ideas?

@LT103 a little spotting and cramping is normal, your tubes can cramp in pushing the egg along I think.

I tend to spot also (did today though I think I'm 2dpo) and I think this can correspond with the drop in oestrogen before ovulation, before progesterone has a chance to kick in.

I'm afraid I have no idea re temping though, as I haven't done it (starting to feel I should).

What I do know is I get mild anxiety and moodiness after ovulation too, which I think is also a result of dropping oestrogen.

Thank you @selina37 I can stop panicking that somethings wrong or I’m going through the menopause or whatever other thoughts were going through my head. I’m glad to hear this isn’t completely abnormal 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi all- sorry for radio silence, had a bit of a break in posting. So yesterday morning I got the faintest/possible evap on a FRER at 10DPO.... then this evening have got these on some slightly less sensitive ones but only after about 3-4 hr hold. So am cautiously optimistic, but mindful it's early days still. ☺️

Thanks all. 🤞🏻🤞🏻It was definitely a line on FRER but so faint/thin and I had one last month so didn't trust it. But the others look much more promising and not even with FMU.
