I'm on CD25 AF due 2nd July, potentially no ovulation this month or my body just refuses to budge on temp 😩

@SmileyT yeah any little symptom we’re going to be like ohhhh, is this it? Lol! But when AF symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are so alike it’s to know what’s going on without testing. Have you found it okay then? Not too stressful? I’m actually off on holiday next week too so that should chill me right out. Luckily Boris has opened caravan parks. Lol! I feel so tense atm. Xx

@SmileyT awww that will be so nice, at least a new baby in the friendship group may help. You can have lots of cuddles and then hopefully it will be your turn 😘 xx

Does anyone here use natural cycles? I think @SmileyT you do? How do you enter your opks? I got my dark one yesterday and todays is still dark - do I enter them both as positive? My pro-mol app said todays was slightly less dark (they rated yesterdays as 0.87 and todays as 0.63 - so I’d say minimal!) we’ll be dtd anyways - but just wondering how to put it in the app!! Pic attached is yesterday’s at the too and todays at the bottom!

@Rb486 hi, the first time I tried SMEP I fell pregnant since my mmc I've tried it again with no success. This cycle I'm not trying it and going for the relaxed approach. You should give it a go though, good luck 😊 xx

@Renna ah sorry that you're a bit off with ovulation this month. I'm sure it won't be long though because you have been fairly regular.

@SmileyT yeah definitely!! How funny that your partber could tell you were PG. I wonder how long it would take mine to notice if I never said anything 🤔

@Rb486 yeah have tried it the last couple of cycles but like the others said, it made my partner go a bit crazy with the pressure and we ended up arguing at the crucial moment. I would say if you know you ovulate later in the month then start it a bit later than the standard CD8 but completely depends on your OH sex drive etc!

@chloedancer897 I'm so sorry you've had such a tough day, it isn't fair if he was really horrible to you. It affects you just as much well probably more than him especially after everything we do to TTC. I really hope he makes it up to you massively and you feel better 🥰🥰

@Bellabubble I only used it for a month, it annoyed me! But, I can't believe pre mom is only reading it at 0.87 that's really strong. I got the easy@home ones to try this month too xx

@VP91x I know..it’s weird! My eyes think they look the same as the control line at least - so I think I may ignore lol! I can’t do a midday test at work tomo - that’d be weird in school 😂 but I’ll do one when I get back and see what that is! I have never had them this dark for this long before though - so I’m wondering whether I am getting more “back to normal!” CM seems more like it used to be too - although that could be the grapefruit 😂 xx

@Bellabubble I think it looks a tad darker than the control. You could always take a little cup to pee in and do one 😂 will you do another tonight too?

@VP91x ahh that’s true - I could do one this eve too - if it’s noticeably lighter that will give me more of a clue! Yeh I am so shocked at how wuick and well the grapefruit juice worked! It’s crazy!! I’m off to my dog training class this eve and about to see my friend who is 2 weeks ahead of where I should have been - I am so nervous - but want to see her at the same time! xx

@VP91x I’m fine thank you. Haven’t really had any more of the tinge, although sometimes I think
I see it a bit. I think I’ll have to test tomorrow unless something definite happens before then.

@SmileyT I think my OH automatically goes to AF if I’m grumpy 😂 not sure his detectors are any more advanced than that. Though he keeps looking at me with wide eyes with my boobs at the mo. He’s always disappointed when AF comes and they deflate again 😂😂

@MichT4 oh that's good that nothing has come of it!! Feeling hopeful for you.

@VP91x hello lovely! I've had a lot going on with work so that's been quite a distraction. I went in for a blood test yesterday as I've not had AF since the 6th of May. They just wanted to rule out a new pregnancy before they have me take Provera to kickstart AF and hopefully reboot my system (like a PC 😂😂). I've been taking the pregnitude (it's called Inofolic in the UK), and I've actually seen a lot of ewcm the past few days, and my cb opk turned from blank circle to flashing, so I definitely think it's helping. I think I want to take the Provera either way because I don't think it's good for me to go so long without AF.

How are you getting on? Xx

@Rb486 we've been TTC for just over 2 1/2 years and had a MC in May. That was my first time falling pregnant since TTC. It's been a horrifically long journey and I'm beyond fed up now. This is my first month trying SMEP so we will see. Last month we DTD lots, every day for 10 days with no success so I'm hoping the gap in between works

@Rainbowhope11 that's good that you've had lots keeping you busy. Gosh, yeah that is a long time. Have you had any spotting or anything at all? Make sense for you to want to have a fresh new cycle,but from the sound of it you might be ovulating soon?

@VP91x nope, no spotting or anything! Yeah it does seem like my body is trying to ovulate again but I don't want to bank on it. A few weeks ago, I had ovulation pains, peak on Cb, ewcm and I probably still didn't ovulate. So I think going ahead with the Provera will help. I'll still continue with the pregnitude and just hope for the best. Had a long talk with DH last night and he we both agree that I should concentrate on getting my cycle back to normal and focusing on things that make me feel good. We have so much going on with work, so I think I'm going to not obsess with ttc for the next month or so just to give my mind a bit of a break as well.

Ah so AF eventually arrived for you! That's great that you have a fresh start😊 when do you have your GP appointment?

Ladies I've been wanting to ask this question for a few days as it's been playing on mind but it's a tmi/gross question. But, I've noticed recently that leading upto and into my fertile window I only have cm when I have a bowel movement and don't have any the rest of the day. Sorry I know it's gross. Is this something I should be concerned about or is it normal? I've been drinking the good old grapefruit juice and have noticed that I am more wet down below when dtd so I guess that's a good thing. Again apologies for the question! Xx

@Rb486 OH found it stressful but doesn't sound like you have that problem, 1st few cycles it was fine but with OH working shifts sometimes I'd be like we need to DTD but he'd get stressed, strangely we DTD more before we were ttc but not necessarily at the right times. I'd definitely give it a go see how it works for you x

@Bellabubble unfortunately NC is one of the only apps I don't use so can't give you any tips on that one, opks look super strong, I'd say yesterday was peak though 👌🏾

@VP91x I'm watching inside out, it's good but no soundtrack for me to download for tomorrow 😂 and @MichT4 that is a classic man thing isn't it, bit pissed off myst be hormones. Glad that AF hasn't showed for you, excited for you to test in the morning 🤞

@HE88 so I read something earlier about how you can only feel CM correctly after a bowel movement so maybe your cervix is just less obstructed if that makes sense x

@HE88 don't feel awkward! If I've gone for a poo and I'm in FW I notice more. I think because you're squeezing things come down more. I'm assuming most people will find that! Xx

@Rainbowhope11 that seems like a great plan, I think it is definitely always a good idea to try and get back on track so you feel good instead of having a worry. Yeah I got AF after all thosr days of weird spotting/bleed. I'm still waiting for my letter for my ultrasound appt, hopefully not too long xx

@SmileyT and @VP91x I did think about the whole squeezing things move down more. I think it's just more the fact that's really the only time I have cm like I don't notice it when I go for a pee ha ha. Xx
