I'm on CD25 AF due 2nd July, potentially no ovulation this month or my body just refuses to budge on temp 😩

@MichT4 my thing every month has been to not buy anymore tampons/pads because obviously I won't need them 🙄

Morning ladies

Well after all your lovely praise about how strong I am yesterday for not testing, I obviously then went and tested this morning 🤦‍♀️. I'm 13dpo and I used a first response early test and it was a BFN, plus I have cramping at the front, so I'm pretty sure that's conclusive. Really disappointed, had a little cry, but at least I know where I stand. Onward for next month!

I've not told my husband I tested, he doesn't really understand the need to test all the time and gets a bit funny about the money 🙄 decided there's no point pushing it, he just won't get what it's like to have it happening to your own body so I buy them with my own money and test when I want and don't always tell him. No need to stress him out. That's normal right??

I must say other than this he is a perfect angel (and has just made me a decaf coffee). Now trying to let him down gently as this month we were both really hoping it would happen. Hoping AF starts ASAP so I can just get in with it. But also dreading those feelings again as is the 1st AF after MC.

@VP91x 😂😂😂 I'm easily swayed.
I just looked at my cheapy tests, as I don't want to waste a CB. They say early detection but from the date of your missed period so I feel like I'd be doing it knowing it would be BFN.
I think I might wait and see how this CM progresses, if at all (3rd check, still nothing), and maybe my temp tonight and then decide. Maybe. xx

@Dbop100 sorry it was a BFN, always hard to see.
My OH is the same - he doesn't understand the need to test early, it helps me to not as I then get scared to tell him 😂

@Dbop100 it might still be too early so not out until AF arrives. But I am in the same boat so really sympathise with the uncertainty. I do the same re the tests. I don’t tell my husband when I buy them or do them! He knew I brought the CB opk but that’s about it. X

@Dbop100 I’m on my 3rd day of first period after m/c. So I feel you, as much as I thought yes when it comes I know where I’ll be in my cycle etc. It’s still not nice seeing it as there’s an element of disappointment and it just sort of finalises what’s happened. In between my m/c and period I was totally the same. Dw, I did tests.. just hoping to see those two little lines but BFN. Always hurts doesn’t it. Xx

@Dbop100 sorry it was negative 😔 I don't tell my partner either that I'm going to test but I always have a few tests in the bathroom. Once I have tested though I can't hide my feelings! Hopefully AF comes quickly so you have a fresh cycle to focus on.

@VP91x well I'd probably start before CD12 because I normally get peak on CD13 or 14 and he is always gagging for it after my period 😂 but do what feels comfortable, if you do it when you get your peak that is still o-1, ov and o+1 covered so if you chucked a couple sessions in before that for fun then you'll still give yourself a great chance x

@Dbop100 sorry it was a BFN this morning, maybe just tell him if your period arrives rather than before and then you know for certain. My OH loves me to test he gets really pissed off with me when i say I'm out and haven't tested but I only use the cheap ones think I got like 10 tests along with 40opks for £12 so can't complain too much. Sending you big hugs x

I did an opk and a pregnancy test this morning and just thought I would post the pics. The pregnancy test is getting to a point where it will soon look undetectable (hopefully) but the opk has quite a strong line which I’m hoping means I will ovulate fairly soon. I think as the lines are different now the opk isn’t confusing the hcg anymore 🤞🏼 it must have reached a low enough level.

@Rb486 I've seen so many lovely stories of people telling their OHs they are pregnant in beaut ways with little gifts etc but mine has explicitly said that I cannot tell MN before him and he'd be sad if I didn't tell him straight away as he wants to experience every moment of the journey especially after MC. I'm definitely not a poas with him in the room and wait the 3mins together kinda gal though 😂

@VP91x thank you, I have everything crossed too but I feel like by the morning I may be downing the wine (joke, obvioiusly not until lunchtime at least!)
I just hope this tinge goes away and stays away. Stupid thing.

@SmileyT yeah I think that's what I'll do. If this is anything AF related I should know by tomorrow.

@Northernsoul90 that's good that the PG test is nearly undetectable. Definitely making room for ovulation there I reckon.

@Rb486 I usually test without him, sometimes because he has told me to wait 😂 and sometimes so I can surprise him if it is good. I think this time if I get to testing, I will tell him I am doing it. Or will I..... I don't know!

Not going to lie I'm struggling to keep up with the thread I check most days see how everyone is getting on :) but with my more relaxed approach this month not commenting as much xx

@HE88 I haven't seen all your comments I dont think but I saw we are both taking relaxed approach this month and we have a similar cycle dont we .. and I think I saw you're trying to be relaxed and not going to plan fully lol... that's me a little bit ..haha I wasnt going to do opks... and I got to CD12 and thought ah I'll do them... I usually get a peak around CD12-14 . I'm CD14 today and not got a peak this morning as so maybe it's good I tested as looks like I'm getting my peak later than usual.
Since MC my peak does seem to have changed from CD12 to CD14 last month so think cycle getting back to normal and longer . Also ..@SmileyT I think I saw your comments about another LH surge and I think you take COQ10 too which I've been taking the last month too ... I just read reviews of this and I think some ladies have experienced double surges with this and it can lengthen cycles so I'm thinking it has lengthened my cycle a bit , hopefully I'll see peak later today or tomorrow or something! .. and it could have caused your double surge ? If that's what you've been saying ... sorry only seen some of your recent comments . Looks like you deffo got your peak though:) xxxx

@SmileyT yes! I know it’s lovely, but in reality would I not just run up to him with the stick and wave it about like a mad women 😂 aw that’s really nice he wants to experience it all. That’s really sweet, when I found out last time I did one the week before and it was negative. Still another week went by and I had ordered some from amazon. They came through the door as I was about to go and meet my friend. My partner was just going to the shop and I said do you wanna be here or? He said call me if anything. Because I’d had a negative a week prior we never in our wildest dreams believed it would be positive and there it was. I called him when he was in Sainsbury’s and he said why you calling me 😂 haha! Ultimate shock. I’m hoping it’s going to be a little nicer this time and defos less shock and just pure happy tears! Xxx

@Rebecca1992 I always found this annoying as well I knew my ovulation but it never matched up with the apps I could never find a way of manually inputting it which seems silly 🤔 unless we are just missing something?

@MichT4 fingers crossed for you it’s not af arriving 🤞🏼Sounds like you have a good plan to stick to re testing. I always try to give myself a day to test otherwise I end up going mental with it

X It was the sneak peek test, well worth it if ur impatient like me and dont want a reveal party, its fab x £79 usually but i got an offer for £59 for fathers day which isnt far off what ud pay for a private scan anyway, so well worth it and now we know we can starting thinking names :) x had loads of girls names but not many boys x

@Dbop100 sorry it was a BFN. I went through the same thing this cycle, still waiting on that first AF after mc, almost feels like you're in limbo. Hoping it comes soon so we know our bodies are doing the right things.

Ladies, at what point do you think I should consult with my GP over my lack of AF?
My MC bleeding stopped on 6 June and no AF since then. I've been doing my OPKs and after a few days of complete stark white, the last 3 days I have had highs. Been testing twice a day at 12pm and 5pm but still not had a definite "peak" - perhaps it's gearing up to ovulation or the surge has happened later in the evening?

@MichT4 will you be testing soon? If you remember, I also had that odd tinged CM but it just disappeared after a couple of days!

@Rb486 I’ve never tested with my husband, mainly because I always wake up before him. Might be nice when you have your BFP to show him a digital with the word ‘pregnant’ on it? Mine didn’t completely believe we were with the 2 lines he needed to see the word.

@SmileyT quite sweet your partner is also a testing fan, he should join the thread! Yes agree I would never tell MN before my husband, I’ll test in the bathroom and then come in and tell him immediately if it’s good news.

@mrsssk I will probably test tomorrow if the CM doesn't progress. It was just a real tint of wet, not like I have seen before. But then again, my body is playing some tricks over the last few months - teasing me with new pre-AF things.
What was yours like?

@Hayleylou89 yeah I'm good babe was feeling good and relaxed and better mentally this cycle and had some good fun DTD over our long weekend ... but thought I'd see a peak reading by this morning 🙄CD14 so starting to feel a bit shitty, hoping I'll see darker line by this eve or maybe tomo morning. The only time I've had a peak later then CD14 was one of my cycles before MC I had peak on CD16 . I wasnt going to do opks at all this cycle so maybe it's good I did start doing them on CD12 as If I didnt I would have thought I'd be ovulating like today .
That's so good how is the test done ? Blood test ? Xxx I'd probably do it to be fair... how accurate is it? X x

Hey @Renna how are you? Yip that's right relaxed approach for me this cycle also haven't been on here too much either. I haven't used opks at all I actually don't have any left so didn't order any! I'm just hoping for the best I think I'm due to ovulate in the next couple of days. Xx
