I'm on CD25 AF due 2nd July, potentially no ovulation this month or my body just refuses to budge on temp 😩

@Dbop100 I hope you're feeling ok and your cycles are coming back to normal.
Strangely I get migraine just before AF too! I think it's all the hormonal changes. Are you doing any tracking with OPKs at all? X

@vp91x unfortunately my hair is still falling but seems to have slowed down a little. I'm still too scared to brush it so it's just taken on a permanent birds nest look for now!

@Hayleylou89 aw amazing xxx I'm good thanks xx I'm taking a relaxed approach. Not temping no opks nothing . Based on the apps I'm in fertile period now and based on my usual cycle I'll ovulate tomorrow/thursday. We just had a 4 day weekend, was so nice and tbh the relaxed approach feels so much less stressful for me and weve DTD lots over the weekend and just felt more enjoyable and like I wasnt analysing/planning it I've just said well do it when we fancy it but just be conscious of the ovulation days coming up. I am kinda tempted to do opks today or tomo to see my peak but then probably no point as I always got it around these couple of days and then that's not me being super relaxed 😂 it's been nice for me mentally though switching off to it more and focusing in other things too. I sold my ava 😂 literally used it for the one cycle . It just annoyed me lol and I paid over £100 for it so thought I'd rather just get the money back for it as if didnt feel like it helped me last month. Plus my sleeping still all over the place so probably not so accurate xxx

Morning ladies hope everyone is okay.
Woke up with bloody cm this morning and I’m either 11/12 dpo so I assume it’s AF starting. Devastated but I suppose it’s good to have a period as I technically haven’t had one since March as I’ve had two miscarriages since then. Still feeling low though

Hey @diorissimo1985 sorry you think AF is coming. It probably is good to refresh your body after what it’s been through and hopefully balance things out a little bit.
I’ve woken to a second little temperature drop in a row. Still above the cover line but I think it’s probably preparing for AF, so I’m also not feeling buoyant this morning 😢

@mrsssk I think mine is slowing down a little too, it doesn't seem like absolute carnage when I brush it. It's shit isn't it when it affects your hair 😩. I've got a hair appt on 15th so hoping I get a nice cut to make me feel better.

@Diorissimo1985 I'm sorry AF has come but I agree it is probably good to have a normal period after everything you have been through. Gives you a clean break. Hope you are okay though?

@VP91x I feel fine otherwise. I know I shouldn’t worry about it. It’s either going that way or it’ll stabilise or come back up, but I can’t help but think it’s going to be lower again tonight, and I kind of can’t wait to go to bed so I know. It’s just gutting if it’s the start of another long cycle xx

@MichT4 if AF did come, your cycles would probably start to shorten back to your normal length I should think? Xx

@MichT4 I’m sorry to hear that - are you due at the end of this week? Have you had any other symptoms? I haven’t temped as I find it really confusing but is does sound like you get another level of detail

@VP91x maybe. They are always long though, so it’s just such a wait until we even have a chance again.

@diorissimo1985 yeah I’m due Friday/Saturday. My boobs really hurt but that could be either. I also have a fair bit of creamy CM which I don’t usually have but I guess that could be anything too.

I think I need to see another night temp so see if this is a downward trend. This journey is tough

@Renna glad that you are more relaxed and this is working for you, I definitely want to try this next month but I'm just worried because of OHs shifts we sometimes go a few days without being awake together if one of us doesn't stay awake/ leave work early 🤔

@MichT4 my temps do normally fluctuate a bit pre and post ovulation and normally only drop the day before or the day of ovulation so don't count yourself out.

So I've officially decided I haven't ovulated this month and just kinda come to terms with that 🤷🏾‍♀️ so i'm 3dpn and just hoping that AF comes next weekend as planned so I can get on with a new cycle. I don't think I'll even test as it's just setting myself up for disappointment x

@VP91x not too busy today, which doesn’t help. I’m sure once I’m a little more distracted it’ll be ok. I’m holding out hope that they go back up tonight 🤞🏼. It is also cooler at night, so I’m thinking that’ll have a difference - probably not such a difference but as you said they are above cover line.

Do you have any plans today on the last day before nursery starts?

@SmileyT I know, you’re right. There’s no point me writing myself out just yet - just hoped it would have risen last night so to wake up to another drop was just irritating.

Why do you think you didn’t ovulate? Did your temperatures not stay up?

@MichT4 yeah it has been cooler thankfully! Temps are annoying because you literally have to wait until the next day for more of a clearer picture. Hopefully it stays above coverline for you.

I'm meeting a friend for a coffee and a stroll in the olympic park later. Will just pack the nursery bag and feel sad about her going back. These next three days are going to be so weird!!

@renna Im glad ur felling so relaxed this cycle and cnt wait for u to join our whatsapp cos i know itll be ur turn very soon 👌🏼... Iv got my own doppler and heard the heartbeat last night and compared it to my girls heartbeat and i think its def a boy this time ... ill get my sneak peak back vvv soon but im def thinking boy now! Either or is a blessing obviously im just not mentally prepared for a boy and have all girly items from last time but got plenty of time to sort myself out finding out this early 😂

Im going to sell my ava and i won it for so cheap so thought id offer it on here before ebay :) xx it brought me good luck i suppose in someway.
Same happened when i ordered my fertility monitor last pregnancy haha it arrived and id already got a positive test 🤦🏽‍♀️

@MichT4 @VP91x yeah temp was 36.18 this morning, even after I took it about 6 times to try and make it higher 😂 yeah don't really know what's happening as last two days I've had so much sticky CM so definitely feel like I was producing progesterone but now nada!! Oh well there is no point in getting down about it, not going to change the outcome. I'll just live vicariously through all the ladies that are still testing. Think I'll take my temp tomorrow and if it's still low just stop temping this month x

@Hayleylou89 hey lovely, how are you feeling? I'm 10 or 11 DPO but not feeling hopeful after 2 temp drops over the last 2 nights. Above cover line still, but I just am worried it's the trend and on it's way down for AF. Due Fri most likely, so won't be testing until then if it's a no show.

@Renna It's great to hear you have found the right balance. It's so much nicer when it all feels nice and relax. I'm sure it won't be long for you now, especially with OH and his super sperm now!

@SmileyT ah fuck, sorry that you maybe haven't ovulated this cycle. Sucks so much!! Looks like we have switched places like normal I'm on my period and you are in your wait. I got my soy and evening primrose as I heard that helps with CM loads too.

@Hayleylou89 I'm excited for you to get your blood test results back! All okay here, didn't ovulate last cycle so going to try soy iso this month and give it one more go and then have some tests done if nothing happens again xx

Morning ladies hope everyone is well, it seems like it has been such a strange month for everyone. I’m sure our bodies purposefully play cruel tricks on us at times.

@Diorissimo1985 Sorry that af is on its way 😔 it will be a lot easier for you to track where you are next cycle though now and give your body a chance to reset. I know it’s still so hard though 😣 and @MichT4 for your temp drops, could just be fluctuation you never know! 🤞🏼

@SmileyT Sorry that you haven’t ovulated this cycle it’s so crappy! I once had a cycle when ttc last time where I didn’t ovulate (no peaks on opks and I can usually feel ovulation I get some pains) the cycle lasted for 37 days so even though I knew I couldn’t be pregnant I convinced myself I might be. So hard work. That was because I was very stressed at work my body just didn’t let me ovulate but sometimes there’s no rhyme or reason.

@Rainbowhope11 sorry I don’t have any experience of provera... hope you are doing okay.

@Northernsoul90 thanks hun, it definitely could just be a fluctuation, I keep allowing myself to be over hopeful and wonder if it's an implantation dip and they will rise again tonight, but I think that's naive optimism there.

This month has certainly been an odd one. I went from thinking I hadn't ovulated, to randomly trying an OPK a few days later (OH suggestion) and getting a definite peak and then temp rises. I think that was stress related - attempted and failed first (maybe) ovulation attempt. Hence trying to be a bit more relaxed. I did feel that in the end, but as expected, the TWW brings a different kind of stress.

Hi all, I'm so sorry about the constant questions about the CB digital!!! So I'm doing SMEP plan and I'm CD11 so wasn't planning on DTD today but I've just got my flashing smiley. Should I DTD today or keep doing SMEP plan as normal and DTD tomorrow?
