... so I need both some positive thoughts and also strength to help me avoid testing before the weekend.

I am in danger of getting my hopes up and I know I shouldn't.

So I must resist the urge to do a test.

Am waiting to test because we have been ttc for 2.5 years so my head is telling me that I'm probably just late and that af will arrive within hours of doing a test.

The vitamins are called "fertility plus" which were recommended to me by someone on here before. dh took them before but had sideeffects and stopped, and then started taking them again unbeknowns to me (think he didn't want the pressure tbh), but now im late...

... but must resist testing... for now at least.

Sorry wannabe - am being dense. Why will waiting until the weekend make the difference? Have you got any other symptoms?

I got dh to take zinc tablets LL - got pg quickly so would recommend them

I think I found him some chewy blackcurrant ones as he is a big baby doesn't like taking tablets

It's up to you when you test. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you until the weekend, 2.5 years is a looong time.

beetroot you're absolutely right waiting won't make a difference to whether I am or not, but if I'm not then I might have come on by the weekend in which case I will have saved the money I would have spent on a pg test.

simptoms.. well I do try not to go there but...

have sore boobs, and that only started two days ago, so not before af was due, also have dark spots around the nipple according to dh, but having said that he did also say that "you don't normally let me that close so how am I to know if they look different?" and sudden urges to go to the loo, can go from not needing to go to needing to go asap iyswim which I've never experienced before pre af.

Am trying oh so hard not to think that this might be it..

You have amzing will power, I would have given in by now. gook luck, sounds promising, TBH with DS1 i didn't know or having symptoms until about 5-7days later, and wasn't trying os didn't realise.

well it would seem that dh has less willpower than i do. He just called to say that he was on his way home from work and said "I went to boots on the way home, and bought a test." .

And he's been the one telling me to hold off testing? .
