I agree @Diorissimo1985, we do need to keep positive. It makes such a difference when I can focus on other things, makes the journey less onerous - which it shouldn't be! Just seems to hard when it gets consuming.
And also, your body isn't rejecting healthy embryos - there is likely to be abnormalities in the embryo so your body is helping in a way. Doesn't seem that way, I know, but important not to blame your wonderful body.

A musing while you pee - so jealous of people with 28 day cycles. It would be testing time if I had one of those and I’m still waiting for ovulation 😭

@MichT4 nothing exciting unfortunately, but I expected it. Will have my GF juice now and wait for a few hours! Ahh, this is true. I'll have a 32 day cycle too roughly Xx

@IWM20 I was exactly the same way before my miscarriage. I had my list of names, I had started thinking about birth plans, looking at prams, the lot. I got so excited, so the MC was like a punch in the face. It took my completely by surprise.

I caved and did another test today and BFN. I used one of the hospital tests from my MC. I'm 12DPO and have had a little bit of brown discharge and this morning is the first morning I don't feel nauseous so I think I'm out. AF due on Sunday. On to CD1 I think...

Hey @Northernsoul90 just saw your message on the older thread. To answer your question regarding starting to track ovulation post MC. Some have tracked straight away counting the day of procedure of day of bleeding as CD1 so you could track and see what happens if you feel comfortable? If not then you could always wait for another period xx

@chloedancer897 ah I'm sorry you might be out this month 😕 do you know normally get spotting pre-AF? Hope you are ok xx

@VP91x hi...actually refused the bloods as my go reckons the spotting around the 27th would be my light period and I’m not due a period till the 24th so I am testing pretty early I’ve told her il wait till af and if it doesn’t arrive will do the blood test I have still been getting faint lines still 14 June sometimes lighter sometimes darker not keeping hopes up but keeping everything crossed 😂😂🙏🏻

@chloedancer897 @IWM20 I know what you both mean. I was early on but the big brother culture meant all the adverts on my phone were about baby stuff. And I couldn't help but start thinking about things.
That's why I'm finding silly things hard with my sister being PG - worried she'll get the things I liked, or use any names we had. It's definitely a life planned out, so it's really hard.
We will all have that one day though, hopefully really soon xx

@MichT4 I get that 100% and we have all felt that jealousy, it's very normal.

Same with my phone, all I get at the minute is ads for pregnancy scans. It's like a kick in the teeth. This was my first month trying post MC so the chances were slim that I would get PG but I still felt hopeful. I wish I could just forget about it for a while and get on with things 😞

@VP91x not usually, but I just don't feel the same today as I felt the other day. I spent most of last night googling early pregnancy symptoms only to stumble upon this article to say that they're all rubbish and you can't get symptoms before your missed period! Then I felt like a complete psycho tracking all of these symptoms!

@Bellabubble thanks xx interesting , I'm not even sure she has a UTI reading your message and she doesnt really have same symptoms. I'm thinking we give her access to too much water and because it's there shell drink it . Has like 4 or 5 bowls a day . Last night we stopped her water couple hours before bed and she didnt urinate in her crate so that's good . I think she needs some more work on toilet training . I thought she was doing well as she will outside to wee if the door is open .. but wont signal she needs to go if door shut .. xx hope bella feels better asap xx

Morning ladies! Had a few wine last night with the other half so waking up late today lol I’ve no tests left :( just cheapies which was a bfn. But I’ve frer on the way in the post today so I’ve saved my fmu lol 10dpo today and feeling not pregnant anymore :( had my hopes up past few days but feeling out now

@HE88 I'm currently in cycle 4 since MMC but didnt get a peak the first cycle so thinking I didnt ovulate then as I was getting faint positive pg tests for a couple weeks after . And before MC I used opks for 4 cycles , so yeah getting bit fed up with them 🙄 xx really I guess I dont need them as each month I ovulate around the same couple days so I know my cycle really x deffo should do what stresses you out the least xx xx

@2020wish we are driving ourselves nuts here. I don't feel pregnant anymore either but how many on here have said they didn't have any symptoms? Don't lose hope yet! Let's make a pact. Will we hold off testing again until Sunday, both of us? Because I don't think we are doing ourselves any favours. I'm actually driving myself and my OH demented. Are you in? We can both do them on Sunday. Imagine the surprise with a Father's Day BFP!

@VP91x massive TMI but I don't think I actually am spotting now, it's just clear/v light yellow CM (sorry!) so now I haven't a clue what's going on

@renna I’m considering taking a back seat myself next month with opks and bbt and just DTD when we feel like it. It’s all so consuming isn’t it?

Those talking about acupuncture.. I've had it before lockdown after MC focusing on fertility and the needles arent place where youd think they would be lol ... I was expecting the needles to be in stomach/back but it focuses on certain points on body , I had them place in arm hand middle of forehead .. finger .. ankle .. leg..
Was good and relaxing as did guided meditation straight after but obvs didnt work on that occasion and not been since lockdown but would go back once opened and they also do work with you when you do get pg and focusing on a successful prg and reducing stress xx

@chloedancer897 I’m tempted lol did you do one today? I dunno whether to do one today with the fmu ive held the wait til Sunday or just dump it and wait til Sunday.

@chloedancer897 and @MichT4 I was getting the ads etc too but I cleared my internet history and cookies and that seemed to have helped most of the baby related ads disappear.
The odd one pops up but that was the case pre PG.
It was heartbreaking unsubscribing from the pregnancy newsletters so fx next time round I'll hold off a bit before subscribing like mad to every pregnancy website 🤪

@chloedancer897 I had the first cycle hopes too. All the reading that you are super fertile after MC, I thought it would happen. We just have to be a little more patient. I've tried hard this month to find other things to focus on, and it does help. Today is a busy work day so time goes much quicker. Next week is meant to be glorious weather so I might take some days off for some nice long walks.

@2020wish what a bloody lovely lie in! Hope you enjoyed your wine. I had a glass last night too, it tasted like chlorine haha. It's one of my favourites but had been open a few days. I still drank it
