@2020wish yeah deffo I convinced myself I feel less stressed with it this month but I'm not when it comes to the important temp times like just before AF and seeing drop in temp in ava makes me feel rubbish I'd rather just be naive I think . It doesnt change the outcome. If I know roughly when i ovulate i dont need it all really .. its helpful if you dont know when you ovulate or it differs every month but mine is pretty regular... I also want to focus on ramping up my workouts and diet but I keep putting it off incase I'm pg .... maybe I should just focus on that going forward and getting pg may follow if my body and mind is healthier and occupied yano xx

MichT4 · 18/06/2020 11:54

@mrssk yep I did a couple of those too - not many. It's funny because part of me thinks the same, and to not sign up to anything but the other part thinks I need to assume this will be different and enjoy it the same. Easier said than done though - I'll be a nervous wreck!

@Renna thanks for the info on acupuncture. I thought it would be in your stomach too! Might look into something, just for a bit of a change!

chloedancer897 · 18/06/2020 11:55

@2020wish I tested this morning. BFN. I'm not testing again until Sunday because it's too stressful and actually, if I just wait for AF then I'll know and I can save the tests for another time.

@MichT4 it's awful isn't it? I need to relax. Sometimes reading all of the TTC stuff make you more on edge.

@VP91x I'm working nights now until next Friday so that'll be me distracted for a while!

Renna · 18/06/2020 11:58

@2020wish the acupuncture was good . Really you need to keep going but I only did one session just before lockdown happened and was straight after MC so didnt have a set plan . It has good success stories even with ladies going through IVF . It was also a nice way to de stress and just chat to an expert as the guy I went to and will go back to specialists in fertility acupuncture. I thought anything I can do to relax is good . I've not done meditation in weeks though.. I should start again . You kept it up @SmileyT ? X x

MichT4 · 18/06/2020 12:01

@Renna I definitely believe in the assume you're not until you are. Otherwise we wouldn't do anything! It's so important I can keep training and doing the things I enjoy, and like you said - if we were naive we wouldn't be doing anything differently.
Jury's out with OPKs for me at the moment. They have driven me mad but I think I might have been missing ovu by going by apps. I wouldn't have known that if I didn't OPK. But I definitely think if you know your ovu trend, I wouldn't bother. Less to stress over, if you are inclined to do so!

2020wish · 18/06/2020 12:01

@Renna i feel the exact same. I know when I ovulate and probs better just going by my natural tell tale signs. I’ve put on so slouch weight and so unhappy with it but keep holding off incase I’m pregnant so I’ve been considering just focusing on weight loss and then hopefully pregnancy will follow suit the healthier I am.

@chloedancer897 it’s so stressful. Ok I might do the one frer today then call it a day until Sunday. Af due Monday. When are you due ?

VP91x · 18/06/2020 12:02

@chloedancer897 oh that's interesting with the clear/yellow CM I hope you dont get any more spotting!! Definitely try and wait for sunday and do a test then 🤞🤞

This week I have started listening to 528hz music... it’s been connected to repairing dna and health. So when I’m in the house cleaning I put it on and last night I put it on in the bedroom while we slept and me and Dh had an amazing nights sleep lol it’s like a mediation. You girls should look it up. You can get a video on YouTube if u type 529hz music and it’s the healing one

2020wish · 18/06/2020 12:05

@chloedancer897 @Niisa also got yellow/clear cm just before she got her BFP this month! Fingers crossed

chloedancer897 · 18/06/2020 12:25

@2020wish I'm due Sunday so not testing again until then (unless AF appears of course).

Fingers crossed the CM is a good sign and not a sign of AF!

Can I just say a big thank you to every one of you girls? You have been an ear to bend, a shoulder to cry on, have offered so much advice and reassurance. I think this month would have been unbearable without you all. I'm crying now so I'll finish there but I mean every word. You all deserve to be mothers because you will make the most amazing mothers in the world ❤️❤️

Niisa · 18/06/2020 12:27

@chloedancer897 awwww @2020wish is right! I had a lot of clearish yellow cm - looked like piss in colour (sorry guys!) This was a few days before I tested so fx for you 💕💕💕

IWM20 · 18/06/2020 12:31

@chloedancer897 I also had that funny yellow tinged CM before BFP 😱 maybe it's a good sign for you 🤞🤞🤞 xxx

chloedancer897 · 18/06/2020 12:33

@Niisa @IWM20 well fx then that it stays piss coloured and doesn't go bloody 😂

chloedancer897 · 18/06/2020 12:34

@2020wish fx for your test today!! Xo

HopeForRainbowbaby · 18/06/2020 12:42

@chloedancer897 lot of cm is very good sign 🥰when will you test ? I'm so excited for you

@2020wish wohooo for your testing today!

I have been having some clear/yellow CM, some tender breast and today I feel like I'm getting period ( it is not yet the cramps but it feels like I would get it). As this is cycle with MC not period in beginning, perhaps my cycle will be different at the end and finishes earlier. I'm definitely symptoms spotting and analyzing everything what happens with my body.

@VP91x I have seen photo of your dog ! He or she is so cute 🥰definitely your dog will be a good companion for nice walks outside

VP91x · 18/06/2020 12:49

@chloedancer897 @Niisa piss coloured 😂😂😂

Aw, dont cry 😔 it is so great to be part of this group! You're all wonderful🥰🥰

Hi ladies, hope I can join. Just started bleeding yesterday, 4 weeks and 6 days after my MVA for missed miscarriage.

Sod's law was invoked as I already had an appointment at EPU because tests were still positive and from the blood test HCG was still 34mUI/ml.

Having the bloods repeated tomorrow but counting yesterday as CD1 anyway so waiting until the bleeding stops before starting my OPKs!

VP91x · 18/06/2020 12:59

Welcome @littletandme so sorry you had a loss. How are you feeling?

Good that you are being monitored by the EPU. Hopefully your levels drop quickly now that your period has returned. Wishing you all the best for this cycle xx

@chloedancer897 I feel the same ! You and all ladies here are great 😘

Renna · 18/06/2020 13:14

So nervous . Finally got my letter through from hospital for internal ultra sound which GP requested for me few weeks ago after I said I'm still getting a stitch like pain in my abdo around AF time/when I exercise which started after ERPC and had it off and on since surgery in march deffo related to the surgery and wondering if I have some scar tissue or like a little cut that ends up reopening or something when I exercisehave AF .
My AF due today /tomo /sat so if she turns up before the ultrasound that's not be messy and not very nice ... 😶🙄 I only phoned them today didnt expect them to get me in so quick ! Xx

littletandme · 18/06/2020 13:16

Thank you @VP91x I am feeling good. It has been a drawn out process, although luckily the MVA was arranged quickly once I had had two weeks from finding out there was no heartbeat at 7 weeks.

Now I feel like I can move on a little bit!

2020wish · 18/06/2020 13:24

@chloedancer897 depending on when these tests arrive I may test or not but after today I’ll wait til Sunday.

I want piss coloured cm now lol

@littletandme sorry to hear about your loss. I remember you from earlier threads. We’re you in the same Facebook group as me for due dates in dec?? If not I’m sorry. My memory is terrible

Welcome to the board

@Renna that’s good they have got you in so quickly. Hopefully it’s nothing serious.

littletandme · 18/06/2020 13:28

@2020wish, yes I started the FB group, due date was 9th December. Hope you are doing okay?

2020wish · 18/06/2020 13:30

@littletandme I thought that was you. I was due 15th. I got pregnant again straight away and unfortunately miscarriages again a few days later... due to test again this week. This board has been a god send to me for support. How are you doing x

HopeForRainbowbaby · 18/06/2020 13:41

@littletandme welcome ! I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I hope that we ladies here can make you feel better 😘 how far in pregnancy were you ? I have lost my first pregnancy at almost 9 weeks and it took around 4 weeks for my hcg to go down.
