I've not had a temp rise to confirm ovulation but still plenty of time really for me considering how long my cycles usually are, if I ovulate before CD 35 I'll be happy.

Think I’ve now finally ovulated and am 5DPO at long last 🤞

Hi girls sorry I’ve been a bit absent, I’ve been so busy!
Currently in cycle 3 TTC and ovulated today according to LH so keeping everything crossed!
Weirdly had a 30 day cycle last month and this one looks like it’ll be 46 days

I’m struggling with giving up caffeine so much! Alcohol I feel very meh about (thought I’d miss it a lot more than I do!) but other than that I’m doing good. I’m such an anxious person though, I hate the two week wait before I can start testing!

@justlonelystars have you given up on caffeine completely?? I have about two coffees per day, no idea if it's affecting anything😂

@xoJellyBean I’ve really REALLY tried to but I might still have the sneaky coffee when things get tough. Compared to my 3x coffee, 2 cans of diet cokes and about 5 cups of tea a day previously I feel I’m doing good. I definitely have a serious addiction!

@justlonelystars you're doing really well then!! We have a coffee machine in my office and it's just so handy lol are you temping this month?

@xoJellyBean no, it wasn’t working for me. I have quite bad anxiety so wake up during the night with worry and toss and turn for hours. So by the time it’s time for me to temp in the morning, I haven’t had the 4 hours uninterrupted sleep I’m meant to and my temps just didn’t make sense. I’m just doing LH strips daily now - more expensive but has a much better chance of catching ovulation for me than temping!

@xoJellyBean all good, just still waiting for ov :) hubby booked his SA yesterday so waiting on that an then hopefully fertility clinic referral 🤞🏼

@justlonelystars that's good then! I'm quite lucky as I can't have caffeine as it sets off my anxiety, so for me that's not an issue haha. The tww is the worst isn't it. I would just say don't feel you have to give everything up completely as life is short and who knows how long it will be for! Make the most of it before pregnancy 😉

@Newbie0818 yes I’m just going completely cold turkey during the tww, having some alcohol/caffeine in the pre ovulation bit but just less than before TTC! To be fair I’ve found some great non-alcoholic beers so don’t feel like I’m missing out too much

Ovulation confirmed by my app on cd14, baffled! Never ovulated this early!

@SarahTTC2020 ahhh🙈😱 I really hope I'm lucky! We had been away for a spa and were super relaxed so have dtd before and after, here's hoping!
