I know what you mean. I only use opks but I might even stop using them from now on as I've ran out. I might swap with you and take a more relaxed approach! Or even take a break out. Ttc can be quite stressful.
How are you finding tracking your bbt?

Quick Q,

I'm on cd 37. AF due today but no sign or no feeling ther AF is coming at all. But tmi, I had a bit of ewcm today? I don't think this has happened before around AF time.

I did do a cheapie Poundland test I had lying about 2 days ago and was a BFN.

I think I may not have ovulated this month or this will be a very long cycle...

@duckii have you got any OPKs to test??

@xoJellyBean I found one, should have taken a pic of the result. It wasn't positive. This is just going to be a long cycle. How are you getting on?

@duckii I hate the way our bodies confuse us 😭 hope it's not a long cycle for you though. Af has just finished for me, I forgot to take soy this month lol but I'm back to temping 😊

Aargh. Just wasted my last FRER and it's a BFN. 2 days late, don't feel like af is coming at all. Now I wish AF would hurry up.

@duckii I'd keep using opk's daily as I tend to only get a positive a couple days after the ewcm starts. Hope it's not too long for you!

How is everyone doing?
I’m on cd 44 my app says my period is 4days late but the past 3days I’ve been having EWCM especially today and pelvic discomfort but my OPK’s aren’t high so I’m not sure what’s going on and my temp is up and down like a yoyo.

@Suki2020 all good thanks, af over and I'm on cd6 I think so all set for the next cycle. Tbh I'm just looking forward to my docs apt on Friday and really hope this big announcement on Tuesday won't impact on any treatment going forward 🤞🏼

Hmm, keep using opk's but perhaps if you're late it might be worth doing a pg test?

@Newbie0818 is that your fertility investigation apt at the hospital? I had my fertility apt last week and they now want to do even more bloods as my ultrasound scan came back normal and semen test on OH. It’s nice to feel something starting to happen at long last isn’t it. I took a pg test 5days ago and it was negative. How are you finding being back at work now?

@Suki2020 It's funny how your graph has gone under the coverline and then suddenly goes up. I would have thought under the coverline meant period will arrive soon.

@SarabiMufasa I agree, but no sign of it at all. I have no idea what my body is doing this cycle. I’ve not taken anything different either so really strange. My temp has dropped a little today too.

@Suki2020 it may be worth taking another pg test so you can rule it out (or hopefully get your bfp) the dip could be to do with environmental factors (window open, different sleep etc) or it could be an implantation dip..

@Pol96 I don’t have any more pg tests in the house, so I will order some tonight. I have been doing OPKs again last few days though to see. What do you think, I’ve not ovulated even though app says I have?

@Suki2020 it's so hard to judge other peoples cycles as you don't really know their "normal" for reference I've attached a opk and hcg I did at the same time to show that opks go positive when pregnant (about 6 or 7 weeks for those photos I think) .. Hopefully as you're getting a line on the opk it does mean bfp but the problem with long cycles is it could also mean your body is trying to ovulate again.. Your temperature is rather confusing though as it has definitely dipped and then shot back up.. Did you do anything differently for the lower Temps?

@Pol96 the only difference was I spent a week in bed on my own at night as my OH was away.

Hello, I've posted here a couple of times before and I am so confused 🙃

After my 52 day cycle I finally got my period! 19 days later I am still going 😊😊 first two weeks were very light and spent the last week very heavy.

Someone suggested that I take a pregnancy test and I am definitely not pregnant/have been pregnant so it's not that! I'm just having this crazy mad cycle!!

Funny thing is, I've been keeping flo updated and it's still saying I should to ovulate on Thursday. I've not done any OPKs because I'm bleeding but the apps I use aren't recalculating the ovulation period.

Shall I start OPKing and see if I do get my smiley or do you think this should be a right off and just wait this out?

@doublecheeseburgermediumfries can you go to a gp about this? I think a period longer than a week is abnormal? My sister bled for 3 weeks at one point, I'll ask her today what she did as I know she def went to her gp x

@Suki2020 no just an initial consultation, but I figure the next steps after that will be SA and scans for me etc. Just hoping Covid doesn't get in the way! It's good to feel proactive. Sorry about bfn :(
Work is stressful as I seem to be doing double the amount of work since some kids are sheilding/ going home with symptoms, but trying to stay zen. How are you feeling?

Has anyone noticed their cycles shortening after a MC? I usually don't ovulate until at least CD20 (and usually more like CD30) but it's CD16 and my temp has dipped and OPKs are coming up high but not peaking. I'm praying it is a short cycle this month because I really just want to feel like I'm moving forward with things.

@Newbie0818 at least things are starting to move now, hopefully it moves quite quickly. So I’ve done more OPK’s today and it says I’m at my peak so I think I’m ovulating late this month. Guess I’ll just have to wait and see what happens over the next few days. Are you doing anything different this cycle?

@Suki2020 it looks like you might be ovulating based on those, what cd are you again?
Nothing different for me, just eating healthily. Tbh I've given up on the hope of conceiving naturally so I'm just pinning everything on what the doctors suggest now :/

I'm not in any pain and it seems to be easing off so fingers crossed there's light at the end of the tunnel!

Flo thinks I will ovulate on Thursday so took a clear blue ovulation test tonight and got a big fat circle. Last cycle I got my first flashy smiley on cycle day 15 but never reached my peak. Not sure if with today being cycle day 19 I've missed it. Who knows 😂😂

@Newbie0818 I’m on cd46 😩 so definitely a long cycle for some reason. I may just happen naturally now for you that things are in motion with the fertility clinic.

Oh dear, well hopefully now you've had your darker opk's you'll only have a few more weeks to wait. So frustrating though. Do you have any other signs of ov?
