@Skip86 I know it's stupid, I recruited a director to take over after my dad in his "one man band" type role & he was like "oh & Denmark said it can't be a woman of child bearing age, I know that's wrong but it just can't be" FFS

@Maybe333 the other place doesn't really have any land just a bigger garden so it's not ideal but it's in a prime village for us & still double the garden we have so hmmmm even my friend said it's not got a big enough garden for them but after 6 years at their parents they want out

@Vil10 haha if you go on fanfiction.net they have different sections like anime, books, movies, TV shows! People wrote stories and some write sex stories about characters. For example, Harry Potter you have Draco and Hermione stories, amazing sex hahaha oh fanfiction is great. If you like anime they have all different anime fanfics too, you just go to the page you want and then in the filters you put the two people you want to write and rated M so you get the sex stories! There is adultfanfiction.org too :)

Also hate the whole maternity leave/ job promotion malarky. My sister got head hunted by a school, she told them she would accept the job but said shes pregnant, and they still offered it, so that was good of them.

@Minster2012 I'm a solicitor, so my promotions are based on the amount of time I have been qualified for. For this promotion, you need 6 years by the closing date and I fall 2 weeks short (basically because a man decided to hold my qualification back by 3 months when I was a trainee because I disagreed with him about something). I might give it a bash anyway but it's quite an involved application process and I don't really have the time to give it if all that's going to happen is a big red cross against it due to 2 weeks 🙄 law is horrendous for women, I wish I had chosen a different path!

It is soooo ridiculous that you have to be in a job a certain length of time to get mat leave/pay! I am very very lucky in that I work for my family and have basically been told I'll just get full pay as long as I don't take the piss and have like a year off or something which I wouldn't do anyway 😂

On a positive note, after thinking we were out this cycle due to OH possible infection.. turns out it's not an infection and we are now back in the game for this cycle after all 🙌🏼

@Blodyn that's really good for your sister, and def day that to your OH, everything I read says the men have to eat green things too!

@Ltay2 that's brilliant news! 💕🥳onwards & errrrmmm lay sideways, backwards & on 🍆🍆?! Yes it's the same for DH although he's the opposite Re paternity leave. Our son was born on the Friday, Monday he went in FFS. But I'm lucky I now help his business out so actually I WFH 2 days a week & work it around DS. Very lucky now having left my headhunting job I commuted upto 4 hours a day for. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I've just opened a letter from our IVF place which was to my GP detailing our conversation about going ahead hopefully in July period so come on egggggggggggg this is the cheap month 😂

@LV1987 I have no doubt the fact that I have 3 tests in my house waiting to be peed on means I’ll cave and test early. More so once you have 😂

I'm on CD12 after a 31 day cycle after the 4th bleed after Medicated MC in March. The first 3 bleeds had 7 days/11 days & 12 days in between them but I thought the last cycle meant I was over the twattish ness & had a proper cycle.

I WANNA burst into tears. This will fuck the IVF as I have a full day of medical CT/ultrasound (neck) & MRI next week & IVF have to start on day 2 of a period.

I shouldn't bleed now. It's been 3 months FFS.

@Minster2012 @Skip86 I know so exciting! It's been such a rollercoaster of emotions for a few months so glad to be back on track. FW is actually now! We managed to have sex for the first time in weeeeeks last night, wasn't sure how it would go with everything that's happened recently with OH discomfort wise but it was all fine and we had a nice chat afterwards about baby names so we're back excited 🥳

@Minster2012 sorry this has happened. Are you in any pain or do you have any other symptoms? xx

@Minster2012 what does your tracking imply? Could it be ovulation bleeding? Maybe call your IVF clinic and ask for their opinion on what happens with the appointments in 2 weeks time?

@Juno231 I only do the CB tests & look at my CM (which hasn't shown me much before!) I have flashing smiles on clear blue

I've spoken to the EPU who I saw & they say do a preg test tomorrow just in case but unlikely & it may be spotting but most likely it's still the medicated management fucking things up & yes three months later it can still put things out of whack even after a supposed normal cycle last time

I don't want to phone the IVF place as otherwise they won't do the July period 😔I will wait & see what happens

Just jumping on the bus! 10DPO and had brown spotting yesterday with low pain the night before. I don't normally spot and my luteal phase is usually quite long. Trying not to get carried away as it's my first cycle since a MMC. Body is probably just messed up from it. 🤞 for everyone still waiting to test!

@Mrsi2020 that would be amazing especially as I had a pretty heavy period for 5 days only finishing 8days ago😂...but I'd take it 🤣

@Juno231 do you have to work there a full year before you're entitled to mat leave? I know some places if you were offered the job before pregnant they would honour the mat leave but you'd probably have to check their policies if you could do that without them knowing that Might work x

@Juno231 wow that's really tough trying to weigh up ttc with job opportunities. Get as much info as you can and after that hopefully it will be an easier decision. I always ask myself which would I regret more? Go with your gut!
@Ltay2 good on you! Hope this month is your month after all the delays, I'm nearly as bad with all the on/off babymaking plans. Coronavirus stalled us, an infection last month which meant we had very little chance as timing was poor. Now this month something else has cropped up in the middle of fertile week to make us wonder if this is good timing. We don't know what we are at! Thinking of putting ttc on hold for a few months as it just doesn't seem like its meant to be right now!

@lucyrp aww that card is cute 😍 I'm sure you will be able to give it to him soon even if it's not on Father's Day xx
